1 Timothy 2:11-15:

Let a woman learn quietly with all submissiveness. I do not permit
Paul was pointing to himself, not God.

a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet. For Adam was formed first, then Eve; and Adam was not deceived, but the woman was deceived and became a transgressor. Yet she will be saved through childbearing—if they continue in faith and love and holiness, with self-control.
Paul seemed to be expressing his personal reasoning. As an apostle, it did carry some weight at the time given its social environment then. However, I don't think it has to be applied universally to all women today. It was not an absolute command from the Lord.

Should a woman be a pastor of a church?

It is up to Christ, Ephesians 4:

11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
If a woman (or a man) wants to be a pastor in a church, she should seek Christ's calling. It is possible for a woman to be a pastor, particularly in today's social environment.

The eternal word of God is not to be swayed by the changing traditions of men and of the times.

Paul's words regarding women in the church may very well have been regarding the needs and circumstances in that small, local, and otherwise only historic setting--but that is not what has placed them in the eternal word of God. Paul may have had no idea that he would be speaking a word from God for all time and eternity--but God did; and if it were not so...the words would not have come under the providence of God alone.

What then is the eternal point? The point is that God made mankind male and female for a reason. Which is an "image" of Him showing mankind being taken out of Him (the male in the ultimate biblical sense) and returning to Him as "One" again in the marriage of the Bride and the Bridegroom, and wisping her off to paradise.

These are all parables.

Meaning, that women being silent in church--is rather that the entire bride (male and female alike) should be silent allowing only the Spirit to speak...which was exactly how this all came from Paul, but began with Peter receiving the identity of Jesus from the Father.

Likewise, women should not lead or teach "a man"--simply means the Bride should not be leading or teaching the Groom...as it was with Eve, who took and gave Adam food to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. And this word from Paul was given to the Bride that we should not make the same mistake.

Nor should a woman be the Head of any group in the church of the Bride--a "help mate" yes--but not the Head...because there is only One who is Head, and that is not the role which God gave to women. Yet, knowing that the Bride is made up of men and women alike--are they not equal, and equally qualified to teach or to lead? Yes, of course. And yet that is not the roles placed upon each by God. Even so, if we were all aware that we are actually equal and equally qualified...would that not make the roles and differences no longer necessary? It would--and will. But that time does not come until the last person walks into a church gathering who is seeking the Lord as He has arranged them to meet Him--"Him"--not him or her--but "Him."

Finish the job according to Him who has assigned it.

What other parts of the Holy Bible can we ignore?

hmmx1:
OH they ignore the parts which DONT CONFORM to the world and its ever changing views .
PAUL actually , when writing to the corinthians
about women , said this , these are the commandments of THE LORD .
These people just make any and every excuse to go with the flows of the changes of society . BUT i got bad news .
IT means they are being CONFORMED TO THE WORLD . NOT TRANSFORMED by the renewing of their minds .

Well you fell off the correct doctrine bandwagon with your personal opinion here.

Rabbinic law and traditions forbade the teaching of the Torah to women and discouraged their interest in learning from the scholars, but not so Christ, as evident in the example of Mary sitting at His feet.

Obviously Paul was inspired by the Holy Spirit to guide the body of Christ as to how it was to proceed.

Rather Let me say this , GOD SURE AINT THE ONE TELLING these sold out pastors who twist the word to fit to the ever changing world .
THEY SOLD OUT . GOD is not the author of confusion . THE BIBLE makes it very plain
as to how to do . BUT that aint good enough for many . THEY actually sit and listen to men
who attack paul and make cliams HE was not hearing from GOD , and act as though their men are hearing from GOD .
TALK about hyprocrisy and delusion . Just wanted to give us all this very friendly , yet DIRE , reminder .

Should our focus be on Jesus or should it be on the Bible?

Lets reword that , should our focus be on JESUS or on jesus.
Would you like a simple childlike answer to the meaning behind that .
Cause many follow a jesus and a love that CONTRADICTS JESUS CHRIST and the agape love of GOD .
SO , lets get back in those bibles and learn that JESUS , that DOCTRINE . and keep learning it and loving it . BIBLE , TIME .
Now do be encouraged .

Paul followed CAPITAL JESUS CHRIST
so did james, jude , peter , john and others .
Cant say the same for most the leaders i see in todays churches , their jesus seemth , as does their love seemeth
TO HATE the BIBLICAL VERSION of SAID JESUS , of said apostels , of that truth .
WHEN your love embraces SIN and hates the scriptures that expose that sin . GUESS WHAT , YOU have become
the enemy of GOD and HATE GOD . CAUSE GOD inspired them words. Yeah , lets not be so fast to follow
just any voice of these so called leaders today . cause most of em are wolves in wool . THAT too be a fact .

I find that women are found to be valuable in and through the Bible. They are able to teach just as much as a man can. No issues here, there was some issues in that day in age, which Paul would even say most likely that a woman should teach others if they so choose to do so, there was just some cultural things he addressed which was causing issues then.

You do realize satan can quaote scriptures right .
HE can say GOD is LOVE and yet his version of love cometh not of GOD at all .
So , yeah , ITS BIBLE TIME ALL RIGHT . Time to learn and to examine to see if we been following JESUS CHRIST all along
or has it been another jesus , another love , another etc .............cause the latter CANNOT SAVE
but can only lead one to .................PERDITION . Yeah . ITS BIBLE TIME my dear dear friend .

No , i am saying HIS INSPIRED WORDS OF TRUTH are IN IT . And many are not following THE TRUE JESUS CHRIST
they follow rather another jesus created by the image of men and their doctrines and precepts . THAT ONE CANT SAVE .
Paul says women can't speak when they are in a church (1 Cor 14:33-36). Women do a lot of work in our churches. How can that be if they aren't allowed to speak?

The purpose of the Bible is to introduce us to God. Many people treat the Bible as if it WERE God.

Oh its more than just that . Get in it and stay in it . for many decievers do abound .
And we know the world is decieved . the decievers i do speak about , ARE WELL WITHIN CHRISTENDOM .
Get in the bible and STAY in the bible . learn and grow . Heed those lovely instructions . learn that pattern well .
For many decievers do huff and they puff and they have blown down many churches into the pits of deception .
