I must admit that I have felt the same question rising with regards to the tribulation, it’s been a challenging year and for many it’s been harder and certainly has pushed them, but personally as a Christian it’s not even felt close to a tribulation that is explained in revelation, although bobbyjo is expecting things to get much worse in the coming months and year.
Rita

The fact that people simply getting inconvenienced with Covid, and a mask right now equates to "oppression" to them just shows how weak they are. They ain't never been through a quarter of what my people had to endure the last 400 years. They showed their true colors on the January 6th capital siege. The moment they don't get their way, they turn to their guns, not to the most high. They showed their lack of faith with that one event. But it will get worse over time for them. You ain't gotta worry about the seven trumpets for that right now. The four horsemen alone will see to it that things get worse. The key thing is though, you don't HAVE to endure the seven trumpets. All that is required of you as a gentile believer is to cleave to the true House of Jacob, and you will be spared that beating. And it ain't those imposters tramping all over Jerusalem now. You don't want to have to endure that, because it will be double the punishment God put on his chosen.

(Jeremiah 16:16-21) "¶ Behold, I will send for many fishers, saith the LORD, and they shall fish them; and after will I send for many hunters, and they shall hunt them from every mountain, and from every hill, and out of the holes of the rocks. {17} For mine eyes are upon all their ways: they are not hid from my face, neither is their iniquity hid from mine eyes. {18} And first I will recompense their iniquity and their sin double; because they have defiled my land, they have filled mine inheritance with the carcases of their detestable and abominable things. {19} O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no profit. {20} Shall a man make gods unto himself, and they are no gods? {21} Therefore, behold, I will this once cause them to know, I will cause them to know mine hand and my might; and they shall know that my name is The LORD."

You can endure this beating, or you can depart from this wicked land with Gods chosen at the the second exodus.

(Revelation 7:9-17) "After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; {10} And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb. {11} And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God, {12} Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen. {13} And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? {14} And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. {15} Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. {16} They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. {17} For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes."

Hello Rita...I love my brother Bobby Jo...we don't always agree on things and some of his beliefs on timing aren't the same as mine however, we are definitely entering tribulous times.
As some continue to suggest time frames God told me to not give any time.
I did that a while back when I shared about Damascus and when I received that Word I was also speaking with another person who shared their dreams about that year and I added the September time to what God told me saying I felt/saw it happening then. It didn't.
But this past week Israel has been bombing Damascus so this may be that which He spoke to me would take place.
Mostly, for the last 4 years He told me to keep my eyes on Israel and I have.

I have already explained that this was not what I meant in my OP xx

Speaking with a layer of truth of expected things, that did happen.
Not much to say of a prediction that didn't happen.

I know this scripture. Do you have the address though off hand? That is good, Backlit
Hello @Mayflower,

You asked Backlit for the reference he quoted, just in case he misses your post, here it is:-

'I speak not of you all: I know whom I have chosen:
but that the scripture may be fulfilled,

'He that eateth bread with me hath lifted up his heel against me.'
Now I tell you before it come, that, when it is come to pass, ye may believe that I am He.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that receiveth whomsoever I send receiveth Me;
and he that receiveth Me receiveth him that sent Me.'

(John 13:18-20)

With love in Christ Jesus

 He doesn't know the true meaning of what it means to be oppressed if he believes that. Has he ever had a yoke of iron put on his neck, stark naked? His lineage and history stolen from him and called a "byword"? His wife and child snatched from him? His children used as alligator bait? Has he ever been buck broken? Has he ever had his skin made into pottery and leather? Castrated and Hung from a tree? His cities ransacked and fire bombed at the behest of the state? Beaten and Shot down in the streets, treated like less than a sack of dirt by men in uniform? His farmland taken from him due to government policies? Predatory housing loans foisted on him through red lining? Had the whole law thrown at him in court for trumped up non-violent "offenses"? Denied the right to get an education or grant? Has ANY of this happened to him or any of his family, to be claiming he is going through any true "oppression"? If the answer is no, then you obviously aren't in any tribulation. You will soon know what it means to be oppressed soon though when God starts blowing them trumpets. My people ain't gonna be here when he does, thankfully. We've already suffered long enough, with our long and sordid history in these lands.
Wow that’s some persecution.

SCOTUS Refuses To Hear Pa. Election Lawsuits

The Supreme Court has rejected three GOP elections-related lawsuits regarding the state of Pennsylvania.

In a six-to-three decision Monday, the court refused to hear a case challenging a three-day extension of the deadline to receive mail-in ballots in the state. Justices John Roberts, Amy Comey Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh sided with their liberal colleagues while Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch dissented.

The court also moved to deny hearing a case seeking to overturn Joe Biden’s victory in the state and another similar case by the Trump campaign. In the dissent, Justice Thomas argued “the absence of evidence of voter fraud is not enough to instill confidence in election integrity.”

Oh surprise! Surprise! Communist from stem to stern!

Same here...my family is comprised of every nation and tongue on earth who are sealed by the blood of Jesus.
Outside of my children and grandchildren I feel I am so much more closer to all of you than I ever was to my biological family. The connection is stronger with some more than others here only because we communicate more....
I don't have anything to do with crimes against humanity 400 years ago but I have always condemned it and will not tolerate any kind if oppression brought against someone because of race or religion.
Give God the Glory the day is coming soon...I can't wait. Come Lord, Come quickly!

... this past week Israel has been bombing Damascus ...

I would propose that we were closer to Armageddon when Trump launched some 59 Tomahawk Cruise Missiles against Syria back in early April of 2017, but it didn't happen. Or when Iran was mining the Persian Gulf oil tankers back in June of 2019, but that never resulted in a War.

Ezekiel 38:10 “Thus says the Lord God: On that day thoughts will come into your mind, and you will devise an evil scheme 11 and say, ‘I will go up against the land of unwalled villages; I will fall upon the quiet people who dwell securely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having no bars or gates’; 12 to seize spoil and carry off plunder; to assail the waste places which are now inhabited, and the people who were gathered from the nations, who have gotten cattle and goods, who dwell at the center of the earth. 13 Sheba and Dedan and the merchants of Tarshish and all its villages will say to you, ‘Have you come to seize spoil? Have you assembled your hosts to carry off plunder, to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to seize great spoil?’

And since the above cited instances, we haven't seen any Western Alliance umbrage for what either Syria or Iran have conspired to commit. So until what I believe will be an Iranian act of aggression occurs, and we see the Western Nations sound their concerns, -- it's not time yet.

However, I do expect something within the next several months -- which "logistics" would argue, could have occurred as early as a year and a half ago. But we are running out of time, so every day delay is one more day to prepare our households for the inevitable.

And I hope EVERYONE is PREPARING THEIR HOUSEHOLDS, -- or else maybe they'll WISH they'd prepared their households!

With Very Best Regards,
Bobby Jo

Various people have suffered persecution throughout history for various reasons. But those curses in Deuteronomy 28 was laid out as a sign towards God's chosen people, the house of Jacob if they disobeyed his commandments, not anyone else. I'm not giving up my birthright to anyone. ;)

(Deuteronomy 29:1) "These are the words of the covenant, which the LORD commanded Moses to make with the children of Israel in the land of Moab, beside the covenant which he made with them in Horeb."

(Deuteronomy 30:1-3) "And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath driven thee, {2} And shalt return unto the LORD thy God, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul; {3} That then the LORD thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath scattered thee."

:) I await this day that has yet to come. You can continue pretending to be perplexed about who I was referring to as "my people". At the end of the day, makes no difference to me. I'm only teaching the word of God. If you want to be part of this gathering, and you don't want to face what your "Christ the Lord God" called the "hour of temptation", then your only way out is through his people. He ain't trying to hear excuses about YOU not being responsible for what your ancestor's have done to his chosen. You'll either cleave to his people before its too late, or you won't, and reap what you sow. If God was willing to inflict that severe beatdown on his chosen for what their ancestors have sown, don't think he'll spare you for your ancestors. This is not just about me wanting justice, this is God being what he is, the God of justice. I'm sure you ain't never heard this from your so called "brothers and sisters", your hearing it now. The decision is yours.

(Revelation 3:9-10) "Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. {10} Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth."

(Revelation 13:6-7) "And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. {7} And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations."

Yes, it was intended to be harsh. We are living on the cusp of eternity, and people are asleep, content in their own bubbles and only wanting to defend their current erroneous positions rather than seek truth and clearer understanding of prophetic realities. The last 2000 years, in which the Antichrist was revealed, and who every single reformer accurately identified at the cost of their lives, is now considered by Protestantism as an exercise in an irrelevant mistake. Futurism/dispensationalism has and is continuing to blind otherwise sincere Christians to what is truly going on the world around them...and it's going to bite them in the rear as a result. Instead of peering over the horizon for prophecy to fulfil, they need to look at history and recognize it's past fulfilment. Preterists, although not so many in number, also need to recognize that prophecy wasn't intended for just the first generation. Daniel made that clear, and Revelation confirmed it, that prophecy was a long continuous timeline stretching from the time it was revealed, to the final conclusion of all things in the second coming. This 2000 year gap in prophetic history that both extremes push conveniently hide the Antichrist from view. This was never God's intention. So sorry if I sound harsh, but there is no time now for pussy footing around and being gentle and well mannered. People need to wake up...time is too short for sleeping.
I have quoted this again because I think it too important for you'll to just bypass and not consider. I believe the vast majority of Christians, due to having been deceived only very recently as in the last 200 years, have abandoned the only hermeneutic by which the Antichrist is accurately identified. Preterism has Nero and Antiochus, neither of which meet the criteria, futurism or dispensationalism has...well, put your own guess in here________.
Historicism uses both scripture and history, has the advantage of being able to look back on fulfilled prophecy, has the mandate of every reformer who all agreed on the criteria and who had met those criteria, and which even today, after all this time, still has an accurate lock on who the beast/little horn/Antichrist is. And we need to know. We cannot pretend it doesn't matter, or that to make a decision is too politically incorrect and may hurt feelings. God didn't provide all the information we have concerning this entity if He didn't fully intend that we understand and accept the warnings appropriate to this power.
The very word, Antichrist, today conjures up imagery of evil and witchcraft and demons running around and clear and present danger. But nothing could be further from the truth. The entire paradigm that contextually surrounds the Antichrist is one of deception and camouflage. The beast my friends is like a leopard. You don't see it until its revealed. To the casual observer, he's hidden. But the name itself gives us the first very real tangible clue. He isn't just an enemy to Christ and His people. Etymologically the word means 'instead of'. The Antichrist replaces Christ. It is through replacing Christ in the minds and hearts of people, that the Antichrist opposes. Most of you know who it is I'm referring to here...the Catholic Church system. Not the individual pope, not the people, not individual clergy. But the church system itself, as it is the system of belief and concept that she replaces Christ, and does so in numerous ways. Here's just one...

Zechariah 6:13 Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.

This is an OT prophecy concerning Messiah. Jesus. It says as you see above, He shall be a Priest upon His throne. This tells us that Jesus is both Priest and King. It also tells us there is peaceful harmony between the two ideas. Jesus is both Savior and Lord. And by being both Savior and Lord, He is able to secure our salvation. Through His mediatorial role as Priest, and His Kingship over our lives, He is able to affect salvation, sanctification, and our glorification.
Catholicism however, while perhaps acknowledging this, has replaced it. The system has placed a priest upon a throne. This priest claims to have mediatorial powers, in fact claims unique and specific mediatorial power that no-one else has on the earth, and that only through him is anyone saved. But that is not all. He also claims kingship. But that kingship and authority does not extend only to his own people in Rome, nor even only his own people across all lands, but he claims kingly rule and authority over the entire planet, believer and unbeliever alike.
Do you see how perfectly the Catholic system thus fulfills the criteria that prophecy demands, and how deception has deluded the minds of so many, even Protestants? Prophecy is there for a reason. But there's harmony between the prophecy itself...history...and the rest of scripture. We all know the roles Christ has in the earth. Priest...Prophet...and King. The Pope claims all 3 for himself. We cannot afford to ignore this.

No clue what your birthright is or who asked you to give it up.

You can continue pretending to be perplexed about who I was referring to as "my people".

Not a psychic. Guess that is your secret.

He ain't trying to hear excuses about YOU not being responsible for what your ancestor's have done to his chosen.

So what exactly did my ansestors do?
And "what" is my responsibility for whatever it is they did?

You'll either cleave to his people before its too late, or you won't, and reap what you sow.

Who are "his" People?

If God was willing to inflict that severe beatdown on his chosen for what their ancestors have sown,

Seems you are concerned with Behavior between people, whereas I believe God is more concerned with A man's Relationship with Him.

This is not just about me wanting justice,

No clue what "justice" you are seeking or for what.

The decision is yours.

No clue what "decision" you are talking about.

WHY beat around the bush. Speak plainly.
Not a mind reader.

Why have FAITH. We only believe what we see, and barely that due to satan's simple little distractions.

Purim 2021 begins Thursday night, February 25 and continues through Friday, February 26 (extending through Sunday in Jerusalem)

The festival of Purim commemorates the Divinely orchestrated salvation of the Jewish people in the ancient Persian Empire from Haman’s plot “to destroy, kill and annihilate all the Jews, young and old, infants and women, in a single day.

GOD will move with or without the church. -- I prefer to be among the "with", but apparently some prefer to be among the "without".
