To be righteous. It is necessary to stop stealing, it is necessary to stop committing adultery, it is necessary to begin giving to the poor. These are all commands that define the "righteousness" of God. Unless you obey the commands of God that define righteousness you cannot inherit the kingdom of God, because the kingdom of God is a kingdom of righteousness, not torahlessness as you people surmise, which is why you have no clue why you need to obey.
You do realize though that what you are describing is the Ten Commandments ("stealing," "adultery"). That is the ministry of death. We are not under the ministry of death, but the ministry of the Spirit. It is the Spirit of Christ that frees us from committing sins of lawlessness. Those desires are no longer in our nature, IF we have been born again of the Spirit. I don't see Prayer Warrior advocating lawlessness, but I haven't seen what he IS advocating. Like me, he could be advocating walking in the Spirit. Or, like you surmise, he could be advocating a license to sin. We don't know, so I wouldn't get angry and assume. You might like to edit out your last bit and end with the word, "righteousness" which is correct.
