Why don't you answer my reply to John 15:6;?
About 3 pages back you said this:

John 15:1-6;
Again, they are castaways, people in the church that are not really saved.
If we are already saved, is he speaking to us?
When we get saved, are we not made righteous through Christ?

Jesus was always speaking to US.
He was always speaking to persons who were around Him, teaching them.

verse 1
In John chapter 15 Jesus is explaining how we are to remain in Him.
He's saying that HE is the vine and His Father is the vine dresser.
IOW, Jesus is the one who gives life.

verse 2
He says that every branch that does not bear fruit, the Father will cut away. Every branch that DOES bear fruit, the Father prunes so that it could produce (work) even more.
This is speaking to BOTH the saved and unsaved. The saved produce fruit and the unsaved do not and are cut away.

verse 3
Clearly states that those to whom Jesus is speaking are already clean...IOW, saved, because of the word which He has spoken to them.
(Ephesians 5:26, the word as water that washes)

verse 4
Jesus is saying that if one abides in Him he can bear fruit, if one does not abide in Him, He cannot bear fruit.

verse 5
Apart from Christ we can do nothing. He exhorts those listening to continue to abide in Him.

verse 6
IF anyone does not abide in Him, he is thrown away as a branch, it dries up, it is gathered and cast into the fire and burned.

It doesn't even matter who Jesus is speaking to...
If we abide in Him we are saved,
If we do not abide in Him we are not saved.

Abide is a continuing action.
We must ABIDE (present tense) in Him in order to be saved.

P.S.
Yes, when we get saved we receive the righteousness of Christ.
We are made righteous through Him... right with God.

But we must always continue to abide in Him.
If we leave Him and are no longer abiding in Him, HOW could we still be saved?

Leaving God is not easy, but we can't say it's impossible.

This conversation is over.
If you think you can leave God,, then go ahead and leave him and prove it to me.

ha, i was actually going to go the other way, it is only too easy to leave God and run after some temptation, that may even be cloaked in a skin of righteousness or whatever. Being a new Christian mostly means that you are a sucker for appeals to works of the law imo, you become fodder for any psychopath who has enough sense to plaster a picture of Jesus on the label

Uffa.
Because I don't, doesn't mean no one can.
Let's leave it at this:
We're both saved
and will continue to be saved if it's up to us.
OK?

We see things differently.
We come from different worlds.
