Only the Father knows this.you don't even know when "the" last day is Dave
did you miss this earlier?Did you miss this earlier?
“And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.” (Acts 1:10–11)
a big fat amen Dave, you will see Him come down the same way you saw Him go up bro
just like they did
notice no "return" here, but "shall so come in like manner," similar to the other devices that are used to infer a return
i hope so Dave, that is the best thing you could possibly have said to me right now, see.You sound blasphemous to me.
If you understand God's (Jesus') omnipresence, he is here now spiritually. But will return bodily on the last day.i hope so Dave, that is the best thing you could possibly have said to me right now, see.
I Quote Return to Me and I will return to you and sound blasphemous to you then too right
But it happens after the resurrection on the last day which is when Christ returns bodily into the New Heavens and Earth. It's all part of the same hour.
I can't say with the same officious certainty as others do. Just giving my own understanding of what I've read. Not a beach to die on as sis helen says.when you humble yourself and seek is when you find Return to Me and I will return to You
i guess. But you guys bam keep teaching ok, you are doing God's will i am sure
just make sure you know ok, and make plain that there is no doubt
The problem with "Return to Me and I will return to You" is that the believers never left. It was the wicked unbelievers under the OT who did so. And today, believers do not have this problem. So to whom are you speaking?when you humble yourself and seek is when you find Return to Me and I will return to You
i guess. But you guys bam keep teaching ok, you are doing God's will i am sure

i believe He will return physically too, but think our gathering to meet Him in the air is a diff event.I believe wholeheartedly that Dave is correct, Jesus will return physically. I believe there is more than enough scriptural evidence - as I have shown the the series below. Jesus spoke in parables so that only those with eyes to see and ears to hear would understand, and so it is with scripture. Quite often the revelations are hidden in the scriptures - with plenty of scriptural evidence to support them. Those without eyes to see and ears to hear will only have the scales removed if they humble themselves and seek.
Jesus resurrects and raptures us into the New Heavens and Earth on the last day as this universe melts down being replaced by the New.So we are gathered together in the air to meet Him for a sec and then we glide back down? I guess you could view it that way...
I think he is removing us as this earth explodes.i believe He will return physically too, but think our gathering to meet Him in the air is a diff event.
I think he is removing us as this earth explodes.
ah ok, well i'm a believer and i have that problem, but my mistake i guess Dave, tyThe problem with "Return to Me and I will return to You" is that the believers never left. It was the wicked unbelievers under the OT who did so. And today, believers do not have this problem.

To tell you the truth I was quite annoyed with the title of this thread -- "Physical Kingdom Problems" -- especially when the establishment of Christ's literal and visible Kingdom will be a glorious thing. It is the opposite of *problems*, since the Lord will actually establish universal peace and righteousness on earth.Enoch, the way you are speaking to others is what is unprofitable brother. Could we talk calmly? Aren't you the one who said that to me the other day when I was speaking harshly? I appreciated you speaking to me about my behavior.

So what I will do is post a thread to present the truth about this, rather than go back and forth with naysayers.
so much for the Body of Christ i guess huh, looks like He is literally gonna need it back dunnit?i believe He will return physically too
I think he is removing us as this earth explodes.
18time to destroy those who destroy the earthJesus resurrects and raptures us into the New Heavens and Earth on the last day as this universe melts down being replaced by the New.
