The left, for the most part, doesn't follow God. They are under and have given in to demonic influence, EXTREME demonic influence. They have been blinded to the existence of God (2 Corinthians 4:4) and instead follow their own wicked desires, fed to them by the countless demons that defile this corrupt world. Essentially, they serve Satan, although they don't believe that he exists, of course. They have not only been blinded to the existence of God, Satan, angels, and demons, but they have also been blinded to many other truths. That is why it's essentially impossible to have a logical discussion with a leftist.
For instance, leftists cannot accept the basic, simple, FACT that human life begins at conception. You see, their master, Satan, wants to destroy God's creation, which includes humans. Therefore, he and his demons constantly pollute the unbeliever's mind in order that they will support killing preborn humans. And they justify it by saying that it's not really a human - yet.
Unemployment could be going through the roof but, as long as same-sex marriage and transgender lifestyles are being endorsed and advanced, everything is fine? Why is that? It's because Satan loves to mock God by defiling his creation with homosexual behavior and transgender insanity. The blind left (redundant, I know), of course, are pawns of Satan and serve him.
When you witness the insanity of the left and wonder how they became that way, it's because they reject God and unwittingly accept and follow Satan. When you accept that reality, many things make sense.
The left's inordinate hatred of Israel could be another example that I could delve into, but I think you get the point.
Now, if you don't believe any of that and believe that nothing created the universe and the life that inhabits it, then I will tell you that you have more faith than I!
