The Hebrew term ruach (BDB 924) and the Greek term pneuma (cf. John 3:5,8) can mean "spirit," "breath" or "wind." The Spirit is often associated with creation (cf. Gen. 1:2; Job 26:13; Ps. 104:29-30; 147:14-18).Go you ... and see who did.

The OT does not clearly define the relationship between God and the Spirit. In Job 28:26-28; Ps. 104:24 and Pro. 3:19; 8:22-23 God used wisdom (a FEMININE NOUN) to create all things.
It is very possible that the JPSOA "word" may be the ANE thought (i.e., in Enuma Elish, Anu creates four winds that affect the waters). This same imagery is found in Dan. 7:2.
One of my favorite books on how to understand biblical prophetic or apocalyptic literature is D. Brent Sandy, Plowshares and Pruning Hooks. It lists all the different imagery used to describe Deity's presence (p. 77) in Moses' writings (expanded).

What a wide variety of imagery to demonstrate God's presence with His people.
In the NT Jesus is said to be God's agent in creation (cf. John 1:1-3; 1 Cor. 8:6; Col. 1:15-17; Heb. 1:2-3). As in redemption, so too, in creation, all three persons of the Godhead are involved. Genesis 1 itself does not emphasize any secondary cause.
Notice the activity of all three Persons of the Trinity in unified contexts. The term "trinity," first coined by Tertullian, is not a biblical word, but the concept is pervasive.

The Deity of Jesus and the personality of the Spirit caused problems for the strict, monotheistic early believers.
1. Tertullian – subordinated the Son to the Father
2. Origen – subordinated the divine essence of the Son and the Spirit
3. Arius – denied Deity to the Son and Spirit
4. Monarchianism – believed in a successive chronological manifestation of the one God as Father, then Son, and then Spirit
The Trinity is a historically developed formulation informed by the biblical material.
1. the full Deity of Jesus, equal to the Father, was affirmed in a.d. 325 by the Council of Nicea (cf. John 1:1; Phil. 2:6; Titus 2:13)
2. the full personality and Deity of the Spirit equal to the Father and Son was affirmed in a.d. 381 by the Council of Constantinople
3. the doctrine of the Trinity is fully expressed in Augustine's work De Trinitate
There is truly mystery here. But the NT affirms one divine essence (monotheism) with three eternal personal manifestations (Father, Son, and Spirit).

I sure did David, that is the sole identifier of your faith. I started to say I was ignorant of any other reason why people selected their faith, but I remembered something, my niece moved into a small town and she selected the church she went to by popularity, she scouted for a while the one that most people went to before she went. Of course that was not the identity of the faith, the identity was their teachings.
I am one of Jehovah's witnesses, but even if I did not say, most would be able to figure it out because of my teachings. I believe you misunderstood what I said, but if you didn't, what do you feel identifies the faith sir?

Christianity is not just talking-it is doing what is required-the acid test of a true believer in Christ, sealed with the Holy Spirit.

The JW has went and done no different than the RCC . WE HOLD THE KEYS they say
FOLLOW US or perish . Question not our holy authority they say , as BOTH have decieved and do decieve those who sit under them .
As for the lambs we shall follow Christ and love and embrace ALL sound doctrine HE inspired . Testing all
who do speak against the TRUTH of GOD . Let all that has breath honor the glorious Lord .

Beware for many decievers do abound who cliam to HOLD and to have the KEYS .
And yet they themselves have not entered into the truth of the LORD and hinder all from doing so .
We must learn our bibles well . Stay well planted in the doctrine inspired by GOD who through Christ did create all things .
GOD is His Word , His Word is HE and there simply is no other name given under heaven whereby we may be saved

I noticed the fifth verse was highlighted in red .
Many know not the POWER of GOD . Many do have an appearnce of godliness
BUT DENY THE POWER THEREOF .
What is this power . For i am not ashamed of the gospel of GOD , for it is the POWER of GOD .
THEY preach do some good works and can appear as righteous folk outwardly . having a FORM
a FORM of godliness , BUT THEY DENY THE ONE TRUE CHRIST , the ONE TRUE GOSPEL of GOD .
AND I SEE THIS BIG TIME TODAY .
As many follow after what to them they THINK IS LOVE , but this love sure denies the POWER of GOD .
For i have heard their so called love say ,
GOD IS LOVE and accepts ALL RELIGOINS and etc . THUS DENYING THE POWER OF GOD they DO .
Denying the dire necessity to even have to BELIEVE THE GOSPEL , to BELIEVE JESUS IS THE CHRIST .
Talk about spot on accuracy in this warning paul gave . BUT THEN IT WAS HOLY SPIRIT INSPIRED . THUS TRUTH IT IS
and it has COME TO PASS very large in these last and final days upon the earth .

JESUS is the Power of GOD . Paul calls him this in another place too .
The very gospel of GOD is under attack and infiltrators from within have come to deceive .
As this other gospel , WHICH IS NO GOSPEL has replaced the one true gospel of JESUS CHRIST .
But take heed and let us read . Read verse nine and see what happens unto those who do such a thing .
THEY WILL PROCEED NO FURTHER . FOR THE WRATH OF GOD will come and destroy them from among the peoples .
JUST like HE did to Korah in the day of rebellion . The wicked will surely perish on the day of the LORD .
THUS we , KNOWING THE TERROR OF GOD , must persaude all to BELEIVE ON CHRIST JESUS and fast too .
Cause when i read that reminder and then look around at the world and within much of christendom
I SEE IT FAST TAKING PLACE . WHICH IS A KEY SIGN , TIME BE RUNNING OUT .
Paul once wrote to timothy too , warning him about these last days signs .
He warned timothy and reminded HIM to STAY IN THE HOLY DOCTRINE
that the time would come when they would no longer ENDURE sound doctrine
but heap to themselves false teachers . WELL THE TIME HAS COME and worse it gets .
THE LAMBS WILL POINT TO CHRIST and do exploits , the lambs have the wisdom of GOD
and they will know and see the signs
but the wicked will not . The wise will understand but the wicked will not .
And just as in the days of Noah they did give and were given in marraige
Living life and never KNEW HOW NEAR THE HOUR WAS , TILL IT WAS TOO LATE .
SO too it shall come upon the WORLD . We must point to CHRIST while there still be time to do so .

As far as learning , HIT THOSE BIBLES and LEARN that JESUS and love and embrace every single letter
of the apostels and every single word in that bible . Feast on it . FEASSSSSSSSSST on IT .
For many decievers have arisen , and though they cliam to be hearing and heeding the SPIRIT
they sure seem to be contradicting the pattern the apostel left us in the bible .
