Isaiah 57:15 For thus says the High and Lofty OneIt does mention the Person of the Father. The Father is "Him who inhabiteth eternity".
You would be more accurate to say that the title of Father is not mentioned.
The Person, however, is mentioned. it is who the verse is speaking of.
Who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy:
“I dwell in the high and holy place,
With him who has a contrite and humble spirit,
To revive the spirit of the humble,
And to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
Clearly Isaiah 57:15 does not mention the person of the Father.
What it does speaks of is about God.
