There probably was no indigestion when food is perfect. I am not sure there would be any waste at all. In other words all food is 100% used. Perfect nutrition. Sounds logical to me. Sin distorted everything down to the cells. Mutations developed, bacteria, viruses, diseases of all kinds began to evolve and multiply.
I doubt there will be toilets needed in heaven.
