One Unforgivable Sin, And that is attribute Evil to the [ Holy Spirit] Which would be to Blaspheme the Holy Spirit!
There are 7 abominations of sin....I understand, Sodom was a place where it was so bad that the Cry of those that had been Defiled was Greater than any where else, that is why God said that He had heard their Cry, people would come there to do business and they were Mercifully, Defiled and then probably killed!!! SICK!! I understand, And you said that Sin is Sin and you are right, for there is But One Unforgivable Sin, And that is attribute Evil to the [ Holy Spirit] Which would be to Blaspheme the Holy Spirit!
Amen, A+++!Is this teaching from the Universalism church doctrine? Please don't insult God with this complete and total false doctrine about His Word....Are you aware of why God is very adamant about teaching us to avoid lusts and fornication, adultery, sexual immorality? Spiritual soul ties...you become as one flesh.....so if someone is out there fornicating with someone different every weekend then they are becoming very bound up in ties to many souls and some aren't so nice....demonic in fact. Homosexuality is a strong demonic spirit that places strongholds on people and they become bound to the lust of their flesh or desires being deceived into believing this is something they were born with....go read some testimonies of many who have been delivered and set free of homosexual desires.
well i hope you understand i would no more condone that behavior than what you are doing, both are venal sins imo, but if i'm supposed to forgive you, then i'm supposed to forgive them too i guess right.Marriage Is

ppl who seek enemies are going to find enemies, best to just let them i guessYou write 'burned in lust of the same sex' when the scripture says they 'burned in their heart' and later 'toward' one another.
Try as many might, they won't find a weapon in Romans 1 to use against the lgbt community.
i guess the evidence was also carbon dated. Doesn't mean they weren't destroyed for the exact reasons listed in the Book tho i guess? The sins of SodomThe Bible story of the destruction of that area of the Middle East has been found to be just that. A story. Yes, that area was destroyed, but by a giant asteroid in approx. 3400 B.C. That is about 1400 years before Abraham was even born. We found out by finally being able to decipher the Sumerian Disc (Star Map).
the sins of Sodom are listed, and your complaint is not among them; why do you think this is?The Homosexual Men Of Sodom Wanted The Male Angels, The Were Examples To Manking And God's Voice Concerning Homosexuality!
I see what I call 'scriptural ignorance' on just about every website. Christians that don't have the nerve to go on Formal Debate sites and see if their understanding holds up to scrutiny. This is how one learns. This is what pleases the Lord. Not being to proud to be shown up.
Here is a classic example of epidemic Biblical ignorance. This is deliberate on so many scholars part; Translating the Koine Greek word into English as 'sexual immorality. This word originated in pagan prostitution where they would conduct their business under the 'arch (Latin-ancient Roman) meaning. In the Greek it was translated as 'pornia'. The 1st century understanding of this word was that it meant to conduct religious worship with the pagan temple prostitutes (male or female) to their gods and goddesses.
It is terrible error to take this Koine Greek word out of it's 1st century meaning and attempt to use it in today's setting. As we have seen, Christian preachers and teachers have used this word as a weapon against a woman wearing her dress above the ankles, wearing dresses with straps, masturbation, French kissing, looking at the Sports Illustrated Swim Suit edition, watching R rated movies, etc, etc. The meaning changes constantly. What was fornication 20 or more years ago is not fornication today. This is so wrong, so unscriptural that I am sure a 3rd grader could figure it out if he or she we're presented with the same information we have.
There's nothing to discuss. You have provided the appropriate Scripture and homosexuals (and all sexual perverts and all sinners) must repent and be born again to enter into the Kingdom of God.Is Homosexuality And Christianity, Orthodox And Compatible?
I feel the same way about the way we have abused the word, "REPENT."I see what I call 'scriptural ignorance' on just about every website. Christians that don't have the nerve to go on Formal Debate sites and see if their understanding holds up to scrutiny. This is how one learns. This is what pleases the Lord. Yes, you are correct on each point, but people will disagree upon and argue about what "sin" is and what "repentance" is.No it's not.
Sin is sin.
Repentance is repentance.
Most Christians are not even aware that there are 3 different ancient Hebrew words that are deliberately untranslated in the English as 'abomination'.
The word that describes the most negative reaction from God is the ancient Hebrew word (towebah). It means 'things made impure and illicit by decrees of religion, things belonging to the worship of idols and of idols theselves'. This word is found in about 90% of the Old Testament translated as 'abomination into English.
The next word mistranslated into English as abomination is the ancient Hebrew word (sheqets) and this word is the lesser relating to idols and means 'of unclean persons and things of idolatry.
The 3rd and last word [and this is the word nearly every Christian thinks is the only ancient Hebrew word in the Old Testament for abomination] is (shiqquwts) this word is only found in a few OT passages and it means 'of impure things such as flesh or garments'.
Does it take "nerve" to stand for what we believe or does it simply require trusting in God.I see what I call 'scriptural ignorance' on just about every website. Luke 15:10KJVYes, you are correct on each point, but people will disagree upon and argue about what "sin" is and what "repentance" is.
I, of course, am sure I am right about this and that, but quite certainly most everyone else here, of course, also is sure that they are right about this and that.
yes; 20all go to the same placeYou might as well include all the monsters who have brought grief to millions (including MS-13).
It means you have a strange view of what the Kingdom of God means. But Scripture makes it very clear
