The doctrine of millennialism must include the judgement of the sheep and goats.

1. First, we rule out that judgment being of His church at His appearing in the air:

For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.

For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.

And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

The judgment of the church occurs at His second coming to this earth, where only the dead bodies of the faithful, and the faithful remaining alive, will be bodily resurrected to meet with Him.

The hypocrites will remain with the unbelievers on earth.

2. Then we show why they are natural people only, and not born again Christians:

Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?

And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

These righteous sheep had no knowledge of why they are being judged righteous, nor of what they had done to be put on His right hand to live.

The saints know the Lord and know why we continue in well-doing, by purposely obeying the First and Second great commandments.

The saints in Christ Jesus are not ignorant of our good works by faith.

The Lord also speaks of these sheep doing so for the least of His. They were not His, but they were naturally neighborly sinners and sheep, who did good for any people of any faith or unbelief.

The saints are commanded to provide for our own first, which includes our brothers and sisters in the faith: we know in whom we believe, and we know we are commanded to do well for all our neighbors, but especially them of the household of God.

As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

The naturally neighborly sinners are judged righteous in works only, but not made righteous by the faith of Jesus dwelling within.

Some people speak of all unbelievers, and the inhabitors of the earth, that are not resurrected to meet with the Lord, as being like them before the flood: all wicked continually.

This is plainly not true at His return, where there are sheep and goats. There is a difference on earth between hypocrites, the evil doers, and the neighborly sinners with good works.

Jesus never said the Samaritan was one of His own disciples, nor a believer in Him as the Christ of God. He was only a good example of loving our neighbors as ourselves.

It is a zealot's lack of natural judgment, to declare all unbelievers as wicked evil-doers, without any feeling of affection for their fellow neighbors, nor at least desiring to do good:

Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption.

No hypocrites nor evil-hearted will be there in the beginning: it will be a fresh start with the clean slate of proven good neighbors.

Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.

Jesus is not saying these are the saints inheriting the kingdom of Christ living within us, but only that God foreordained there would be natural people living in the kingdom of Christ on earth.

The sheep at the beginning of the Lord's Kingship and kingdom on earth, are not born again saints in Christ Jesus, nor are they inheriting His spiritual kingdom within.

That are simply the good neighborly sinners, that will be the only ones inheriting the right to live on earth under the personal rule of Christ and His saints.

They are not the wicked dead resurrected bodily, to be judged at the great white throne of God.

Hello! The Church is "the righteous"! They are "the saints" of God. Why would anyone think otherwise? Because they are trying to justify false doctrine. God has only ever had one people from the beginning. The judgment depicted in Matthew 25 happens after His appearing. This passage depicts very clearly that He is coming to judge mankind. It shows Him gathering the righteous and the wicked to be judged. Your interpretation is colored by your mistaken opinion of Revelation 20. Premils interpret each passage in Scripture through the lens of their opinion of Revelation 20. This is classic eisegesis. They force 1000 years into multiple passages where it doesn't belong.

Jesus said in Matthew 25:31-34, 41, 46, When the son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: and before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: and he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world … then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels … and these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.”

You can twist Scripture all you want: but the righteous are the righteous and the wicked are the wicked. These are the only 2 types of people on earth from the beginning. Both are judged when Jesus comes. He is coming to judge the living and the dead. You are fighting the sacred text to support the error of Premil. Multiple Scripture exposes the Premil doctrine. The rest of the Bible depicts a climactic coming of Jesus. There is nothing you can do with that apart from add unto Scripture and insert your imaginary future thousand years everywhere the Holy Ghost forgot.

Let us establish a few absolutes about this familiar passage before progressing further. This is referring to the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.
  • Christ is coming in final and majestic glory to execute judgment.
  • The Lord only encounters two types of people when He returns.
  • These are both judged at His appearing.
  • One group is portrayed as righteous and is the subject of blessing and reward.
  • The other group is portrayed as wicked and is the subject of God’s wrath and punished.
  • They are before the exact same throne at the exact same time.
  • There is no gap of time in-between the judgment of the righteous and the judgment of the wicked.
  • The good receive eternal life.
  • The bad obtain eternal punishment.
  • There is absolutely no mention of, or allowance made for, a third group.

Gee. Another parabolizer that does away with the torment of hell, and the kingdom of the King on earth.

Symbolizing away any Scripture to fit one's onw mind, is always obvious.

I think these sheep will be those who heeded God's two witnesses, to receive the Jews as God's chosen nation. So these will be people who cared for the Jews as the beast is trying to destroy them. They will have defied the beast empire in order to do this.

Much love!

You now have "Natural Sheep" who don't have a clue on what's going on, they are just chosen to stay on earth in your proclaimed kingdom?

I must admit, that's a Zionist first on getting ethnic Jews in the back door of the make believe Millennial Kingdom on earth, A+ for being original story telling, and Big Smiles for the story

That can only be true if you don't accept the validity of the actual wording of the passage. Jesus gives us a "prophetic narrative", same as when He prophesied His death, for instance. Same as when He foretold His coming in power and glory. If you accept those as written, why would you not accept this judgment as written?

Much love!

Your claim is false, the wicked goats will be cast into the lake of fire, and the righteous sheep will enter the eternal kingdom in the New Heaven, Earth, Jerusalem

P.S. at the final judgment hell is cast into the lake of fire

This is an ad hominem, you've change the topic to me. And I'm sorry you didn't understand my reply, I'll try to simply it for you.

Just like Jesus prophesied His death and resurrection, which were not parables, but actually happened, in the same way He prophesied this Sheep/Goats judgment, which is not a parable, and will actually happen.

The Sheep/Goats judgement is nothing more than a "Parable" of the final judgement, Just as scripture teaches below

The righteous sheep go into eternal life, the wicked goats into everlasting punishment (The End)
And yet there actually isn't anything in the Bible that tells us this is a parable. I believe in accepting the Scriptures as written, and changing my own understandings if needed rather than changing the meaning of Scripture.

As the Bible does not call this a parable, but simply gives a prophetic narrative, that's how I understand it, regarless of someone's personal protestations that this passage is a parable, and doesn't actually mean what it says as a prophetic narrative.

There isn't a Millennial Kingdom on this earth that follows after this judgement as you believe and teach, it's (The End) eternity begins in the New Heaven, Earth, Jerusalem!
Oh but there is!

And so, you say you are ignorant of your well-doing, and have no knowledge of why you would be judged as righteous by good works.

That is an ignorance the brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus do not have. We kkno0w in whom we believe, and we know who we do well for, especially the household of faith, beginning with the least in Christ Jesus.

For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

There are the righteous in works, and then there are the righteous by faith doing the righteousness of God.

The natural sheep after the destruction of armies on earth, do not know who nor why they are being chosen to continue living on earth, in the righteous kingdom of the King.

The habit of people teaching their own minds, is they give no mind to arguments of Scripture, that they do not want to acknowledge.

That is why they trample much of the doctrine of God, in order to teach their own minds only.

Good works do not determine our salvation they determine our reward. 2 Corinthians 5:10-11 similarly says, “for we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.

A careful study of the wording of this passage confirms that we are looking at a general judgment. The inspired text makes clear: we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ.” If we are to take this passage at face value we must assume we are looking at a picture of all mankind being brought to account for its deeds at the coming of Christ. Manifestly, from the wording, it is not just believers that will stand before Christ when He appears, but unbelievers also.

This assumption is reinforced by the fact that both the “good and bad” that has been done by man will be judged. The Greek word for “good” here is agathos which means of good constitution or nature, upright, and honourable. This cannot be speaking about anyone other than the elect. After all, this is accurately describing the moral nature of those who have experienced the new birth. Remember, the believer’s sin has already been judged and paid for at the cross. The word phaulos, on the other hand, means foul, ethically bad, base, wicked or evil. This is undoubtedly speaking of the immoral, the unsaved.

Jesus said in Matthew 16:27, For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.”

We are talking about judgment in the context of mankind being brought to account before the holy bar of God to give an account for their lives. It is the place where God hands out His eternal sentences upon all men. Multiple Scripture locates this at the second coming. We are talking about the wicked being physically killed when Jesus appears. Even that, you limit and fill your future millennium with countless billions of mortal rebels.

Romans 14:10-12 says, we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.”

Here Paul personalizes this by saying, “every one of us shall give account of himself to God.” The judgment for believers is one of rewards, however, we will give account for our talents and giftings on the Judgment day. Our faithfulness to the same will then determine our reward on "that day."

Paul says in 1 Corinthians 3:6-8, every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.”

1 Corinthians 3:11-15 says, “For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.”

Scripture presents the second coming of the Lord as the day when “every man's work shall be made manifest” (or be revealed). There is no hiding for anyone when Jesus Comes. He is coming to mete out final justice for all. Every man’s works shall be judged as by fire. This day involves the judgement of both the righteous and the wicked. This they will see the righteous rewarded, and the wicked punished (“the day shall declare it”).

Revelation 22:12 says, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.”

Many Scriptures tell us that Jesus brings His reward with Him when He becomes. All men will be judged then. Both the saved and unsaved will be brought to account and will receive their due eternal reward at the second coming.

Just like Jesus prophesied His death and resurrection, which were not parables, but actually happened, in the same way He prophesied this Sheep/Goats judgment, which is not a parable, and will actually happen.
They Are "Parables"

Will actual sheep and goats be standing before the throne of God in judgement "No" this is a "Parable"

The Sheep/Goats are representative of Righteous/Wicked, a parable spoken to "Herdsmen" concerning the final judgement that will actually happen

The Wheat/Tares are representative of Righteous/Wicked, a parable spoken to "Farmers" concerning the final judgement that will actually happen

Jesus Is The Lord

Jesus didn't say sheep and goats would be there, He said that He would separate the nations (gentiles) as a shepherd separates sheep from goats. He clearly uses a simile, and in no wise gives even a single indication that this is a parable. Are the passages about your salvation also parables? How do you determine what is and isn't a parable? For myself, I just go by whether the Bible says it's a parable or not, like in Matthew 13, for instance. We have no need to wonder whether these were parables, Jesus said they were parables.

But not this. This is prophecy.

Much love!

The habit of people teaching their own minds, is they give no mind to arguments of Scripture, that they do not want to acknowledge.

That is why they trample much of the doctrine of God, in order to teach their own minds only.
This is exactly what you are doing Robert.
If you were to use the rest of scripture, you would know that people are thrown into the everlasting fire that was prepared for the devil and his angels at the GWT. Nobody is punished in this way without the book of life opened first. The NHNE then come into view as our inheritance...pristine, without death, sin, just as it was from the foundation of the world.

You would also realize that Jesus comes again to preside over this judgment with all his Angels.
Run through these scriptures below and you should see the bigger picture that confirms everything about the timing and consequence of this judgment.

Jude

14 It was also about these men that Enoch, in the seventh generation from Adam, prophesied, saying, “Behold, the Lord came with many thousands of His holy ones, 15 to execute judgment upon all, and to convict all the ungodly of all their ungodly deeds which they have done in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.”

Matt 16
Jesus said...,
27 For the Son of Man is going to come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and will then repay every man according to his deeds.

2Thess 1

This is a plain indication of God’s righteous judgment so that you will be considered worthy of the kingdom of God, for which indeed you are suffering. 6 For after all it is only just for God to repay with affliction those who afflict you, 7 and to give relief to you who are afflicted and to us as well when the Lord Jesus will be revealed from heaven with His mighty angels in flaming fire, 8 dealing out retribution to those who do not know God and to those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. 9 These will pay the penalty of eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power, 10 when He comes to be glorified in His saints on that day, and to be marveled at among all who have believed—for our testimony to you was believed.

Matt 25
31 “But when the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels with Him, then He will sit on His glorious throne. 32 All the nations will be gathered before Him; and He will separate them from one another, as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats; 33 and He will put the sheep on His right, and the goats on the left.

34 “Then the King will say to those on His right, ‘Come, you who are blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.

41 “Then He will also say to those on His left, ‘Depart from Me, accursed ones, into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels;

Your living in a biased fantasy, the sheep/goats is a parable, a "Basic" common understanding within Christian theology

Try typing "parable sheep goats" into a Google search and see all the theological organizations that disagree with you

Ok then. I suggest reading what the Bible says, and not what it doesn't say, and believe what it says.

Much love!
I believe what the Bible says, and Jesus has used sheep/goats to illustrate to "Herdsmen" of the final judgement that will literally take place in the future

This isn't a simile as you claim, it is one of several "parables" used by the Lord in speaking to common men

Jesus said the weeds and the wheat was a parable. It illustrates the exact same thing in Matt 25.

Matt 13
41 The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend [those things by which people are led into sin], and all who practice evil [leading others into sin], 42 and will throw them into the furnace of fire; in that place there will be weeping [over sorrow and pain] and grinding of teeth [over distress and anger].

43 Then the righteous [those who seek the will of God] will shine forth [radiating the new life] like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears [to hear], let him hear and heed My words.

Matt 25
31 “But when the Son of Man comes in His glory and majesty and all the angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. 32 All the nations will be gathered before Him [for judgment]; and He will separate them from one another, as a shepherd separates his sheep from the goats; 33 and He will put the sheep on His right [the place of honor], and the goats on His left [the place of rejection].

34 “Then the King will say to those on His right, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father [you favored of God, appointed to eternal salvation], inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.

41 “Then He will say to those on His left, ‘Leave Me, you cursed ones, into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels (demons);

Matt 13 has a series of parables as does Matt 25, like the virgins and the talents.

matt 25
“Then the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins,

Matt 13

31 He gave them another parable [to consider], saying, “The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and sowed in his field; 32 and of all the seeds [planted in the region] it is the smallest, but when it has grown it is the largest of the garden herbs and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air find shelter in its branches.”

33 He told them another parable, “The kingdom of heaven is like leaven, which a woman took and worked into three measures of flour until all of it was leavened.”

34 All these things Jesus said to the crowds in parables, and He said nothing to them without [using] a parable. 35 This was to fulfill what was spoken by the prophet:

“I will open My mouth in parables;
I will utter things [unknown and unattainable] that have been hidden [from mankind] since the foundation of the world.”

Jesus tells us what we inherit at his coming from the foundation of the world in Matt 25 :31-

The Sheep/Goats judgement is nothing more than a "Parable" of the final judgement, Just as scripture teaches below

The righteous sheep go into eternal life, the wicked goats into everlasting punishment (The End)

There isn't a Millennial Kingdom on this earth that follows after this judgement as you believe and teach, it's (The End) eternity begins in the New Heaven, Earth, Jerusalem!

Matthew 25:46KJV
46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.
The Second Coming is not a parable. Christ as King on a throne is not a parable. The lost sheep of Israel is not a parable. Your Amil interpretation is just a feel good parable of human understanding.
