For we wrestle not against flesh and blood,
Hi....this is a marvelous instruction....Has anyone else realized that each part of the armor, is a gift from our Father, given through Jesus to us ? Salvation as a whole is a gift......The Holy Spirit is also a gift ( bequeathed to us by His promise )........Jesus left us His very own peace as yet another gift, as well as His Righteousness and most important of all The Word of His Truth.....As we are told somewhere in the letters, it is our Father who has given to every man, THE measure of Faith, thus also a gift....Aren't we all so very blessed...

No, that is the teaching of Scripture. And I explained how these Scriptures prove God needed the Sacrifice of Jesus Christ to find any believer saved and acceptable to him.

You on the other hand just say things such as 'No they don't'. And then provide nothing. Well, everyone's got one of those.

Who is saying 'nothing is impossible with God'? If I haven't said it, why do you ask me to prove it. If you believe it, prove that God did not need Christ's Sacrifice to make believers saved and acceptable to Him. And of course you must answer the Scripture I gave which prove otherwise.

Anyone can 'say' anything. Which is all the opening post does and which is what you are doing also.

They dont prove God needed. They tell us what God has done. You are adding to it.

But, I saw, the Father never wanted blood sacrifices, would never
torture His own Son.

Isaiah 53:10, Yet it was the Lord’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer,
and though the Lord makes his life an offering for sin,
he will see his offspring and prolong his days,
and the will of the Lord will prosper in his hand.

Ephesians 5:2, and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.

He didn't have to die for me to be atoned/attuned to my Holy Father.

1 John 2:2, He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.

Hebrews 10:12, But when this priest had offered for all time one sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God,

Nor is it a motivator for me either.

I wasn't trying to scare you. I was simply telling you the way it is.

I imagine I would be telling you something you have no doubt heard a few times over the last 7 years. If it didn't work then, why would today be any different? And I'm sure many have prayed for you over the years yet you still reject the truth. What would be the point?

I'm afraid the meaning of my words would get lost in all the flowers and sunshine. If you were new to this than maybe, but you're not. You've had years to mull over your rejection of the sacrifice Jesus made for you. You can believe what you wish, but the truth of the matter is, on the day that Jesus willfully walked to His death, He did it for you.

They do prove that Christ's sacrifice was needed by God in order to have the believer saved and acceptable before Him. There was absolutely no other way. Just as I showed you in (Rom. 3:26) "...that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus."

God could not ever just say it is ok for you to enter heaven and dwell in my presence eternally. His righteous nature would demand justice. His righteous nature would judge and condemn any who came before him a sinner. Just like what will happen to those who come without Christ. He had to provide a salvation whereby His righteousness was appeased. No other way would work.

So, you see? God is bound by His own righteous nature in all that He does. He has to be 'just' in all that He does. If He isn't then He isn't just. It is impossible for God to allow anyone in Heaven who is not a believer. It is impossible for a believer in Christ to not enter heaven. It is impossible for God to sin.

God has done it because it was what was needed to be done.

you are correct. we're living off the promises of God. for God, by his apostle said, Acts 2:38 "Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call". question, is the Lord still calling people unto himself? yes, so the promise if still for us today. only today, if we will hear his voice...... (Heb 3:7)

peace in Christ Yeshua.

Hi Pia,
Um, we might end up being good friends....I have been Practicing the Presence,
the Divine Presence for years. Conscious effort? Is my motto!
Deliberate, steadfast conviction so that the heart is not hardened...
Direct experience of God or if one would like to say the Holy Spirit, (I tend to
say my Father that is the One, the All That Is)...up close and personal...
Being still in that Secret Place.

At this point, doubt is not anything that is a part of me....along with worry or any
sort of fear...tho, spiders still startle me!
Years of thought control....banishing all that nonsense that Jesus told us to rid ourselves of...just cast our cares, give him our burdens ...judgment,
anxiety, pride, resentments, depression and the lot... and they are indeed burdens!
Where the awareness of the Divine is none of those can even show their face.
But! You may know that already....*wink*.

We will chat later..and I will look fwd to it..always a delight when someone is about
the Presence...God, Himself.

The life of the flesh is in the blood, placed on the altar, atonement for your soul, Leviticus 17:11.
A life for a life, Deuteronomy 19:21, Exodus 21:23.
But, you don't think I could possibly believe those verses?
Have ya met God?
You may also think the Aztecs were correct and the virgins actually stopped volcanoes
from erupting, I dunno.
Or that killing a goat made our Holy Father happy or something. I dunno that either.
But, I know you mean well, Armmie.
Oh, and if you want to believe these things that is fine with me...I have no beef about it.

Missing what Job responded to, dunno why.
Armmie, Job was responding to me saying fear is not a motivator for me.

Oh! And do I ever know revelation comes from the Holy Spirit....the Holy Spirit and I are like
*this*...2 fingers crossed emoji here.

You have an educated eye...English major by chance?

What God has done? Or, perhaps what He allowed men to carry out in their utter, usual ignorance?
With men thinking it was all 'demanded and desired' from our Father...
The very same primitive thinking that believed killing innocent little animals
pleased this Creator and Maintainer of billions of galaxies?
Um, sorry I had to leave that belief in the dust.
BUT...anyone can believe what they choose. Not up to me, don't care....not my job.

bbyrd....Do you want to post the offense by Job...i think, if it's the one i'm thinking of...
i dropped it.
And if you died "where you're at now", you would die in your sins and be held accountable for every one of them because of your unbelief.

It's that simple.

.
and hopefully you get that this rule is violated all the time ok, i guess the mods are...doing the right thing, imo, let them out themselves, and act only if someone reports. That you forgave him is irrelevant to the point that he broke the rules, not you, see; it only becomes relevant to the larger point made in those couple of pages i guess, wherein you demonstrate that despite Job's judgement you are the one manifesting Christ, and the path he chose is pretty clear there i guess, scoffing at the Rule of Law just being icing on cake as far as i'm concerned.

I hate eyerolls and think they should be eliminated from all forums, personally.
i get you, but it is in this type of fire that you shine the best, see, that is how truth comes out best. "Eyeroll"is basically a "scoffer" button, bait for the unwary. Personally i have moved on to what are likely interpreted as snide interjections, even if they are pertinent, so i can't claim to be where you're at yet, as i still get convicted later myself.
They are dismissive and demeaning,
basically say, 'you're an idiot."
i dropped it because i know people think nothing of it...it is not my way of communicating...
but it is an every day reaction for many people.
i guess everyone defines it slightly differently, just like everything else.

Job is right, we're square.
one of you is, certainly. Confession is made unto salvation. Now, i likely interfered with the normal order here, in roasting Job about this to the point no one else will feel obliged to roast him about it, and i might even be the bad guy now, as i have already confessed to. But i guess we can see how hard confession in an important matter might be, if confession cannot even be made in such a trivial matter;

which i bring up again only to kind of force the point that the fact that you "forgave" Job of this will be irrelevant to his salvation; your forgiveness will not save him, just as God's love and forgiveness will not save anyone in that day, see. Your forgiveness ends up saving you; as Job was already forgiven. Being forgiven will not help you if you cannot stand in the light. God does not require a sacrifice to make you acceptable to Him, and that is actually a terrible, judgemental perspective of God, universally held by the self-righteous. My apologies to Job here for dragging you back into this.

And we even have Scripture that directly states this, "Go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy and not sacrifice.' For I didn't come to call the righteous, but sinners."

at least if we do it, ya. Imo that is a great v to confront hyper-gracers with i guess, who imagine themselves putting on the whole armor of God in a ten minute profession ritual Down Front one Sunday...
