That's because YOU neither understand what Blasphemy is - not are you able to grasp that the Church is not purely spiritual.
The Church is made up of people - some here on earth and some who have gone before us.

When you study a little further, you'll see what I mean . . .
Wrong...

The church is made up of people who no longer live, but it is Christ who lives in them...and their life is now completely spiritual, just as He is, just as God is.

Heaven forbid, that I should study what has taught you to be of the world!

Not according to Jesus:
Matt. 5:14-16

You are the light of the WORLD. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

Keep studying - you'll get there . . .

God used people like Abraham and Moses in the Old covenant to reveal Himself.
God uses His Church to reveal Himself in the NEW Covenant.

Not that difficult to understand.

Oh really? So what happened to the old "that was the old covenant" excuse? I thought Abraham and company didn't matter since we're under the new covenant?

Neither do I

And many do, with no problems at all from the church of course.

I would be foolish, however, NOT to ask fellow members of the Body of Christ to pray for me - don't you think??
YOU don't ever ask anybody to pray for YOU?? YOU don't pray for anybody??

No actually, I can pray for myself just fine, I don't need a priest to do it for me.

No, because the organization brought that entirely upon itself, from its long and sordid history, all the way up to the recent sexual abuse scandal which for many was the last straw. We don't really care if you "help people". Some of the biggest murdering gangsters in the world "helped people", and fed the poor and such, to present themselves as something other than what they are. I wasn't brought up to hate anyone.
The long and sordid history of Protestantism was worse Protestantism: Historic Persecution & Intolerance (Index Page) as documented by Protestant and secular historians. The Church has cleaned up the sex abuse problem, while Protestantism is too impotent to change, due to its lack of centrality.
The Catholicism you despise is a cardboard caricature, it doesn't exist. People in service to the poor are not murdering gangsters.

'We don't really care if you "help people".
I noticed.

Really?? you know THAT little of Scripture.
They were part of the OLD Covenant, which JESUS fulfilled. He is the NEW Covenant which we are part of.
No actually, I can pray for myself just fine, I don't need a priest to do it for me.
That's not what I asked you.
I asked you if you ever ask others to pray for YOU - and if you pray for others.

We are commanded to pray for each other (James 5:16).
Do YOU?

That's right, you are the light of the world. He doesn't dwell in a church made with hands. So whats your point? What does this verse have to do with anyone's church building?

Yeah, I read it, many times over. We all know they were of the old covenant, but lets not forget that you said God doesn't exist unless the church exists.

That's not what I asked you.
I asked you if you ever ask others to pray for YOU

No....like I already said.

and if you pray for others.

I have......if that individual is even worth praying for...otherwise it would be like casting pearls before swine...whats your point?

WHO said anything about a "building"?? I have repeatedly talked about people.
Try being honest for a change . . .
Yeah, I read it, many times over. We all know they were of the old covenant, but lets not forget that you said God doesn't exist unless the church exists.
And that's not what I said. I said that we, under the NEW Covenant cannot know God if we reject His Church.
Again - try being honest for a change . . .
No....like I already said.
Then you are disobeying the Word of God.
James 5:16 explicitly says that we are to pray for each other.
I have......if that individual is even worth praying for...otherwise it would be like casting pearls before swine...whats your point?
Soooo - YOU pray for others - then you condemn Catholics for doing the same??
You judge whether or not a person is "worth" praying for??

Who gave YOU the right to judge their hearts?
People who YOU deem "unworthy" are more likely to need your prayers.

Is that right hey?

No - it's just ignorant.
Christ's Church is the FULLNESS of Him (Eph. 1:22-23) - and He is God.

Know
the Church - Know God.
NO Church - NO God.

So you define people as the church, and without the church, or without people, there is no God? Is that the idea here? Do I have to know you to know God? Is there NO God without you?

Then you are disobeying the Word of God.
James 5:16 explicitly says that we are to pray for each other.

You speak of this as if this is a salvation issue for you. Seriously, you should chill out. The word of God says we must do many things, but there is only one requirement to be saved, and that is of confessing that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior and confessing to HIM of your sins. I don't need to confess my sins to anyone. You should stay in your lane, and I'll stay in mine.

(Romans 10:9-13) "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. {10} For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. {11} For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. {12} For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. {13} For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

Soooo - YOU pray for others - then you condemn Catholics for doing the same??

Hmmm, now where did I say such a thing?

You judge whether or not a person is "worth" praying for??

(Matthew 18:15-17) "¶ Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. {16} But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. {17} And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican."

In other words, "BreadOfLifeless", get rid of him. Read along the chapter, it never says I have to pray for such heathens.

Hey Guy this is so full of I am right and you are wrong. If you are using scripture just to prove some one wrong. Your already wrong. If you are trying to teach and have no love for the person then its just spite. The sarchasim here is rotten. This is not for Jesus glory. This is not serving God. Please stop. If you halve to your point across thats coming from the flesh and a need to be right. Thats not of Jesus. If someone disagrees with you leave it at that. Say what you believe and leave it at that. When you start telling someone you need to learn, you need to read. That is totally wrong. If Jesus was sitting next to you would not post half of what you do. Please stop this. satan is loving working in the middle of all the fights in here. And you are helping his cause. Sorry but thats what it is.

Unfortunately for YOU, the Truth is lost in your heretical perversion of "Diversified Oneness" - aka Modalism.
GINOLJC, to all. "aka Modalism?". well let's see, you got caught on Revelation 1:8, you got caught, and found out that the titles "Father", "Son", and "Holy Spirit" is of the Same ONE person. you got caught on the Holy Spirit coming. Oh and you said that the Son is in the Father, and vice versa, but they are separate Persons..... lol. my god how igorant can one be. Oh well.

as for Diversified Oneness "aka Modalism?", lol. Think about this, Trinitarianism is nothing but Modalism in reverse, think about it.... (smile)... lol.

Now since you failed, struck out completely. there is no need for us to discuss the Godhead, for you have been exposed in that doctrine. so that subject is null and void.

Peace in Christ Jesus.

Yup.

Jesus told His Church that if somebody rejects them - then they reject HIM and the ONE who sent Him.

I don't need to confess my sins to anyone. You should stay in your lane, and I'll stay in mine.
Really??
Where
does Scripture say that this is the ONLY requirement??

Jesus Himself said that you must believe AND be Baptized (Mark 6:16) AND do the will of the Father (Matt. 7:21) AND pick up his cross daily (Luke 9:23) AND follow His commands (John 14:23, 15:10). Doing the will of the Father includes praying for each other - otherwise it wouldn't be part of His written Word.

The fact that YOU deem some "unworthy" of your prayers is nothing but sinful pride and arrogance.
Hmmm, now where did I say such a thing?
When you said:
"No actually, I can pray for myself just fine, I don't need a priest to do it for me."
In other words, "BreadOfLifeless", get rid of him. Read along the chapter, it never says I have to pray for such heathens.
Excommunication is a disciplinary tool for the unruly, with the goal of bringing them back to the fold.
1 Cor. 5:4-5
So when you are assembled and I am with you in spirit, and the power of our Lord Jesus is present, hand this man over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh so that his SPIRIT MAY BE SAVED on the day of the Lord.

We ALWAYS need to pray for those who are lost. The fact that YOU place yourself above them speaks volumes about how you've perverted the Gospel.

Shame on you . . .

It is the teaching of Christ that HIS followers are the salt of the earth and light of the world.

Study God's entire written Word in context . . .

Wrong.
I gave you THIRTY-FIVE verses that prove the Trinity - and YOU completely failed to address them.

God is not a shape-shifter that you Modalists have invented.

Apparently, you're new here, so I will repeat what I have said dozens of times.

I am here to expose the lies and fairy tales that Anti-Catholics spread about the Catholic Church.
If I sound "sarcastic" - it is only for the purpose of exposing these lies so that others who are sincerely seeking the truth won't be seduced by this filth.

I have NO problem with Protestants who simply "disagree" with the Church. 9 of my 12 siblings are Protestant and I love them dearly.
It's only with those who spread these filthy lies - then sanctimoniously condemn me for being "rude".

Bottom line:
Don't lie
and you won't be exposed.
God HATES lies and condemns liars.

I'm the least of your worries . . .

If you did - point me to the post where you refuted these THIRTY-FIVE passages.

Until you can DO that - you're just blowing hot wind . . .

Jesus told His Church that if somebody rejects them - then they reject HIM and the ONE who sent Him.
Once you've rejected His Church - you've rejected Him - so it's impossible to know Him when you do that.
See BOL you have. to put it into context for you.

1Sa_8:7 And the LORD said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them.
1Sa_10:19 And ye have this day rejected your God, who himself saved you out of all your adversities and your tribulations; and ye have said unto him, Nay, but set a king over us. Now therefore present yourselves before the LORD by your tribes, and by your thousands.

and so you see Jesus even reiterated this

Mar 10:42 But Jesus called them to him, and saith unto them, Ye know that they which are accounted to rule over the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and their great ones exercise authority upon them.
Mar 10:43 But so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister:
so you see BOL you have rejected Christ, for you have your pope and all your priests and deacons ruling and reigning over you and just like it says

1Sa 8:10 And Samuel told all the words of the LORD unto the people that asked of him a king.
1Sa 8:11 And he said, This will be the manner of the king that shall reign over you: He will take your sons, and appoint them for himself, for his chariots, and to be his horsemen; and some shall run before his chariots.
1Sa 8:12 And he will appoint him captains over thousands, and captains over fifties; and will set them to ear his ground, and to reap his harvest, and to make his instruments of war, and instruments of his chariots.
1Sa 8:13 And he will take your daughters to be confectionaries, and to be cooks, and to be bakers.
1Sa 8:14 And he will take your fields, and your vineyards, and your oliveyards, even the best of them, and give them to his servants.
1Sa 8:15 And he will take the tenth of your seed, and of your vineyards, and give to his officers, and to his servants.
1Sa 8:16 And he will take your menservants, and your maidservants, and your goodliest young men, and your asses, and put them to his work.
1Sa 8:17 He will take the tenth of your sheep: and ye shall be his servants.
1Sa 8:18 And ye shall cry out in that day because of your king which ye shall have chosen you; and the LORD will not hear you in that day.
1Sa 8:19 Nevertheless the people refused to obey the voice of Samuel; and they said, Nay; but we will have a king over us;
1Sa 8:20 That we also may be like all the nations; and that our king may judge us, and go out before us, and fight our battles.

and so you are a slave to your religion, we who are in Christ have but one Head who rules and reings over us, the one who Is lorld of lOrds and King of Kings,'

Jesus the Christ, who God gave to rule and Reign over us.

Col_1:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

You replaced Him with your pope,
