Sees what? What are you referring to? That the LORD spoke through David? That's my point! God speaks through His prophets, and the Bible tells us who those prophets are. One primary way is that they claim to speak for God. You cannot rightfully just make you own declarations of who is and is not God's prophet. God determines that, and we are to listen to Him. Not try to force-fit Scripture into whatever shape we want.

Jude moves the goal posts = Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men also, saying, “Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints, 15to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.”

Listen to God's conclusion of the matter
