If it were just about the Church ~ we would not have had the 95 indulgences nailed to the church door which sparked the reformation where many Christians died.

If it were just about the Word ~ No one would go past what was achieved through the apostles and the prophets and the gifts of the Spirit would not be functioning as powerfully as they are today...

If it were just about the Spirit ~ We would have many self made prophets and leaders who do not answer to anyone accept what they believe the Spirit of the Lord is saying to them personally.

It's all of it combined, so that believers have the right balance in their walk with God. It is an individual walk and it is a corporate walk.

Hallelujah! So very true! The Church is invested with the Spirit of Jesus who is entrusted with the Word of God which He reveals to, and speaks through us! To just look at one aspect of the whole is to loss the meaning of the Whole! Jesus said "lo I come in the VOLUME of the Book that is written of me!" The volume means the entire, the whole, the complete, the entire, the full gospel! (Hebrews 10:7)
