I didn't read most of your long post. However, Scripture was not written by the church, but by Jewish people (except perhaps Luke) who were infallibly inspired by God. The church declared what is & what is not in the canon of New Testament Scripture; the Old Testament canon was decide by the Jews. And there are those who disagree about what is included in the canon and what isn't.

Jesus broke with tradition, he broke away from the teaching of the Jewish leaders of his day and I believe we are called to do the same and discover the truths for ourselves without just relying on what has been passed down to us. Much of it may be good and true but we should make that judgement with the help of the Holy Spirit and not follow blindly "because it's always been done like this" or "this is what we've always been taught".

But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction. 2 Peter 2:1​
