Of course He did not come to abolish the Law!!! He came to FULFILL it. Because WE could NEVER DO IT. I don't care how many ceremonial Jewish boxes you have on your head, or your doorposts, or what you wear, eat...and guess what...neither does God. I am free indeed.
Gods Blessings

Stay that way...

No, you are not speaking with a 5 year old.

Look at the logic.

God made a covenant with a nation. You claim that this covenant applies to everyone. It's like saying, even though you are German, you have to pay Japanese taxes. No, you don't.

I ask about Noah, because that answer is obvious. Of course we're not all supposed to be building arks. That command was given at that time to that person for that purpose, and should not be claimed by those to whom it did not apply, that would be as ridiculous as my "most absurd logic" makes it sound.

And yet many will do just that same thing. They point to what God commanded those people in that time for that purpose, and they claim it for themself. God gave the Law to Israel, and gentile me will become righteous by it. But it's not that way.

Yet God has given a different Ark for us, Jesus Christ. In Him we are saved, and no other way.

Much love!

Nice one ... :)

Covenant and Torah are two distinct things. God established a covenant with the earth, through Noah, which pertains to all of us, because we live on the earth that God promised he will never flood again, and through that covenant a new command was given, "you shall not eat blood". That command still pertains to us under the new covenant of the Messiah. And so in likewise manner the commands given through Moses, through the covenant that was established through him still pertain to us. For the new covenant of the Messiah did not abolish the commands given through Moses, he merely replaced the old covenant with a new covenant, established with better promises and greater righteousness, and made changes to the Torah.

Have you affixed mezuzot? Do you wear tzitzit? Do you wear tefillin? Have you gotten rid of paper money and fiat currency? Anyone who obeys the Torah, truly, must do these things. Understand.

The Devil has really tied you up in knots.
No, we don't obey those things ...We follow the Lord Jesus Christ...not "things" that you somehow believe "make you righteous".

You are very sad indeed.

These "things" you call "sad" are the commands of God. And that is why most believers will be thrown alive into the lake of lava, because they discard the Torah, like you.

See, Yehovah is going to lay waste the earth and devastate it; he will ruin its face and scatter its inhabitants, it will be the same for priest as for people, for the master as for his servant, for the mistress as for her servant, for seller as for buyer, for borrower as for lender, for debtor as for creditor. The earth will be completely laid waste and totally plundered. Yehovah has spoken this word. The earth dries up and withers, the world languishes and withers, the heavens languish with the earth. The earth is defiled by its people; they have disobeyed the Torah, violated the statutes and broken the aeonial covenant. Therefore a curse consumes the earth; its people must bear their guilt. Therefore earth’s inhabitants are burned up, and very few are left.

Paul called the Galatians fools. Fool = dumb.

OK. If you feel such is justified . . . but you don't know me.

The Law, which you claim to keep, was likewise given as a covenant between God and Israel.

It was never ever given to the Gentiles.

And if it were, then you would have no recourse. You cannot keep the Law. It's not even possible. And you cannot offer sacrifice, so you have no remedy.

If you want to look to Jesus' sacrifice, then you are of necessity leaving the Old Covenant for a New Covenant, not a reworking of the Old, rather, intrinsically better.

Much love!

Paul lays out obedience to the Torah. "Do we therefore nullify the Torah by this belief? No, we uphold the Torah".
You keep rewriting Scripture. Let's be real.

Paul did not write, do we therefore nullify the Torah. You've changed the word of Scripture.

Not only did the Messiah say that the Torah is still binding, but even the prophets tell us that the reason the earth will be destroyed is because the world has discarded the Torah, just like you,

Everything I do is pleasing in His sight, and the reason God answers my prayers. With all the works of the law that you do, are your prayers answered?

Jesus said it was still binding UNTIL all was fulfilled. Just before He died He said, "It is finished." That was the end of the Old Covenant. Jesus' death fullfilled the Old Covenant and brought in the New.

You deceive yourself. Obey the Torah, or down the road you will be thrown into the lake of lava, for it is written, "depart from me, you workers of torahlessness".

God is already confirming that I keep His commandments and am pleasing in His sight, by answering my prayers. Your curses you are trying to put on me roll off me like water off a ducks back. Stop trying to be Simon the Sorcerer! That is forbidden!

Jesus said it was still binding UNTIL all was fulfilled. Just before He died He said, "It is finished." That was the end of the Old Covenant. Jesus' death fullfilled the Old Covenant and brought in the New.

He finished his time in this mortal body, not finished the entire Torah. Why is this so difficult to understand? The appointed time of the trumpets of the Torah, Day of Atonement of the Torah, Feast of Tabernacles of the Torah, and the millennial Shabbath of the Torah remain to be fulfilled, beginning at his second coming, that is why, "until heaven and earth passes away, not one jot or one tittle will pass away from the Torah, until all is fulfilled". Once the millennial rulership of the Messiah is complete, then the the entire Torah will be fulfilled, but not before. That is why the Messiah will rule this earth by the words of the Torah, "for out of Mount Zion will go forth the Torah", for the Torah is still binding. And its precisely because of people like you that the entire earth will be destroyed, because you people have disobeyed and rejected the Torah. Poor fools.
