He who says he is in the light and hates his brother is in the darkness still. He who loves his brother abides in The light, and in it there is no cause for stumbling. But he who hates his brother is in the darkness and walks in the darkness, and does not know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes.

The children of God
are not brothers and sisters
to the children of the devil.

This is common knowledge in Spirit and truth.

God did not replace the Abrahamic Covenant with the New Covenant.

Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. (Gal 3:13-14 KJV)

Brethren, I speak after the manner of men; Though it be but a man's covenant, yet if it be confirmed, no man disannulleth, or addeth thereto. Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ. And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect. For if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise. (Gal 3:15-18 KJV)

As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes. For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. (Rom 11:28-29 KJV)

funny that Jesus said verbatim that He did not come to abolish the laws and the prophets. yet people believe that He came to do exactly that.

He is their fulfillment.

Hebrews 7.12 says that the law was changed.

Hebrews 7.19 says that what we now have is better than the law.

The promise of the Old Covenant (that which man dared to hope the Old Covenant might achieve) has been brought to fruition and made an even greater reality than had been hoped in the New Covenant.

The burdens of the 614 Laws of Moses have been replaced by the empowerment of two commandments written on our new hearts.

The river of blood that flowed from animals for the guilt that clings to fallen man, has been replaced by the freedom from judgement that belongs to all who believe in Jesus Christ.

The people of God, marked as obedient servants by the circumcision of the flesh, has been replaced by the children of God marked by a circumcision of the heart not made by human hands.

As Hebrews says ... “But now He [Jesus] has obtained a more excellent ministry, by as much as He is also the mediator of a better covenant, which has been enacted on better promises.

and fulfilled means abolished? lets imput that word and see how it sounds -
"I did not come to abolish but i came to abolish"??
now does that make any sense to you, of course it doesnt. you might want to re think what "fulfilled" means. if you think it means Jesus is un doing all the old stuff and starting something new then it makes little sense that our perfect example would start us of on the wrong foot by doing exactly what we are NOT supposed to do being as he followed and obeyed all the law. that would actually make Him a not so perfect example.
