You obviously want to ADD a false pre-trib rapture somewhere in His Olivet discourse that is not there.

Olivet discourse is Matthew 24:1-25:46. So let us apply your belief that believers are suppose to go through the great tribulation until Christ comes at the very end of the great tribulation when He defends Jerusalem when the world's armies will be marching against it.

Now imagine how bad that will be for believers at the end of the great tribulation when supposedly the beast has been waging war on the saints.

Revelation 6:7 And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see. 8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

Revelation 13:6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. 7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. 8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. 9 If any man have an ear, let him hear.

16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. 18 Here is wisdom. How can a believer not watch? Why would Jesus even bother to warn believers to be ready or else then? Jesus describes a world that the saints will be living in as not like the end of the great tribulation.

Matthew 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. 37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. 41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left. 42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

Believers will be eating and drinking, as well as with marrying and given in marriage along other people. And when the believers are taken, note how one will be working in the field and another grinding at the mill. How can that be when the beast is waging war on the saints to kill them with the sword and with hunger because they do not have the mark of the beast to buy & sell or to even work freely?

If you want to reject Christ's teaching there in His Olivet discourse and His Book of Revelation about the events leading up to His future return, fine, goto, follow men's false pre-trib rapture theory if that's what you want.

Jesus is warning believers and churches to be ready or else in the days we are living in now, before the rapture as in when the Bridegroom comes.

In Matthew 25:1-13 which is part of the Olivet Discourse, the parable of the ten virgins in how they are likened unto the kingdom of heaven, I do not see a terrible time the ten virgins are waiting in as if at the end of the great tribulation. Indeed, they are out to the market to buy and sell. So when the Bridegroom comes to receive those that are ready to the wedding reception, the ten virgins are left out for not being ready & watching.

Yet they are still part of the Kingdm of Heaven, because that is what the ten virgins was likened to.

And Jesus is warning the 7 churches in Revelation to be ready or else.

One of the 5 of the 7 churches that were bad, the church at Thyatira was warned to repent pr else be cast into the bed of the great tribulation in Revelation 2:18-25.

One of the 2 out of 7 churches that were good, the church at Philadelphia, was exhorted to hold fast with the promise of escaping the hour of temptation that shall try all upon the earth which has to be the mark of the beast hence the escape is the rapture in Revelation 3:7-11

One of the 5 out of 7 churches that were bad, the church of the Laodiceans, in Revelation 3:14-20 was described as "17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; ", hardly describes a church boasting that at the end of the great tribulation.

So there are just reasons & more to believe that Jesus as the Bridegroom, is warning believers to be ready or else, in the world we are living in now and not at the end of the great tribulation when He comes as the King of kings.

When you read about how the Father draws us unto the Son to reveal His Son to us so we can believe in Him to be saved, then our believing in Him is a work of God too for why we should know we are the children of God by faith in Jesus Christ.

Just as the church is to excommunicate believers for not abiding in Him until they repent, so will God do when the Bridegroom comes.

Just as the church is not to eat with believers that live in sin, is why God will excommunicate those not ready from the Marriage Supper in Heaven.

Many are called but few are chosen as I believed this is meant for the Marriage Supper for why saved believers are to be ready or else.

I do agree with you there will be a gathering before the time of testing coming on the whole world to test all its people. We are to pray to be found worthy to escape it. But I don’t think God ultimately destroys everyone left. If that were the case, who are those under the altar who were killed and who washed their robes and came out of the tribulation?
The only way I can make sense of it is that some left behind need more testing to come out pure.

I still think you haven’t looked at what I wrote here.
First, you said “carnal saints” and there is no such thing. A saint is no longer carnal.
Second, you say everyone left will be destroyed body and soul (the second death) and that does not explain those under the altar in heaven who came out of the great tribulation.

I can still apply that verse above to what I am saying below because even though they may be denied by Him for being workers of iniquity, He still abides in them that get left behind for not being ready.

So they are still saved but missed out on the firstfruits of the resurrection to be left behind in being damned as vessels unto dishonor in His House.

OSAS and Pre-Trib Rapture are equally-false doctrines.

Neither are taught in scripture.

Jesus is warning believers and churches to be ready or else in the days we are living in now, before the rapture as in when the Bridegroom comes.

In Matthew 25:1-13 which is part of the Olivet Discourse, the parable of the ten virgins in how they are likened unto the kingdom of heaven, I do not see a terrible time the ten virgins are waiting in as if at the end of the great tribulation. Indeed, they are out to the market to buy and sell. So when the Bridegroom comes to receive those that are ready to the wedding reception, the ten virgins are left out for not being ready & watching.

Yet they are still part of the Kingdm of Heaven, because that is what the ten virgins was likened to.

And Jesus is warning the 7 churches in Revelation to be ready or else.

One of the 5 of the 7 churches that were bad, the church at Thyatira was warned to repent pr else be cast into the bed of the great tribulation in Revelation 2:18-25.

One of the 2 out of 7 churches that were good, the church at Philadelphia, was exhorted to hold fast with the promise of escaping the hour of temptation that shall try all upon the earth which has to be the mark of the beast hence the escape is the rapture in Revelation 3:7-11

One of the 5 out of 7 churches that were bad, the church of the Laodiceans, in Revelation 3:14-20 was described as "17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; ", hardly describes a church boasting that at the end of the great tribulation.

So there are just reasons & more to believe that Jesus as the Bridegroom, is warning believers to be ready or else, in the world we are living in now and not at the end of the great tribulation when He comes as the King of kings.
