Yes. And finally I understand why!

It's because Paul is so misquoted that the only refuge is to go to Jesus only.

Sometimes I think Paul hung on that cross.
Aside from the fact that his sayings are so difficult at times and they are taken to mean what one wants them to mean.

Paul hung on that cross because of the WORD OF GOD. And his words are not hard to understand for those who have the Holy Spirit. Talk about brave silly words you just judged an APOSTLE- MAN OF THE LORD, from whom which the Holy Spirit's teaching's come. Are you kidding me? Then have the audacity to condemn me for calling out Pope Francis whom like yourself has proven- he should not speak upon matters of faith, or at lest not speak against what he does not understand. Amazing, the ignorance of some people!

Do I what?
Instead of assuming I disagree with Paul, why don't you ask?
Where did I say I disagree with him???

Paul is misquoted many times and pitted against Jesus, when in reality they agree with each other. Why would Jesus tell Paul to say and write in letters concepts Jesus does not agree with?

You said you finally understand why, concerning others saying they follow only Jesus. I don't understand why you ask when it is right there in the posts. See your post #105. Thus I asked, do you?

We have spoken before concerning Jesus and Paul. I don't recall where or I would recite it for you. But, I remember you saying something like when there is a question between what Paul said and what Jesus said, you go with Jesus.

Thus when you say Paul is misquoted, this can only mean that you cannot harmonize what Jesus and Paul say. Perhaps what others are saying Paul says is correct. Perhaps you are misunderstanding Scripture. Perhaps you misunderstand what Jesus is saying.

Everything Jesus gave to Paul, Jesus agreed with. Everything.

One thing is clear to me is that you have a hard time with Paul though what he spake was given him by Jesus Christ.

You're not aware of them because the Nazarene church is the purest church I've run across. Unfortunately there is none near me.

Loss of salvation is biblical. But only if one abandons God.
You need God to be saved, if you leave God, you're not saved and protected by Him anymore.

Ouch.

It takes an ignorant person to know an ignorant person, I guess.
So that makes two of us.

BTW, It's not me saying about Paul,
It's Peter saying it.

Check out
2 Peter 3:16

Then come back here and call me ignorant.

And learn the New Testament really well before you criticize people for saying what's true.

Stranger,
I know we read these posts and sometimes they're misunderstood.
It's OK.

But I've said the opposite of what you're stating above.
I happen to agree with all you've said.
Didn't Paul receive revelation from Jesus?

I have said and I will repeat, that when there's a question, I DO go to Jesus' words.

I've been forced to do this by persons that DO NOT understand Paul.
That doesn't include me -- I understand him very well. But some don't.
They seem to believe that Jesus is all works and Paul is all grace and no works. Actually, they agree -- as they should !

When I say Paul is misquoted it means the OTHER PERSON is misquoting him...why would I say I'M misquoting him???

So maybe I don't make myself clear enough and for that I'm sorry.
I hope you understand my position better now. It might come in handy for future discussions.

ST. Peter Does Not CONTRADICT PAUL. Peter 3:16 SPEAKING OF THIS as he does in all his letters . THERE ARE SOMETHINGS IN THEM HARD TO UNDERSTAND, which the IGNORANT and UNSTABLE TWIST to their own DESTRUCTION as they do OTHER SCRIPTURES.

Good scriptural choice, you supported EXACTLY what I said. Ignorant and UNSTABLE, keep twisting scripture and making disrespectful comments concerning APOSTLES and see what: "TO THEIR OWN DESTRUCTION" means. End of discussion for me!

You assume I misunderstood. I don't believe I did.

You always tell me you agree with all I have said. But you don't. Why do you say that?

You say you understand Paul. Really? Because Jesus and Paul had a different message. Thus there is not always agreement with them. Their message is different. Yet you opt for Jesus message while He was on the earth. Remember the Old Testament example of not sowing wheat and oats in the same field. Nothing wrong with wheat. Nothing wrong with oats. Just don't try and mix them together. This is what you and others do when trying to make Jesus message of the Kingdom to Israel the same as Paul's message of grace to the Church. Both are true, but directed at different bodies of believers.

You were clear. And, I understood you. But we disagree.

How many different bodies of believers are there?

Do you somehow think that you get your view over more powerfully if you SHOUT!? It actually just makes us close our ears.

The believers from Adam to Moses. Israel. The Church. The Tribulation saints. Those who live during the millennium.

Uhhh huu....I didn't realize til recently that people take it as someone shouting, if they use capital letters........I use them for emphasis in a sentence, not shouting......But I'm guessing now, that only I knew that lol, and that a whole lot of things I have written, can be taken the wrong way in that case.......That's not good !...............So what would be considered the right way to put emphasis on a word or words ? So others know that it is NOT shouting ( like here) ?

Jesus came preaching the Gospel of the kingdom to Israel until He was rejected. (Matt. 3:1-2) (Matt. 4:17) (Matt. 10:5-7)

The message changed prior to Paul. (Acts 8:35) But Paul would be the chosen vessel to bear the new message and revelation given by the resurrected Christ. (Acts 9:15) (Gal. 1:1) (Gal. 1:11-12) (Gal. 2:6) (Acts 16:30-31)

Well I have to say that sometimes I uses CAPS within a sentence for emphasis (if I'm on my iPad).. because I find the bold harder to use, unless I'm on my laptop. Bold to me is better emphases.

But THIS IS CONSIDERED TO BE SHOUTING! :D
That is what I was told many years ago when I started using the internet.
But, there you go...different strokes for different folks. :)
