Matthew 16:18 (ESV) And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. John 10:25-30 (ESV) Jesus answered them, “I told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in my Father’s name bear witness about me, 26 but you do not believe because you are not part of my flock. 27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. 28 I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. 30 I and the Father are one.” Romans 8:35-39 (ESV) Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? 36 As it is written, “For your sake we are being killed all the day long; we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.” 37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, 39 nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

The Internet is Killing Christianity!Article link : http://spiritualtroops.com/index.php/the-i...ng-christianityI was using Stumble Upon last night, and came across the Spiritual Troops Ministry website. I have to admit I was completely floored when I started reading the article. The entire site is very informative, and details how user-based sites like Digg and YouTube are very anti-Christian. These are the sites that young people, namely our children, are going to!I signed up for the SpiritualTroops.com community, and hopefully I can help in the fight to bring back Christianity on the Internet.Anyways, sorry for the rant. This really got my blood boiling! What do you guys think? Is all this information new to just me?!?
"There's nothing new under the sun." Jesus always makes a distinction between believers and the world. The world is run by Satan and is a BIG place.

But I grant that the internet is helping usher in the age of the anti-Christ to an exponential degree.

Crud. People said the same thing about television. The internet is a tool, nothing more. You can use the internet to research Christianity, or you can use the internet to look at pornography. You can also use a printing press to print Bibles, or to print Playboy.

I would still like to believe that the internet has good and bad grass...We just have to pick the best among them....We have to consider the fact that the internet is used world-wide and the whole world is not Christian......We may be majority in number but sites like digg and youtube go for income and not for religion....So I guess it's better to just not patronize those that are not Christian favored sites
