Under the Geneva and Hague Conventions, armed forces are required to wear insignia, distinguish themselves from civilians, avoid using civilians as shields, and operate from legitimate military positions.
Hamas violates every one of these principles. It fights from schools, hospitals, mosques, and densely populated neighborhoods. It stores rockets in UN facilities and clinics. Its fighters wear no uniforms.

Under these laws, when a terrorist organization embeds itself within civilian populations, the responsibility for ensuing civilian casualties does not rest solely – or even primarily – on the state responding. Bartov obscures this fundamental legal fact.

If Israel strikes at over 174,000 buildings in Gaza, it is because Hamas has made every one of those sites part of its military network. They are not random or punitive; they are command centers, weapons depots, and rocket launch sites. They are surgically tied to Hamas’s infrastructure, deliberately hidden beneath civilian life. Schools, mosques, and hospitals – these are tragic locations for battle only because Hamas made them so. Bartov calls this genocide. The laws of war call it Hamas’s crime.

Who bears responsibility for Gaza’s suffering?

No Modern Army has taken greater precautions to minimize civilian casualties than Israel’s. Jerusalem pioneered the “knock on the roof” tactic: firing warning shots on buildings to prompt evacuation. It sends SMS messages, phone calls, and leaflets and coordinates evacuation routes – even as Hamas forcibly blocks civilians from leaving to preserve its human shields.
Israel’s evacuation efforts in Gaza far exceed the conduct of the US in Fallujah, NATO in Belgrade, or any nation engaged in urban warfare. Israel stops combat operations for humanitarian pauses, facilitates aid deliveries, and treats Gazans in its hospitals. These are not the actions of a genocidal state. They are the actions of a military constrained by morality and law, even while fighting an enemy that respects neither.

The Tragic civilian toll in Gaza... – tens of thousands dead or wounded – is not a consequence of Israeli genocidal intent. It is the direct result of Hamas’s systematic war crimes against both Israelis and Palestinians.

Hamas has turned Gaza into a fortress of terror, embedding its rockets, command centers, and fighters inside apartment buildings, hospitals, schools, and mosques. It fires rockets from playgrounds. It stores weapons beneath clinics. It builds tunnels beneath UN facilities.
This is not accidental. It is a deliberate strategy designed to force Israel into impossible choices and to maximize Palestinian civilian deaths for Global Headlines.

Houthi Prime Minister Killed in IDF Strike

Stand for Israel | August 29, 2025

While Israel has not officially confirmed it, Yemen media is reporting that the prime minister of the Houthis terror group was killed during strikes in Sanaa by the IDF. The Times of Israel reports that Ahmed al-Rahawi, along with other high-ranking Houthi officials, were the main targets of the airstrikes on Thursday. The IDF also confirmed on Friday that the defense minister and chief of staff of the Iran-backed terror group were also targeted.

God bless Israel! And He will too.
How's 2/3 of Israel dying in the future a blessing?

Jesus Is The Lord

Zechariah 13:8-9KJV
8 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.
9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The Lord is my God.

1 Behold, the day of the LORD is coming,
2 For I will gather all the nations to battle against Jerusalem; The city shall be taken, The houses rifled, And the women ravished. Half of the city shall go into captivity, But the remnant of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
3 Then the LORD will go forth And fight against those nations, As He fights in the day of battle.
4 And in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, Which faces Jerusalem on the east.
12 And this shall be the plague with which the LORD will strike all the people who fought against Jerusalem: Their flesh shall dissolve while they stand on their feet, Their eyes shall dissolve in their sockets, And their tongues shall dissolve in their mouths.

-
This morning, terror struck at Jerusalem’s Ramot Junction as two armed assailants opened fire on a bus and pedestrians waiting nearby during rush hour. The attack, hailing from West Bank villages, were killed on the scene by an off-duty soldier and armed civilians who quickly interveined...

Six people were murdered Monday and 12 were wounded, six of them seriously, when a pair of Palestinian terrorists opened fire on vehicles and pedestrians in Jerusalem’s Ramot Junction. The attackers used makeshift “Carlo” submachine guns—improvised weapons often manufactured in the West Bank

Terror Attack in West Bank Kills One and Wounds Three

Stand for Israel | November 18, 2025

The IDF is encircling villages in Gush Etzion after a terror attack at the junction killed an Israeli man in his 60s, and three more people, a 40-year-old woman, a 30-year-old man, and a 15-year-old boy, were wounded. The Jerusalem Post reports that two attackers drove into the junction to run over pedestrians before getting out of the vehicle and resorting to stabbing. The two terrorists were killed by gunfire from soldiers and civilians, some of whom were reservists who happened to be in the area.

The military has begun cordoning off Palestinian towns in the area of the attack and setting up roadblocks. Authorities suspect that one of the attackers was a resident of Hebron, and another came from Beit Ummar, according to Walla.
“When we arrived at the scene, we identified that this was a serious and complex incident,” MDA Paramedic Uriel Lavi said.
“We located several injured individuals suffering from penetrating wounds. We provided them with initial medical treatment on-site, and after stabilizing their condition, we evacuated them for further treatment at the hospital.”

Palestinian Islamic Jihad took credit for the attack and praised the actions of the two assailants on social media. It was also reported that Israeli security forces discovered several explosive devices in the terrorists’ vehicle. West Bank border police arrived to defuse any which could be active.

Israeli officials praised the quick actions of those already on the scene who were ready to defend themselves. MDA personnel also had a speedy reaction time, which led to the wounded being moved to Shaare Zedek Medical Center and successfully treated.

It’s times like these when we are reminded why Israel has mandatory military service. As Palestinian Islamic Jihad and other terror groups continue to call for Israel’s destruction and encourage acts of violence like this one against her people.

IAF Eliminates Six Terrorists, IDF Arrests Five From Tunnels

Israeli army forces during a military operation in the West Bank city of Nablus search for a gunman who opened fire on them during the operation in the city center. November 20, 2025.

The Yellow Line scuffles between Israeli forces and Hamas continue as 15 terror operatives were seen emerging from a tunnel network close to Rafah in Gaza. Ynet reports that the IAF carried out a strike based on IDF guidance which killed six members of the group while five were arrested by troops on the ground. The remaining four terrorists are still at large.
According to an initial military review, Air Force, guided by troops on the ground and Shin Bet intelligence, killed six of the terrorists in an airstrike. Units from the Nahal Brigade’s combat team arrested five others who surrendered and transferred them to Shin Bet custody inside Israel for questioning.
Troops continued air and ground searches Friday to locate the remaining terrorists.
Yesterday, also according to Ynet, the IDF discovered a sprawling subterranean complex in the southern Rafah area that is said to stretch more than 4.5 miles and lies 80 feet underground. It also ran beneath a densely populated neighborhood, which included a UN facility, mosques, medical clinics, and schools. The tunnels connected 80 rooms which housed command centers and weapon housing.
The location and how the tunnels were designed is consistent with how Hamas uses civilian infrastructure both as cover and sites for terror operations. Some also appear to be still in use even when the ceasefire calls for Hamas to be disarmed. At the same time, searches for the remaining three hostages are underway in Gaza by the Red Cross.
This week has proved to be a turbulent time for the ceasefire with Yellow Line disputes, terrorists firing upon IDF soldiers, and confusion regarding the remaining hostages’ releases. As search efforts for the remaining hostages continue and the IDF dismantles the underground tunnel systems that were used to hold and torture innocent people for the past two years.

Three Hezbollah Operatives Eliminated in IDF Strike

Stand for Israel | December 23, 2025

The IDF conducted a drone strike on the Lebanese city of Sidon yesterday with the goal of stopping Hezbollah rebuilding efforts in the region. The Jerusalem Post reported that three operatives of the terror group were eliminated in the strike. Today, however, it was revealed that one of the Hezbollah terrorists was a former soldier in the Lebanese army. This fact was unknown to the IDF at the time of the strike.
It was unclear whether killing a Lebanese intelligence official would have negative diplomatic consequences or whether Lebanon would try to downplay the issue if it accepted Israel’s narrative.
All of this takes place as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will meet with US President Donald Trump in Washington on December 29 to discuss many issues, including how far the parties will go in pressuring the Lebanese government to disarm Hezbollah, and what limits Trump will put on Israeli military actions in Lebanon.
There have been multiple instances of Lebanese army officials being caught working with Hezbollah in the past. This is the first instance of one of them being eliminated. As Israel stresses the importance of disarming the terror group, the Lebanese government has so far done little to do so. The IDF has gone on record saying that Hezbollah is rebuilding faster than they are being disarmed.

  • Middle East Officials Caution U.S. About Iran Strike

    Stand for Israel | January 14, 2026
A plenum session at the assembly hall of the Knesset, the Israeli parliament in Jerusalem, January 14, 2026.

  • As anti-government protests in Iran enter their third week, The Jerusalem Post has reported that Israeli and Arab officials have voiced concerns about the possibility of the U.S. intervening or launching strikes against Iran. While President Trump has suggested that U.S. involvement is likely as protesters face violence—and even death—at the hands of the regime, some worry that an attack could strengthen support for Iranian leadership.
Trump has publicly warned Iran over the killing of protesters and signaled that “help is on its way,” while his team reviews military and non-military measures.
According to NBC, Israel has told Washington they support regime change and US efforts to facilitate it but worry that major strikes now might not “finish the job” begun by protesters.
Some Arab officials voiced concern that US or Israeli attacks could trigger a ‘rally around the flag effect,’ where public approval for a country’s leaders surges during a national crisis, inside Iran.
The IDF has stated that what is happening in Iran is an internal matter and that there are no plans for Israeli strikes or operations. However, troops have been placed on high alert in case of unexpected scenarios should the U.S. take action.
According to multiple sources, at least 2,000 protesters have been killed since December 28, with some reports estimating the number to be greater than 10,000. These are people fighting for freedom against an oppressive regime, and we pray for the Iranians who are taking a stand. Let’s also continue to pray for Shalom peace, in Iran, in Israel, and throughout the world.

Iran Strike Not Certain, President Trump Says

Stand for Israel | January 15, 2026

People walking next to a large American flag at the Tsahal Square in Jerusalem, in honor of U.S. President Donald Trump, October 12, 2025

As Israel remains on high alert amid the possibility of US intervention in Iran, The Jerusalem Post reports that U.S. President Donald Trump may be reconsidering taking military action against the Islamic Republic. This comes after Trump received news the previous day that the regime had eased its crackdown, including halting the planned execution of a protester.
US President Donald Trump informed Tehran that the US would not strike the country and asked the Islamic Republic to exercise restraint as well, Pakistani outlet Dawn reported on Thursday afternoon, citing Iran’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Reza Amiri Moghadam.
“We were told that the killing in Iran is stopping, and there’s no plan for executions,” Trump said in the Oval Office. “I’ve been told that on good authority. We’ll find out about it. I’m sure if it happens, I’ll be very upset.”
Earlier this week, Trump ordered U.S. troops to withdraw from the airbase in Qatar—a move many interpreted as a signal of an impending operation. However, The Times of Israel has reported that the troops have since returned after Trump informed Tehran that the U.S. may not strike. Middle East officials, including Israeli representatives, have asked Trump to show restraint to avoid the possibility of all-out war in the region.
Any U.S. intervention in Iran could lead the Islamic Republic to attack Israel. Israeli leaders are urging caution in part because the IDF remains engaged with Hezboliah as the Lebanon-based terror group continues to defy the ceasefire. At the same time, ongoing meetings about the future of Gaza have demanded significant attention.

IDF Strikes Hamas and Hezbollah Over Weekend

Stand for Israel | February 16, 2026

Two armed security personnel in tactical gear patrolling a rural area, providing safety and support in conflict zones.

Two armed security personnel in tactical gear patrol a rural area, ensuring safety and security for vulnerable communities affected by conflict.
The IDF reported striking and eliminating Hamas and Hezbollah terrorists over the past several days.
Hamas terrorists were operating from a tunnel in Rafah, while Hezbollah operatives continue efforts to reestablish the group’s presence in the Hanin area of southern Lebanon. Israel stated that both groups have once again violated their respective ceasefire frameworks. Six Hamas terrorists and one Hezbollah operative were eliminated in the ensuing strikes.
The soldiers killed six terrorists in the latest operations on Sunday, in addition to the three killed during the encounter last week, the military confirmed.
The military said that over the past week, troops operating under the 91st Division eliminated three additional terrorists who it said were working to restore Hezbollah infrastructure in southern Lebanon.
It added that forces dismantled several structures and engineering vehicles that, according to the IDF, were used by Hezbollah to advance planned attacks in the area.
Last week, Hamas used the same tunnel in Rafah to cross the IDF’s Yellow Line. The terrorists opened fire on the 7th Armored Brigade. Soldiers returned fire, killing four of the attackers. Another operation was carried out this week to eliminate any remaining terrorists using the tunnels.
With the terror group’s intentions regarding disarmament still unclear, a senior Netanyahu aide has given Hamas 60 days to disarm or face a new offensive in Gaza.
Meanwhile, German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier urged Lebanon to disarm Hezbollah during a visit to Beirut.
