The Greek word "Chilioi" was used in 2 Peter 3:8 and in Revelation 20:1-7

The definition is (Uncertain Affinity) not a literal thousand years on this earth as many claim

Strong’s Definitions
χίλιοι chílioi, khil'-ee-oy; plural of uncertain affinity; a thousand:—thousand.

KJV Translation Count — Total: 11x
The KJV translates Strong's G5507 in the following manner: thousand (11x).

Thousand = Uncertain Affinity

2 Peter 3:8KJV
8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

Revelation 20:1-7KJV
1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.
4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,

Whenever it can, as a rule the Strong's Greek Dictionary gives other Greek words that are related to the word you are looking at."Of uncertain affinity" means "It is not certain which other Greek word or words this word is related to". A thousand is a unit (one unit) times a thousand, so it's automatically the plural of the unit.

So the Strong's Greek Dictionary is telling you the obvious: that chílioi is the plural of a unit (one unit) because it's a unit (one unit) times a thousand (one thousand), and then just in case you're confused, Strong's tells you what chílioi means: It means a thousand, or thousand. It does not mean the plural of a thousand, it means the plural of a unit (a unit times a thousand).

We can't change the meaning of the words "a thousand" and "thousand" in the Strong's definition of the word chílioi just because we would like the definition to mean "plural of a thousand".

I know, it doesn't take Einstein to work out that you haven't the faintest clue what "of uncertain affinity" means in the Strong's Greek Dictionary and really don't know what you are talking about because you're reading things into a dictionary that aren't there.

So anyway, end of discussion. Your fallacy is obviously not gonna lift just yet :)

I completely disagree with this premise, mostly because the 7-day week is a type of God's 7 thousand year plan that is revealed in the 4th commandment. Man was given the first 6 days to do his work as a type of what Satan would be allowed to do for the first 6 millennia. The Sabbath itself is a type of the final millennium, hence the prohibition against doing any secular work and the command to dedicate the whole 24 hr. period of the Sabbath to God's work.

You are not being honest with Strong's definition of "chilioi" because the definition clearly reads that it can also refer to the literal number 1,000. "Chilioi" only refers to an uncertain amount when the term "thousands of thousands" is used like it is in Rev. 5:11. The definition that should be used depends on the context in which "chilioi" is used in scripture. It's a rather simple concept, don't you think?

I Strongly Disagree with your claim (Thousand) is literal, as Strongs clearly teaches this represents (Uncertain Affinity)
