Perhaps you would consider taking the chance of entering into a relationship with the lover of your soul. Jesus christ, our Lord and Savior. You may find that you are not battered around so much like a ship without a rudder. Could the real reason behind Jesus prophecy coming to fruition now be because of a great number of people have believed in a judgement day for so long, they have ultimately derailed a brighter future for our species and everything else that lives on this planet.
