not what the plain reading of it

1 John 3:1-3 KJV
1) Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
2) Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
3) And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

Do you know this of yourself?

Or will you add to, take from, change this passage by adding caveats which aren't there? Or some other way? Do you believe this As it is Written?

Much love!

First one hears they are given the right to become sons of God

Later you you hear you are sons of God and .....

So then regeneration new life imputed in a person is receiving Him as king?

And Justification is walking under His rule?

Everybody knows that, lol! What you can't accept is it doesn't have to mean what Osas says it has to mean, and what Osas says it can only mean.
Yup, we are "sealed", and so we are warned not to grieve the Spirit--Samson grieved the Spirit and the Spirit left him, just as it is said "and whoever disregards this disregards not man but God Who gives His Spirit". Why even mention that? Because God can withhold His Spirit from those who'd already received the Spirit. If the seal is tampered with the contents are suspect.

One can see it that way.....
But the sealing is said to be until the Day of redemption.

Ephesians 4:30 KJV
And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

Not just until, but the Holy Spirit seals us for the purpose of keeping under seal in order to safely deliver us to our redemption.

Much love!

Don't twist God's Words around. It doesn't say "until" it says "for"--yes that's what the seal is for, so don't grieve the Spirit or else.

King James English's "unto" doesn't mean "until" ; it means "for". Look at all the more contemporary versions.

And when you heard the word of truth (the gospel of your salvation) – when you believed in Christ – you were marked with the seal of the promised Holy Spirit, who is the down payment of our inheritance, until the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of his glory.

The "until" has to do with the "down-payment", and then the redemption is the fulfillment, not "you can't lose salvation because the seal will last until the day of redemption".

That's what I mean, sorry if I wasn't clear!

Unto the day of redemption . . . the purpose of the seal, unto redemption.

Much love!

You're not going to undo God's seal.

If you are redeemed, He owns you.

Yes and we see that it is consistently interpreted as" purpose" in the contemporary versions, and the word "unto" meant exactly that.

The Jews were also "redeemed", and "children of God" and then because of sin they became "no longer His Children" Dt 32:5, Ho 1:9,10. We are literally warned the same thing that happened to them can happen to us in 1 Co 10.
