So the Jews said to him, “You are not yet fifty years old, and have you seen Abraham?” Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.” So they picked up stones to throw at him, but Jesus hid himself and went out of the temple.
It's all pretty simple, really.

You keep talking about exactly imitating the Church described in Acts, yet you can’t tell me what that Church’s doctrines were. You can’t even prove that everything the early Church taught and practised is described in the NT.

The “Acts church” did not feature individuals believers interpreting Scripture for themselves and inventing their own doctrine. The NT didn’t even exist as a recognized canon at that time, and Church doctrine was decided by a central authority made up of appointed ministers (even Paul was under the control of that central authority).
You live in a dream world of nonsense - the “Acts church” was nothing like your “church”, which is, in effect, nothing more than your (flawed) interpretation of the Scriptures.
Jesus promised that “the gates of hell will not prevail against” his Church, so the Church he founded must still exist today - where can I find it?
Jesus commanded only Peter to “tend” and “feed” his sheep. Any reasonable adult would agree tending and keeping sheep is the role of a shepherd. So Peter was installed by Christ as the Shephard of the Church, through whom the Holy Spirit leads the Church.
The Church is the “fullness” of Christ (Eph 1:22-23), therefore
(a) the Church shares Christ’s role as Shepherd of the Christian flock; and
(b) the voice of Christ and the voice of the Church are one and the same. Hence, Christ’s sheep follow the voice of the Church.

No, having faith in Christ means accepting that the Catholic Church is the ultimate earthly authority for Christians - to question its doctrines is to question Christ himself.
Scripture says it is Christ’s CHURCH (not the Scriptures) that equips the “saints (to) attain … the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the statue of the fullness of Christ” (Eph 4:4-16).
