oneness is a heresy and the Father is not the Son. so is kenosis.
You are not a trinitarian no matter what you claim.

Faith in God is obvious.Readers ....
Let me give you a quick lesson on : THE Faith that God accepts.
Let say you are in my class.
and you ask.....".so, whose faith does God accept.""""
Well, its more then just yours,= in this context......
= "Jesus. the AUTHOR and FINISHER of your faith".....
Now.....
Do you see......'"""FINISHER""""?
Finisher of what, Reader?
=YOUR FAITH.
"'"""so what are you showing me,?""
IM showing you that :
Philippians 1:6, says that """"God who started salvation is all the born again, will HIMSELF be faithful to complete it".""""
"complete what, ?/?????
= Your SALVATiON..
"but i thought I was to complete it"....>"thats what the heretic who taught me led me to believe"..
I know.
See, a deceived heretic told you that "working out your salvation" means to complete it, and so, you were lied to, again.
Listen, only God can complete the GIFT He gives....>"the gift of Righteousness".."the GIFT of Salvation".
Now..... Salvation is not your faith.... Salvation is Jesus's Blood, and THAT is GOD's Blood, and THAT is why it starts your salvation and completes it, for you. Philippians 1:6
"but what about my faith"...
well, What about it?
"dont i have to hang onto my faith, and grit my teeth, and endure to the end, so that my Faith can keep me saved as long as its not DEAD"?
No
"Really?
Yes.
See, God is the Savior......not your faith.
Its "GRACE THROUGH Faith".....>Not Faith as GRACE.
For example, if you were at the Pearly Gates, and Jude was there, and He said....>"what are you trusting in to get you past me, and into Heaven".
And you said...>"my Faith"......
Jude would say...."Depart fool".
But if you said....>"im only trusting in CHRIST to save me and keep me saved"...... Then Jude says......."that's right, you are saved and kept saved by Christ, who is the "author and finisher of your faith".........and not you. Hebrews 12:2
"enter into the Joy of the Lord".
I agree that faith must endure....without faith it is impossible to please God.
And even His Word tells us we will all be te
Okay so this is milk for me as far as understanding His Word.
What you aren't hearing is that a person can leave their faith.
Please do not patronize those here on the forum. It is very unedifying and does not encourage others to want to participate in your discussion.
Everyone here are at different growth stages of their Christianity...so whatever you have learned either from church, the bible or the Holy Spirit was taught in a spirit of humility from those who were beginners also.
It's hard for me to learn from someone who wants to belittle my knowledge and understanding....because if I am a student I am here to learn and readily admit I lack knowledge.
I dont actually patronize.
What i do is resist error, directly.
And those who are in it, dont like that.
This is unlikely to change.
Also, if correcting error is patronizing, then God help that point of view to be renewed.
And to your point....... listen.... a person can't stop being born again... So, that is the context of misunderstanding, "leaving faith".
You can have dead faith, you can be a backslider, and you can become some religion, after you are born again, and this wont affect being born again.
You can never stop being born again.
You seem to have the idea, as do many others, that you can stop being born again, if one day you have a mood swing and decide you've had enough of "Jesus, God, and that stupid church"
So, deciding that you hate God, has no effect on being born again.
DEMAS, walked away from his Faith and when you get to heaven, you might ask him about that decision.
Deciding that you hate your mother, has no effect on being born of your mother.
Do you see, Reader?
So, you can decide one day "im no longer a part of my mother", but, you can't win that one......even if the courts grant you a piece of paper...
See, being BORN, cant be changed.
Being BORN AGAIN, is to be BORN, and you can't change this, as you didnt cause it regarding your mother or God.
They BIRTHED you, and you can't undo this by "walking away from faith", or for any other reason.
Being born again, is not something you can change if one day you decide to be a Buddhist or an Atheist.
So, walking away from faith, has no effect on being born again.
Can you walk away from faith.....sure. You can do a lot of things, but in the case of being born again, that done....It cant be amended or revised by an attitude change, or for any other reason.
no it would cost that person his salvation. What about if you choose to reject Jesus? Would that be like blaspheming the Holy Spirit?
What about if you choose to reject Jesus? Would that be like blaspheming the Holy Spirit?
no it would cost that person his salvation.
if a person dies rejecting Christ they are lost which was my point. We are not saved because we are careful not to do "the dont do that list"..
You know that list right?
"Blasphemy, walking away from faith....etc".
We are not saved or lost, or born again, or kept saved, because we make certain we keep a list.
Its only the Blood of Jesus that saves and keeps you saved.
And blasphemy of the Spirit, is one more sin........just one more sin.....that the Blood of Jesus dealt with, 2000 yrs ago.
Now if you commit Blasphemy AGAINST the Holy Spirit, then there is no forgiveness for you, in this world or the one to come....Says Jesus, to the only people who can do that.
And those people were saying it to Jesus, and that is how you commit that sin.
You would have to go back in time, and tell Jesus to His face, that he is performing Miracles, by the power of the Devil.
Faith in God is obvious.

The Preacher, is in Hell.........
Why?
Because He was not born again.
We cannot be unborn spiritually; but we can die spiritually. There is a warning about that in James 1:14-16.
no our salvation is based solely upon the One who is our great God and Savior Jesus Christ. You think that our salvation is based on = if we keep believing..
But the reality is, our salvation is continued by God, who is faithful to complete it for us.
So, that can't be stopped.
Philippians 1:6
And when you say.....>"it would cost that person his salvation".....then that is true, but, in a different light...
See, if you reject Christ, that just cost you your salvation.
You reject Christ if you die having not been born again.
So, that is to commit blasphemy of the holy Spirit..........This person has willfully rejected Salvation, and that cost them, their salvation.
They lost the opportunity TO HAVE IT....
They are this..... John 3:36
Now here is the update..... If a person is not saved.....not born again, they are currently committing blasphemy of the Holy Spirit.
They are already DAMNED, and are waiting to hit Revelation 20:11.
They only way to change that is :.. "you MUST BE Born Again".
An unbeliever will have a "second death", not a believer.
I fail to see where we have been discussing the Trinity within the context of this thread.jbf go talk to your pastor I guarantee/promise you if he is a trinitarian he will agree with me.
evasion once again, what are you afraid of jfb ?I fail to see where we have been discussing the Trinity within the context of this thread.
I have answered your similar statement in the other thread.
There is no need to answer you twice in two different threads. I have answered your questions in the other thread. Sorry that I took "so long" (the course of less than a minute) to provide the link. Sheesh.evasion once again, what are you afraid of jfb ?
do you even go to church ?
do you have a pastor ?
is he a trinitarian ?
