Yes they can be born again, but this doesn’t mean they don’t sin. Once again your one of the very few that purports this gospel.

This is why I stay away from the charismatics they carry the it’s all about me gospel.

Do you know that good exegesis is reading the Word of God in context?

Read Romans 7 and Romans 8 together. That is the context. Romans 7 is about those trying to keep the law in their own power without the Spirit of God and stumbling over and over. Why? Because they still had SIN in their nature. (vs. 13) IOW, Romans 7 is BEFORE accepting Christ and receiving His Spirit making them born again. Now in Romans 8, Paul shows that he is now free from the stumbling around of Romans 7, so 7 no longer applies to him. Why? Because he has been freed from the sin that dominated his nature prior to receiving Christ. Romans 8:2 "For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death." Note: who was set free from the plight of Romans 7? Paul says, ME.

For the sins they know nothing about, they should pray to the Lord and trust them as their Good Shepherd to help them discern good and evil by the scripture because they will get a lesser measure of stripes but still stripes ( ow ) for not being ready even for lack of knowledge anyway which means they get left behind at the pre great tribulation rapture event.

Luke 12:40 Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not. 41 Then Peter said unto him, Lord, speakest thou this parable unto us, or even to all? 42 And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season? 43 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. 44 Of a truth I say unto you, that he will make him ruler over all that he hath. 45 But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken; 46 The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers. 47 And that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes. 48 But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more. 49 I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled?

If you relate to being full of sin, I can see why you want to defend your theory of 1 John 1:8 the way you do. But I am past that and can now relate to 1 John 3:9 "Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God."

For the first 30 years of my attending church with my family I was like you. I could not stop sinning. I had absolutely no power, though I had memorized the Ten Commandments as a child growing up in the Seventh-day Adventist denomination (until I was 23 and left it having found grace as you interpret grace - years later I learned it was power), and can still recite them word for word according to the KJV. I kept all of the commandments except one which made me guilty of all. I would love to share my testimony and confess this one commandment to you, and why I know now that there is great power on the other side of true repentance making 1 John 3:9 my life's testimony. If you want to hear it, let me know, and I will post it here.

I'm no longer a sinner, but thanks for asking. I'm a child of God and learned complete obedience through suffering.

LOL It's not all about me. It's all about Him. I have no strength in myself, but now the Spirit is abiding in me, and I in Him. So now, I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me. I told @Eternally Grateful that if he wanted me to share my testimony so he could see for yourself, I would post it here. I offer the same question to you. Would you like to hear my testimony and judge better.

Yes, even trespassing (which comes from immature fruit of the Spirit) can be overcome as we grow in the fruit and perfect the love of God.

NASA says they are watching the asteroid Apothis that is due to be so close to earth that it will take out some of our satellites on April 19, 2029. But if it is the asteroid told of in Revelation 8 and NASA is keeping secret that it will actually hit the earth and ocean at the southern California and Mexican border, then look for the rapture in two years (7 years before the asteroid at the end).

Personally, I believe that the Church will still be here. In two years will be the beginning of the Great (7 year) Tribulation and the first thing to happen in two years will be the Antichrist. Also no more Gentiles will be saved, so witness now! The fullness of the Gentiles coming into the Church will close and the focus will now be on saving Israel.

I teach only what I see clearly written in the Bible. Nothing more, nothing less. God has said everything He is to say to mankind through His communication to mankind in the text of the Bible. Anything extra to that is not of God.

I have noticed when I try to do the best I can not to sin by keeping a commitment to the Lord in making Him Lord of my life, I fail. So what you are sharing here today would make believers think they must not be really sorry or that they really want to quit when they are making like Dr. Jeckyl and Mr. Hyde and just give up, thinking Christianity is just too hard. It sure was when I tried to keep a covenant I made with my mouth not to cuss, but the very next day, I was worse than I ever was before. The devil's thoughts in my head said "You are not His! If you were His, He would have helped you keep your covenant!" I stopped listening to those thoughts but I was at my wit's end and so I prayed to God "You know I do not want to do this? Why aren't you helping me?" Then a small still voice, not audible answered, "You made the covenant. You'd said you were going to do it. I made the Covenant with you and I'd said I was going to do it. All I ask from you is to believe in Me." I was humbled that day but like in anything as the Lord led me, to not believe every spirit but confirm the word I heard in the scripture for why God would not help me and why I have to live by faith alone in Him and all His promises to me for following Him thus relying on Him all the time as He is the power for living this reconciled relationship with God thru Jesus Christ: Numbers 30:2 & Ecclesiastes 5:4-7 and Matthew 5:33-36 & Galatians 3:1-4 & Galatians 5:1,5 & Philippians 1:6-11

So a believer may be failing miserably as I was, but until they discern with Him at that throne of grace why he is sinning still, they may never know. Jesus has set me free from the covenant with my mouth, the commitment to make Jesus Lord of my life and all other vows where I am to rest in Him and all His promises to me for following Him. There is nothing lacking in the New Covenant that requires anything from us other than to believe Him.

We have been led astray by zealous bondage made in ignorance when we are to cease from our works as God did from His and the race we run, we do so by looking to the author & finisher of our faith to help us lay aside every weight & sin so we can be made ready by Him as a vessel unto honor for His House. There is no other way to overcome sin other than to trust Him to help us discern the weights as well as the sins to help us depart from them.

The only reason the times of the Gentiles would come to an end, is because of the falling away from the faith for why God will judge His House first. It is so bad out there that churches should focus on getting ready now themselves or individually as standing apart from any errant church's doctrine or practice or spirits not of Him at all.

There really doesn't have to be so much guess work once the book of revelation is fully understood, or understood to a degree that we can predict with more certainty what may happen. When Jesus laid out the end times prophecy, it wasn't meant to be a detailed blow by blow description of exactly how it all plays out. This is why he gave us the book of revelation. According to the book, we will know when the great tribulation begins. It begins with an earthquake, when the sun turns black, the moon turns red, and the stars fall from heaven. In other words, the Day of the Lord actually ushers in the great tribulation. The rapture does not occur until the seventh trumpet, so it doesn't happen at this very moment, as revelation describes the Day of the Lord as the sixth seal, not the seventh trumpet. We will in fact see all seven trumpets in action ourselves while we are still here.

So basically, if you don't see all this occur before NASA's asteroid, then there is nothing to be concerned about. I also believe that before we even get to this point, the world will be carved up into multi national unions much like the European union, or at the very least, major attempts will be made to unionize more nations as one. I got this particular interpretation primarily from the book of Daniel and his vision of the four beasts, the same exact four beasts we see as one beast by the time we get to revelation 13, so this is a story for another day.

My thoughts exactly! But I'm warning my girlfriend now because she has unsaved children, so she may have as few as two years or less to win them to Christ.

Well they have to have the seal of God in their forehead before hand, which is done through the blood of Jesus. If they believe they are saved, or know they are saved, then they have nothing to worry about. We will see with our own eyes here on earth the awesome power of God, and we will be protected. I don't believe the Day of the Lord happens in the next ten years because I don't see the prophecy of the four beasts given by Daniel fulfilled yet. The unionization of the worlds governments is the thing I think we should be keeping an eye on this decade. But when the day of the lord comes, the Antichrist, or the "beast from the bottomless" of the fifth trumpet won't be far behind, so believers better be prepared for it.

If we have more time, so be it. But worse case scenario we have less than 2 years to get Gentiles saved.

Actually, I thought you might have been trying to say "free" from, but didn't know for sure. Just editing out the extra from now makes it even more unclear. Read it and see what it is you are trying to say.

Okay. Thanks. I have been noticing of late a double word being mixed in automatically so I don't know what is causing that? Auto correct? A hacker?
