First of all - onl;y a small percentage of priests were onvolved in the sex scandal - less than 1 %.
Secondly - they sinned - just like everybody who is in the Body of Christ else sins (1 Tim. 1:15, 1 John 1:8, Rom. 7:14-25). If they repent - they are forgiven and are STILL part of the Body.
YOUR judgement on their souls will be visited back to yourself (Matt. 7:1-2).
No - a person's WORKS are judged - NOT their souls.
That is up to God - and God ALONE.
Matt. 7:1-2 states that when you judge THEM - YOU will be judged by the same standard.
WRONG.
The Bible is clear that God is a Trinity (Gen. 1:26, Matt. 28:19, John 15:26, 1 Cor. 12:4-6, 2 Cor. 13:14, 1 John 5:7, Eph. 4:6, Psalm 68:5, Mal. 2:10, Isa. 63:16, 2 Cor. 1:3-4, John 3:16, John 8:41, 1 Thess. 3:13, Isa. 7:14, Isa. 9:6, John 1:1, John 1:3, John 8:58, John 10:30, John 15:9, John 20:28, Acts 5:3-4, 2 Cor. 4:4, Phil. 2:6, Col. 2:9, 1 Tim. 3:16, Heb. 1:8, Tit. 2:13, John 14:16-18, Luke 12:10, 2 Cor. 3:17, 2 Cor. 13:5, John 14:23, Acts 5:3-4).
Any denial of this is something OTHER than Christianity
WRONG.
They were saved because they showed mercy (Love).
Paul says that the ONLY THING that matters os faith "working through LOVE" (Eph. 5:6).
He ALSO says that Faith is NOT the greatest virtue - but LOVE is (1 Cor. 13:13).
He says that even if he has "faith to move mountains" he has NOYHING if he has not LOVE (1 Cor. 13:2).
So - explain the Lesson of the Sheep and the Goats . . .
