Baptism In (Jesus Name Only) & (Latter Rain) = "Oneness Pentecostalism" It's That Simple
You can deny it all you want, if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, is it a horse, big smiles!
Jesus Is The Lord
Dear Truth7t7,
Yes, I will deny it because what I am saying is true. You are trying to fit me and my beliefs into a box so that you can discard what I teach.
To believe as you do, you are missing the truth of scripture which teaches on the
Pathway to Salvation. The core of this pathway is the
Early and Latter Rain.
The reason a believer can't "see" this pathway is because they are spiritually blind and are not rightly dividing the Word.
Consider the Nation of Israel:
The Nation of Israel was "called out" from the world to be a separate people. When they were called out, the Red Sea baptism represented the "Early Rain" for them (in "type").
When an unbeliever becomes a Christian, they, too, are "called out from the world". When they are, Christ gives them the Early Rain of the Spirit. And like the Jewish Nation, the called out believer will likewise "fall away" and will wander in the wilderness for 40 years. In the wilderness, the new believer will fall from Grace and come under Law.
Note: During the 40 years of wandering in the wilderness, Joshua and Caleb are the only ones who live through their time in the wilderness (their "days are shortened") so that they can cross the Jordan River (represents the Latter Rain) and enter the Promised Land (Salvation). All the others who entered the wilderness, died before the Nation reached the Promise Land. This story applies to the church. Many are called out but only a few are chosen to enter the Promised Land (Mat 22:14). The few are represented by Joshua and Caleb who represent the Elect.
By the time Christ came in the flesh to the Nation of Israel, the nation was fully under the influence of Satan and was following his ways. This "fallen away" spiritual state was a "type" for what the church is presently experiencing.
When Christ came to the Jews, He sent John the Baptist in the spirit of Elijah to them first. John made the call for them to repent of their works so that Christ's pathway to them would be made "straight".
This 'call" is repeated for the fallen away church.
For the church, Christ will send one of His converted Elect (His "witnesses") in the spirit of Elijah to make the call of repentance.
James explained in here:
Jam 5:17 Elijah was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. 18 And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain (the Latter Rain), and the earth brought forth her fruit. 19 Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; 20 Let him know, that he which converts the sinner from the error of his way shall save their soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.
The call of Elijah to the church is also presented in this verse:
Rev 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

Mat 11:14 “And if you are willing to receive it, he is Elijah who is to come. 15 “He who has ears to hear, let him hear!
At this time, (if you are willing to receive it) I am coming to you and the others on the forum in the spirit of Elijah with the call to repent. This is the work the Lord has given me to do. This is why I am on the forum.
Back in 2008, my wife prophesied these words from Christ concerning me:
I am with you. I hear your prayers. You will know my Word when you are able to receive it. I am preparing you for my work. You have much to learn about yourself. You will show others my way. I will prepare you for the work I give you. I am doing my work in you. I am the Lord.

For the Nation of Israel, most Jews did not respond to the call of John the Baptist. And of those who did respond to the call, many of them eventually "turned back". Those who remained faithful to John's call to repent, where the 120 Jewish Elect who waited for Christ to "come again" in the upper room. Christ came back to them on the Day of Pentecost and when He did, He poured out the Latter Rain of the Spirit upon them. For the 120 Jewish Elect, this was their day of salvation and conversion.
This pattern of the Pathway to Salvation is repeated for the church.
To enter the church, Christ comes to an unbeliever and gives them the Early Rain. They quickly fall away (like the Jews did) and remain under the Law (they fall from Grace). If the believer is "not chosen", they will die in the wilderness without ever being able to enter the Promised Land. If they are "chosen", their days as a fallen away believer (a Man of Sin) will be
shortened so that they are still alive when Christ "comes again" to them (His second coming). When Christ comes to them a second time, He will pour out the Latter Rain of the Spirit upon them, just as He did for the 120 Jewish Elect. This is the salvation point and when they enter the Promised Land. Judgment will then will begin for the Elect believer. This judgment was typed by the Nation of Israel fighting the "giants in the land". After the giants are defeated, the carnality of an Elect believer will be destroyed. They will then be a fully converted and spiritually matured son of God.
Since the church is spiritually blind after being "called out", they do not understand this Pathway to Salvation. The church believes that when they were "called out", they received the Baptism of the Spirit (the Latter Rain) - the one the Apostles received on the Day of Pentecost. However, this belief is false. When they were "called out", they only received the Early Rain (the down payment).
The Early Rain of the Spirit is NOT the "one baptism" Paul refers to in Eph 4:5.
Then, under Satan's deceptions, the church starts dwelling in "peace and safety" believing that they are saved when they are not. For that reason, when Christ come back, Christ finds everyone in the church dwelling in darkness. In this age, Christ only comes back to His Elect. For the non-chosen church, He will come to them upon their resurrection from the grave. At that time, He will say to them "I never knew you" and cast them in the Lake of Fire for judgment - judgment which will eventually purify them so that they too will be able to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
When Christ comes to His Elect in this age, He comes to them as a "thief in the night" because the Elect (like the non-chosen church) are dwelling in darkness under Satan's deceptions.
Paul said this:
1Thes 5:2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. 3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. 5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. 6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
FYI, the "woman" who is travailing with birth pains is the "freewoman" (Gal 4:22-31) who is about to give birth to a new child of God. This is part of the birthing analogy.
This parable which is part of the marriage analogy also applies:
Mat 25:4 But the wise took oil in flasks (represents the Latter Rain) with their lamps. 5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept (represents spiritual darkness and death). 6 And at midnight (the deepest part of their time of darkness, Man of Sin) there was a cry made, Behold, the Bride- groom cometh; go ye out to meet him (the call of Elijah to repent). 7 Then all those virgins (the church) arose, and trimmed their lamps. 8 And the foolish (the non-chosen) said unto the wise, give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. 9 But the wise answered, saying, not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. 10 And while they went to buy (they turned back from Elijah's call to repent), the bridegroom came; and they that were ready (made ready by the extra Oil: the Latter Rain) went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.:
Does any of what I have presented above make any sense to you?
