There is a deference between knowing something is going to happen, but another thing to cause a thing to happen. God knows all about evil but does not cause the evil. The problem is not with God but with man. Because man does not like the Idea of being accountable to God for their sins. Just like our kids today don't like to be accountable to their parents for their actions. Now the bottom line is this that God is the one that created all things except evil, and can do whatever He likes with it whether you or I agree with Him.
