Should a Christian smoke marijuana?

That cannot be a good thing. I remember nothing good in my own experiences [many decades ago].
I had a terrible time with LSD back in the 70s.
Not to mention some other things.
I think that may be why weed still bothers me.
I just want things to go back to how they used to be.
I guess that's not going to happen.
So I sing my song about the road because of the destination.
I gotta keep thinking about it...eternity with Him.
The best of everything forever. With Him and all of the rest of us.
This life is a flash-in-the-pan.
Not to be held onto too tightly.
Not to mention some other things.

This thread reminds me of the story of two Catholic priests, both of whom smoked pipes, and wanted to know of their bishop whether or not and when it was acceptable. The first went through to the bishop's chambers, and came out after an hour, shaking his head. Then the second one went in, and came out after a few minutes, lighting his pipe. 'How is it' enquired the first 'that you can smoke and I may not?', 'Ah well,' said the second priest, 'what did you ask him?' 'Whether one may smoke while praying' replied the first priest. 'What did you ask?' 'Whether one may pray while smoking' said the second.

Cigarrettes don't help me sleep. Menthol or otherwise.
I haven't slept an 8 hour night in years.
I'm not about to go looking for marijuana though.
Legal or not. Too much tar.
Too many things going on to sleep.
Cigarettes help keep me awake.
I don't see any improvement one way or the other.

Frankly, I don't know anyone that does smoke marijuana.
And I couldn't afford it even if I did.
I get way too paranoid. And I don't like the hacking cough that comes with it.
Nah, those days long gone now.
Maybe if my doctor prescribed it though.. hmm..

It's harvest time in my neighborhood. I'm not impressed. Plants towering out of people's backyards. The room next to mine is now the dry room. It doesn't matter where I go, inside or out, all I can smell, and for the most part, see, is weed!I was thinking..

My son excels in growing big buds, so the dogs get the leaf. They love it! SMH
