I used to struggle with lust and pornography.

When you first try to get away from it, you may need multiple strategies to break free.

1. Renew your mind. We cast down our sin at the thought level where it begins. Realize that you may need to give up any forms of entertainment that are lustful in nature or things that encourage sin.

2. Realize that Christ gives us the power to overcome any and all sin. Scripture promises that we won't be tempted above what we are able to bear but God provides a way of escape.

Look for that way of escape every time you want to look at your fetish stories.

3. A quick verse to regroup may help. Mine is Psalm 119:11 Thy Word have I hid in my heart that I might not sin against thee.

4. Try to keep busy. Do something productive.

5. Classical music turns your brain off from sexual thoughts.

6. Maybe use your computer or smartphone in an area where other people are.

7. Get enough sleep. Sometimes sleep is that way of escape.

8. Realize that porn is something people turn to alter our feelings. We don't want to be bored, or lonely, or sad, so porn is just there at the click of a button. But we need to learn to have a personal relationship with Jesus so that we take these things to Him. Just talk to Him like you would a friend.

It's worth fighting for to have a clear conscience before God and overcome the sin in your life. There is such a freedom beyond it. You have a purpose and God has assignments for you. Break free of this and go do His Will.

I have a fetish called TG TF, short for transgender transformation, it's where a person becomes the opposite sex, and i don't mean those sex change operations that artificially and fakely "change sex", i mean the person actually, almost magically ACTULLY becomes the opposite sex. please pray i'll overcome this evil lust. it's destroyed my life for many years, and is the main reason i can barely feel emotion.
If you know it's a fetish, then I'm guessing you know that means it's ingrained in the flesh, in the brain, but you, if you have trusted in Christ, you are not your flesh, and Christ gives you the power to live apart from the corruption of your flesh.

When you feel these things, remember that Jesus sanctifies you, that is, you are not required to fix yourself, you are to hold on to Jesus, and endure the hardships - including horrible/attractive/craving lusts inside, and give time for Him to change those desires and feelings. The flesh may rage in it's storm, but you can sit it out forcing your thoughts as best you can on Jesus, and how much He loves you, and how He is with you to just step right in, and change you. He will, He does, and in His time.

The stronger the feelings, let that strengthen your determination to know Jesus. I know the power of the flesh! But it's true, God's power overcomes all things. Our faith overcomes all things!

The words seem easy, and the work is hard, but it gets easier in time.

Much love!

Hello Jambre, I have had a sexual addiction my whole life. I know God is able to heal you. God healed many people like us and worse. Even if God can heal the worst pedophile or something darker, there is hope for you. I don't know the whole background and I'm not wanting to. This is between you and the Lord. I'm not here to judge you or condemn you either. I know Satan is already doing plenty of this to you already, I know because I feel it on my own weakness and temptations.

Without getting too specific, I have been to lot of dark places. What we need, you and me, and we all need, is a renewed mind. It looks like you got a lot of help already.

Dear Jesus, please help Jambre to repent from this and please Lord, cast away any demons of lust that are harrassing and oppressing him, please do what only You can do Lord Jesus. Please send your angels to protect him Lord. Please help him to think of men and women in absolute purity. Please help other brothers and sister who are also fighting with demons and strong fleshly urges. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

What helps me too is this.

  1. Detox from the internet
  2. Get a flip phone
  3. Use the PC and internet with people around you
  4. Honestly with a brother, pastor, accountability partner
  5. Pray always, that is really number one
  6. Psalms 51 is our prayer to the Lord from the heart, make this your own prayer, and cry out to God, I cry out to God and God always answers. So God will answer you. This involves prayer and teling God your whole heart and mind and struggles and venting, complaining, all of that, and waiting on the Lord to work on your heart. He will speak to your inner man. I know He will, because He is the One who hears you and loves you and is there right now and says "Come to Me all you that are heavy laden and I will give you rest"

I'm not here to judge your salvation too. There are certain Bible passages that really help me sober up quicky. Here are a few.

I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”

Luke 5:32 MEV

my.bible.com/bible/1171/LUK.5.32.MEV

'I urge you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy, and acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service of worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.'

Romans 12:1-2

Ephesians 4:27 MEV

Be sober and watchful, because your adversary the devil walks around as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.

1 Peter 5:8 MEV

my.bible.com/bible/1171/1PE.5.8.MEV

And without faith it is impossible to please God, for he who comes to God must believe that He exists and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Hebrews 11:6 MEV

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all men liberally and without criticism, and it will be given to him.

James 1:5 MEV

No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, and He will not permit you to be tempted above what you can endure, but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that you may be able to bear it.

1 Corinthians 10:13 MEV

my.bible.com/bible/1171/1CO.10.13.MEV

For the word of God is alive, and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, of joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intents of the heart.

Hebrews 4:12 MEV

my.bible.com/bible/1171/HEB.4.12.MEV

Therefore, since we are encompassed with such a great cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight and the sin that so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us.

Hebrews 12:1 MEV

my.bible.com/bible/1171/HEB.12.1.MEV

But after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called us to His eternal glory through Christ Jesus, will restore, support, strengthen, and establish you.

1 Peter 5:10 MEV

But a man may say, “You have faith and I have works.” Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.

James 2:18 MEV

Therefore, bear fruit worthy of repentance,

Matthew 3:8 MEV

Acts 20:21 MEV

Based on anecdote, it seems people who are into that kink are male homosexuals—or at least males who have homosexual leanings—yet they have been told by conservative religious teachings that being gay is a sin. To avoid feelings of guilt and shame, you imagine yourself as a girl to visualize sexual activity with a man. Since that counts as heterosexual sex, it isn’t guilty or shameful in your mind.

You didn’t elaborate much on your psychological situation. Do you imagine yourself having sexual relations with men during your transformation fantasies? If so, my above-stated analysis is correct.

If I’m right, then the way to deal with your transvestophilia is to quit thinking there’s something wrong with having homosexual feelings. Truth is, God doesn’t actually hate gay people.

Mind you, I’m not encouraging you to go out and have sex with other guys. That is dangerous given that 1 in 5 gay men in the US are HIV+, according to the CDC. Instead accept it as something you have a go on to live a normal life: Find a woman, marry her, have kids, work a job, experience family life, etc. Don’t let a problem like that consume you.

If I’m wrong and you like to be pretty without any sexual feelings, that is a completely different subject. I can give you advice on dealing with this, but you will have to elaborate more on your psychology here.

The person did not pray for you to be exorcised of a demon but to be free from it. There is a difference. Demonic possession and demonic oppression are two different things. If you think are are a Christian, then you need to be free from demonic oppression, Read Matthew 4 and know that God uses the Word of God to defeat the devil to include the devils lies. I'm a recovery sex addict and was delivered from my own sexual perversions and you can do.

You need only Jesus.
You need to know Jesus loves you, but hates our sins.

So you need to ask God to give you a heart like His and learn to hate your sins.

Romans 1 says we worship the creation rather than God, so admit that this is idolatry, worship of genitals, and forsake it in Jesus name. Hate what the devil is going. Also, you will need to put things out of your life that is causing spiritual opression and open doors to Satan. If you don't, Satan will use that against you, the scriptures say 'do not give Satan a foothold".

Read the Bible, obey what you read.

Your mind might have to detox and you might need to get completely offline for a time and seek God for real, with prayer and Bible reading. There is not hope outside of God.

No medicine, no cousenlor is able to defeat spiritual matters.

If you are sure, you are saved, the bible says examine your self in Matthew 7:21-23, Jesus warned of those who thought they are saved but not. How do you know you are saved? What evidence to you have? I don't ask you to fight or debate on here but for your to do like the scriptures say and to examine yourself.

You have a spirit of rebellion and sexual perverstion that God must deliver you from and the stakes are high. If you ask for help, please listen to your brothers and sisters who try to help you.

If you think your way is right, and will not listen to others, then what will you listen to? Some have ears that itch to hear only what they want and not all our real Christians. We need to be born again and filled in the Spirit.

Do I sound like I"m hard on you? I hope not, hell is what Satan wants for you, not God, and definately not me. I wish you for to be your sex, your gender, to forsake your sins, and hate what God hates and love what God loves.

Until you hit rock bottom...until you see that You need only Jesus Christ, there is little anyone can do, and if you are not willing to listen, then there is not much help out there too. If you will not read the Bible and pray for yourself, you will only hurt yourself and not benefit from anything the world has because the world is dark and only able to provide for physical and emotional help but our needs are spiritual. It's true that we do have a God shaped whole in our heart, in other words, we are looking for unconditional love that only God has and only God can provide, so we can't find it in porn, masturbation, or some other idolatrous sexual perversion. I am learning my sins, not hate me or hate sinners, so I don't hate you, but tell you these things in love, because if we don't have love, 1 Corinthians 13 says that we don't have anything.

I'm just going to reply to your original post as I don't really need to read every detail.
I'll just say what I have gone through.

My background makes Maxwell/Epstein look like amateurs. I didn't have the power to act out anything much... but the desire was very real and very unhealthy.
I am currently getting better at managing my thought life by doing the following.
When I see something that triggers my unhealthy desires, I tell God "I want to do this thing... but you don't want me to and it is bad for my relationships. Help me."
Do I fall. Yes. But not as often. And those sorts of desires are getting less and less.
I am in a healthy long term relationship and I share my struggles with my spouse. (not easy, but healthy)

I don't know if this is helpful, but I hope you find encouragement from knowing you don't struggle alone. And God wants you to succeed. We are all routing for you.

Why do you refer to this as "an evil lust"?

This is true about addiction in general. Addiction isn't about feeling good, it's about not feeling bad anymore. Sure, we have urges, but it is not so difficult that we can't resist it when we are in a state of clear conscience. What really drives it is our negative feelings. Your poison is an instant mood-elevator, you don't want to deal with all the pain in your life, so you go for the easy answer. It's when you start trying to quit that you realize how bad things are, all the overwhelming emotions that you had suppressed for years. I think that's why we go back to the addiction, because we want to turn off our brain and not confront these things... but as long as we don't confront them they never go away. So we have to face the turmoil, knowing it will be hard, knowing the demons of the past will stir up, and that is how we defeat them and emerge victorious.
