Are you sinless today?Then stop defending 'Christians' in whom God does NOT see to it that they turn from iniquity! People who are living in sin aren't saved. If they were they wouldn't be living in sin!
Can't you see how contradictory your argument is? On one hand you say the Christian turns away from his sin because God promises to make that happen. Then you turn right around and defend the person in whom that doesn't happen and insist they're a saved Christian too...even though God didn't keep his promise to turn them from iniquity! Make up your mind.
So, either 1) the person living in sin is not saved, because if he was he wouldn't be living in sin (which is actually what the bible teaches), or 2) the person living in sin is saved despite the fact that God is not keeping his promise to turn them from sin. Which one do you want to go with? Make you argument clear! Because it's a contradictory mess the way it is now.
