All (every single one of the) time prophecies in scripture are indeed 'contiguous', and not a single one not so. 70th Week ended in AD 34.

[1] Genesis prophecy (Genesis 1-2; Isaiah 46:9-10; Matthew 13:35) of six days and the 7th of rest - being "a day with the LORD is as a thousand years" (2 Peter 3:8; Psalms 90:4), and 1000 years as a watch in the night (4 watches at night, leading into day, Jesus is the Sun of Righteousness, after 4,000 years of the darkness of sin, He came to deliver from sin), thus 6,000 years and the 7,000th (final 1,000) of earth's battle with sin is over (Revelation 20:1-7) - see links in OP.

There are numerous typological aspects as well of this.

[2] Noah's prophecy of "an hundred and twenty years" years for the flood, coming at the death of Methuselah, unto the very "day" - 120 years (Genesis 6:3, 7:11,13)

[3] Joseph's "seven years of great plenty" (Genesis 41:29) and "seven years of famine" (Genesis 41:27) - which were 14 years together back to back, consecutive (Genesis 41:17-36,47,53-54)

[4] Moses' prophecy of wandering the desert in relation to spying the land of Canaan - 40 days = 40 years; (Numbers 14:34)

[5] David's prophecy of "three days" of pestilence - 3 days exactly (2 Samuel 24:13-25; 1 Chronicles 21:12-30)

[6] Isaiah's prophecy unto Hezekiah "add unto thy days fifteen years" - and Hezekiah died after that time of exactly 15 years (2 Kings 20:6,21)

[7] Isaiah's prophecy unto Moab, "three years" - fulfilled (Isaiah 16:14)

[8] Isaiah's prophecy unto Kedar "within a year" - fulfilled (Isaiah 21:16)

[9] Isaiah's prophecy unto Tyre - 70 years; (Isaiah 23:15,17).

[10] Jeremiah's prophecy of the captivity - 70 years; (2 Chronicles 36:21; Jeremiah 25:11,12, 29:10; Daniel 9:2)

[11] Jeremiah's prophecy of the death of Hananiah "this year" - fulfilled (Jeremiah 28:16-17)

[12] Ezekiel's prophecy of the sins of Israel and Judah in the siege [Israel] "three hundred ninety days", and [Judah] "forty days" - 390 days = 390 years, and 40 days = 40 years, for a grand total of 430 days = 430 years (Ezekiel 4:4-8)

[13] Daniel's prophecy of "a time and times and the dividing of time" (Daniel 7:25), "a time, times, and an half" (Daniel 12:7) which combined with Revelation's prophecy of "forty and two months" (Revelation 11:2), "a thousand two hundred and threescore days" (Revelation 11:3), "a thousand two hundred and threescore days" (Revelation 12:6), "a time, and times, and half a time" (Revelation 12:14), "forty and two months" (Revelation 13:5), also known as "the times of the Gentiles" (Luke 21:24), "the Gentiles" (Revelation 11:2) - which are all the same timeframe of 1,260 years, which is a subsection of 2,300 of Daniel 8:13,14,26; Revelation 9:15, 10:6, 14:6-7.

[14] Daniel's prophecy of the "two thousand and three hundred days" - 2,300 years encompassing the whole of the time from the start in the Persian-Median Kingdom, through Grecia, into Roman Kingdom, and it's divisions, the uprising of the little horn to power, its deadly wound, and the entering in of Christ Jesus into the Most Holy Place with the Father and the opening of the books in Heaven - Daniel 8:13,14,26; Revelation 9:15, 10:6, 14:6-7.

[15] Daniel's prophecy of the "seventy weeks" (Daniel 9:24) which is subdivided into "seven weeks" (Daniel 9:25a) and "threescore" (Daniel 9:25b) "and two weeks" (Daniel 9:25c), of which the final "one week" (70th; Daniel 9:27) is again subdivided into two parts, "in the midst of the week" (Daniel 9:27), being exactly 3 1/2 and 3 1/2 days of the final week - 490 years, being subdivided into 49 years, 434 years = 483 years with 7 years left, half of the 7 final years being fulfilled and confirmed by Jesus from Baptism (Messiah the Prince) unto Crucifixion ("cut off"), which is 3 1/2 years from AD 27 to AD 31 ("causing the sacrifice and oblation to cease", which was "after threescore" "and two weeks" (Daniel 9:26), which has no 'gaps'), and the final portion of the final week, being confirmed by the apostles/disciples in Jesus' stead (John 20:21; Hebrews 2:3, etc) unto the toning of Stephen, in AD 34. This 70 weeks is merely a portion ("determined" (Daniel 9:24), for Jesus is the "certain" saint (the wonderful numberer; Daniel 8:13, which sections, "determines" (Acts 17:26) the times unto man from the greater time (Genesis) allotted) see also Daniel 8:1,15,16,17,19, 27, 9:21,22, "vision", "understand", "Gabriel", "at the first", etc) of the greater time prophecy of 2,300 (Daniel 8:13,14,26; Revelation 9:15, 10:6, 14:6-7).

[16] Daniel's prophecy of the "a thousand two hundred and ninety days" - being 1,290 years, ending the same time as the 1,260 (Daniel 12:11)

[17] Daniel's prophecy of "the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days" - being 1,335 years, beginning the same time as the 1,290, and ending the same time as the 2,300 (Daniel 12:11; Revelation 14:13, "blessed")

[18] Jonah's "forty days" - Ninevah was given this exact time to repent or perish (Jonah 3:4)

[19] Jesus' prophecy of "three days" - in three days Jesus was resurrected (Matthew 16:21; Luke 18:33, 24:7,21; John 2:19-20, etc), no 'gaps' (inspite of all those erroneous Wednesday/Thursday crucifictionists convoluted ideas)

[20] Jesus' prophecy of his final days of ministry, "I do cures to day and to morrow, and the third day I shall be perfected (finished, completed)" and "to day, and to morrow, and the day following" - which refers to his last 3 days of workings of miracles among the people before being taken captive - (Luke 13:32-33).

[21] Jesus prophecy of "this generation" - within 40 years exactly Jerusalem and the Temple were destroyed (Matthew 23:36; Luke 11:50,51)

[22] Revelation's prophecy of the "ten days" - 10 years (Revelation 2:10)

[23] Revelation's prophecy of the "five months", "those days" - Pentecost to Trumpets (Revelation 9:5,6,10; (type) Luke 1:24; (type) Genesis 7:24, 8:3; Leviticus 23:15-25)

[24] Revelation's prophecy of the "an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year" - the exact date of the day of Atonement, with the golden Altar in the Most Holy Place; (Revelation 9:13-15)

[25] Revelation's prophecy of the "three days and a half" - 3 1/2 years (Revelation 11:9,11)

[26] Revelation's prophecy of the "thousand years" (Revelation 20:1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - is literally a thousand years (Daniel 7:22; Isaiah 24:22; as it is the final "day" of the cosmic Week, foretold in Genesis; 2 Peter 3:8; Psalms 90:4; Isaiah 46:9-10; Matthew 13:35, etc)

Also those time prophecies, even when divided into smaller portions, are always 'contiguous':

[1] Joseph's "seven years of great plenty" (Genesis 41:29) and "seven years of famine" (Genesis 41:27) - which were 14 years together back to back, consecutive with no 'gaps' (Genesis 41:17-36,47,53-54)

[2] Jeremiah's prophecy of captivity (2 Chronicles 36:21), in which it says "threescore and ten" years. There is no 'gap' between the "threescore" and the "ten" years.

[3] Ezekiel's prophecy of the sins of Israel and Judah, though given in two portions, [Israel] 390 & [Judah] 40, are a total of 430 years. There is no 'gap' between the "three hundred and ninety" and "forty" years.

[4] Daniel's prophecy of the "seventy weeks" (Daniel 9:24) which is subdivided into "seven weeks" (Daniel 9:25a) and "threescore" (Daniel 9:25b) "and two weeks" (Daniel 9:25c) (which has no 'gaps' between "threescore" and "two"), of which the final "one week" (70th; Daniel 9:27) is again subdivided into two parts, "in the midst of the week" (Daniel 9:27), being exactly 3 1/2 and 3 1/2 days of the final week - 490 years, being subdivided into 49 years, 434 years = 483 years with 7 years left, half of the 7 final years being fulfilled and confirmed by Jesus from Baptism (Messiah the Prince) unto Crucifixion ("cut off"), which is 3 1/2 years from AD 27 to AD 31 ("causing the sacrifice and oblation to cease", which was "after threescore" "and two weeks" (Daniel 9:26), which has no 'gaps'), and the final portion of the final week, being confirmed by the apostles/disciples in Jesus' stead (John 20:21; Hebrews 2:3, etc) unto the toning of Stephen, in AD 34. And for those which erroneoussly teach that the 7 final years (of the 70 weeks) take place at the end of time ('separated' from the first 69 weeks by over 2 millennia (2,000 years)), they generally accept 'no gaps', even though the final week of the 70 weeks is divided into two, with "in the midst of the week".

They are inconsistent across the board in Daniel 9.

[bonus] Even the "years" foretold in the days of Elijah, was exactly 3 years and six months, which went from the two times of rains, early (3 years) and latter (6 months): 1 Kings 17:1 "these years"; 1 Kings 18;1, "third year"; Luke 4:25 "three years and six months"; James 5:17 "space of three years and six months".

The 70th week of Daniel 9 has yet to be completed today.

The promises to be fulfilled at the completion of the 70 weeks prophecy have yet to occur.

This means... your charts are full of error.
Dan 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Heb_10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

Heb 2:3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;
Heb 2:4 God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?

Rom 15:8 Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers:

This is given in actual events by Jesus Himself.

[1] Baptism of the Holy Spirit upon Jesus begins His 3 1/2 years.
[2] Works miracles, etc
[3] persecuted
[4] face glows, soldiers fall back
[5] arrested
[6] brought before Sanhedrin
[7] "cut off" (cut out of the congregation by Sanhedrin at Trial)
[8] martyred outside

This pattern is followed in the lives of the Apostles/disciples, from Pentecost, thus we come to Stephen:

[1] Baptism of the Holy Spirit upon them, begins the latter 3 1/2 years.
[2] work miracles, etc
[3] persectued
[4] arrested
[5] brought before sanhedrin
[6] face glows (as an angel), sanhedrin amazed
[7] "cut off" (cut out of the congregation by Sanhedrin at Trial)
[8] martyred outside

Yes, if you read Acts carefully, you can see the time passing. There are also other parallels, such as between Joseph of Arimathaea and Nicodemus and Gamaliel interfering. Disputings with Christ and with Stephen. False witnesses with Christ and with Stephen.

The Sanhedrin was the chief law in the land. The rejected the Head, but had not yet the body in full, and when they rejected Stephen, the body also was rejected, and they brought upon themselves their own destruction.

Jesus was seen "standing" in Acts 7. This was their end. See also parallels in Daniel 12:1 and Luke 13:25. When Jesus stands, it is the close of their allotted time, which was 490 years, even as Jesus told Peter in Matthew 18:22.

STAND UP

Do a study on "stand up", "arise", "lift up", in connection with God standing, as already given you, Daniel 12:1; Luke 13:25. It is the finality of mercy's probation, and the stepping in of judgment.

Psa_3:7 Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.
Psa_7:6 Arise, O LORD, in thine anger, lift up thyself because of the rage of mine enemies: and awake for me to the judgment that thou hast commanded.
Psa_9:19 Arise, O LORD; let not man prevail: let the heathen be judged in thy sight.
Psa_10:12 Arise, O LORD; O God, lift up thine hand: forget not the humble.
Psa_12:5 For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, now will I arise, saith the LORD; I will set him in safety from him that puffeth at him.
Psa_17:13 Arise, O LORD, disappoint him, cast him down: deliver my soul from the wicked, which is thy sword:
Psa_44:23 Awake, why sleepest thou, O Lord? arise, cast us not off for ever.
Psa_44:26 Arise for our help, and redeem us for thy mercies' sake.
Psa_68:1 To the chief Musician, A Psalm or Song of David. Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him.
Psa_74:22 Arise, O God, plead thine own cause: remember how the foolish man reproacheth thee daily.
Psa_82:8 Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations.
Psa_102:13 Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.
Psa_132:8 Arise, O LORD, into thy rest; thou, and the ark of thy strength.

Psa_94:2 Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth: render a reward to the proud.

Amo_9:1 I saw the Lord standing upon the altar: and he said, Smite the lintel of the door, that the posts may shake: and cut them in the head, all of them; and I will slay the last of them with the sword: he that fleeth of them shall not flee away, and he that escapeth of them shall not be delivered.

Act_7:55 But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God,
Act_7:56 And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.

Luk 13:25 When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:

Dan 12:1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

EVERLASTING RIGHTEOUSNESS

Everlasting righteousness began with Jesus.

Jesus/Michael stood up in AD 34 [Acts 7:55-56], the end of the 70 weeks, in Daniel 9, and thus the close of the probation of the Jews as a nation, the sanhedrin, having rejected the Head and the body. He will so stand again [Daniel 12:1; Luke 13:25; Revelation 22:11, etc]

AD 27 + 3 1/2 = AD 31; crucifixion. The first of the final week of the 70 weeks, as Jesus told Peter [Matthew 18:22]

AD 31 + 3 1/2 = AD 34; Stephen martyred. End of the 70 weeks, as we see in Hebrews 2:3

Parallels [the short version, two rainbows]:

Jesus in AD 27 Anointed with the Holy Ghost, ministry 3 1/2 years, miracles, taken captive AD 31, rejected by the sanhedrin, condemned to death, dies outside the city

Disciples/Apostles in AD 31 anointed with the Holy Ghost at Pentecost, ministry 3 1/2 years, miracles, Stephen is taken captive AD 34, rejected by the sanhedrin, condemned to death, dies outside of the city.

Daniel 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Hebrews 10:12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;

Hebrews 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

Hebrews 2:3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;

Romans 15:8 Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers:

Through Christ Jesus, it is the end of sin, He brought in everlasting righteousness, reconciliation, etc.

Matthew 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.

Hebrews 9:26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.

2 Corinthians 5:18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

2 Corinthians 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

Hebrews 2:17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.

Victory began with Jesus, and He went forth conquering and to conquer (Revelation 6:2) - undefeatable.

The 70th week of Daniel 9 has yet to be completed today.

The promises to be fulfilled at the completion of the 70 weeks prophecy have yet to occur.

This means... your charts are full of error.
Dan 9:26 KJB - And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

Dan 9:26 HOT -

Dan 9:26 HOT translit. - w'achárëy haSHävuiym shiSHiym ûsh'nayim yiKärët mäshiyªch w'ëyn lô w'häiyr w'haQodesh yash'chiyt am nägiyd haBä w'qiTZô vaSHe†ef w'ad qëtz mil'chämäh nechéretzet shomëmôt

Even if one does not read Hebrew (which is unnecessary), but simply the English, carefully, and with the bible in mind in other places, which shed light upon these events, we can know for certain, that the "prince that shall come" was indeed Jesus Christ. How can we know from the English (KJB)?

[1] in Daniel 9:25, Jesus is called "Messiah the Prince" (משׁיח נגיד;
משׁיחH4899 נגידH5057; mäshiyªch nägiyd)

[2] in Daniel 9:26a, Jesus is again called "Messiah" (משׁיח; משׁיחH4899; mäshiyªch) and thus Daniel 9:26 is simply enlarging upon Daniel 9:25's "Messiah (a.) the Prince (b.)", when vs 26 says, "Messiah (a.) ... the prince (b.) that shall come ..."; in other words "the ruler" that was prophesied to be sent by God to rule all (Isaiah 9:6,7; Micah 5:2; Matthew 2:6).

[3] the word "prince" (נגיד ; נגידH5057; nägiyd) is only used for Jesus Christ the Messiah in all of Daniel, see Daniel 9:25,26, 11:22 ("prince of the covenant") as the anointed ruler thereof. Other examples in scripture of this are seen in the anointed kings of Israel (see 1 Samuel 25:30; 2 Samuel 6:21, 7:8; 1 Kings 1:35, 14:7, 16:2; 1 Chronicles 5:2, 11:2, 17:7, 28:4, 29:22; 2 Chronicles 6:5, 11:22), the anointed rulers of the priests (1 Chronicles 9:11,20, 12:27; 2 Chronicles 31:12,13, 35:8; Jeremiah 20:1; Nehemiah 11:11; or those associated, 1 Chronicles 26:24, 27:4), the leaders of the tribes of Israel (1 Chronicles 27:16), generals/captains over others (1 Chronicles 13:1; 2 Chronicles 11:11; Psalms 76:12), or as one like Job (Job 31:37). (There are a few rare instances in scripture where the word can be used in a general sense for any ruler or captain over others (Job 29:10), even an opposing ruler/s, captains (see 2 Chronicles 23:21; Ezekiel 28:2), but the context is always clear in these instances; and it can mean a few other things in rare instances (Proverbs 8:6)).

[4] Gabriel and Daniel (Daniel 10:20), under guidance of the Holy Ghost, when referring to a foreign power and its leadership thereof, as a 'prince' (such as in the case of Grecia), another word is used instead, which is (שׂר ;שׂר H8269; sar; which means 'ruler'), and thus the word, "prince" (נגיד ; נגידH5057; nägiyd)" in Daniel 9, in its own context and surrounding, is not a reference to the Roman ruler (Caesar) in Daniel 9, though the word "sar" can be applied.

[5] the entire context of Daniel 9 is the Messiah and His people,

[a.] Daniel 9:24a, "thy (Daniel's) people", the Israelites
[b.] Daniel 9:24b, "thy (Daniel's) holy city, earthly Jerusalem
[c.] Daniel 9:24c,d,e,f,g,h - dealing with the sins of the professed people of God and the ministration of the Great High Priest/Jesus and his work on earth and in Heaven.
[d.] Daniel 9:25a, "the commandment to restore and rebuild Jerusalem" (found in Ezra 6:14, 7:1-28)
[e.] Daniel 9:25b, "Messiah the Prince" - Jesus Christ
[f.] Daniel 9:26a, "Messiah" - Jesus Christ
[g.] Daniel 9:26b, "the people of the prince" - Israelites
[h.] Daniel 9:26b, "of the prince that shall come" - Jesus, being ruler over "the people" sent of God, that was to "come"
[i.] Daniel 9:26c, "the city and the sanctuary" - earthly Jerusalem
[j.] Daniel 9:27a, "And he ..." - Jesus (Pronoun pointing back to a Noun, context, Messiah the Prince, Messiah ... the prince that shall come)
[k.] Daniel 9:27b "confirm the covenant with many for one week" - Jesus confirms the New Covenant with the Apostles (Hebrews 2:3) for the first half of the week (3 1/2 years unto AD 31, His death) and then confirms with the rest of the people through His Apostles, for 3 1/2 more years, unto the stoning of Stephen (AD 34) and the rejection of it by the Sanhedrin, as they had done to Jesus.
[l.] Daniel 9:27c, "he shall cause the sacrifice and oblation to cease" - Jesus (Pronoun pointing back to the Noun, Messiah the Prince), did this by His death, and thus there are no more sacrifices for sins as Hebrews 10:26, etc, explains.
[m.] Daniel 9:27d, "he shall make it (earthly sanctuary) desolate" - Jesus (Pronoun pointing back to a Noun) leaves and does not return to earthly Jerusalem, neither to the earthly temple ever again, see Matthew 23:38; Luke 13:35.

[6] there are previous examples given to us in scripture, and Daniel himself experienced one of them.

[a.] In the first destruction of Jerusalm and its Temple by Babylon and King Nebuchadnezzar, this very King is used by God to punish rebellious Israel, because they (the people) had rejected God, and so God withdrew, and allowed the city/temple to be destroyed. What brought the destruction? Israel's sins. Nebuchadnezzar is even called by God, "my servant" (Jeremiah 25:9).

[b.] In the events of Moses and the Israelites attempting to cross over into the promised land. Balak and Balaam came along, and could do nothing to affect them, that is until the people sinned, and so God withdrew His protection, and allowed destruction to come.

There are numerous examples of this in scripture, see the book of Judges, etc.

Therefore, the same events repeated, as per Ecclesiastes 1:9, 3:15; in that when "the people" (of God) rejected the "Messiah the Prince", the "Messiah ... the prince that shall come" (as promised by God), they actually destroyed their own city and temple, because they rejected the protection God offered in Christ Jesus. When Jesus said, "Your house is left unto you desolate", it was in exact fulfillment of Daniel as was the statement of Jesus in reference to the destruction (Matthew 23:36) that would be brought about by such rejection and refusal to repent of sin and accept Him, their Messiah, their rightful Prince.

Did the Roman armies actually destroy Jerusalem? Only in after effect (as the Babylonians), for if the Jewish leadership had accepted the Messiah their prince, no such destruction could have come, for God would have dwelt in it, and its sanctuary.

The entire context of Daniel 9, is about God's people, sin, deliverance and the Messiah.

Who destroyed the city? God's own professed people by their neglect and refusal. Even as the human city/temple may so be destroyed:

1Co_3:17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.

Mat_5:14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

No worries. It is for those who might have questions on prophecy or are interested in that subject.

The entire purpose of prophecy:

2Pe 1:19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:

Prophetic Chart from beginning unto the ending...
These studies are from the SDA point of view. Some of which may not really agree with rightly dividing the Word of Truth and what non-SDA Christians believe. When people treat 2300 literal days as 2300 metaphorical years then everything just falls apart.

"TheHolyBookEnds", that's a funny name; clever.

I meet many Seventh-day Adventists online. The ones I bump into alot, are persons like BobRyan. I have met a few Aussies, like LoveGod'sWord.

I am ReChoired, and I like to speak with people, not post at them. The many replies were to a theological position which is untenable, and for prophecy it is necessary to detail that out as far as is possible with scripture and history, so some replies may be longer than others.

No and Yes. They are from the scriptural point of view, and thus the Seventh-day Adventist POV, but please notice that it is not to be considered the other way round.

Some of which may not really agree with rightly dividing the Word of Truth and what non-SDA Christians believe.
There are historical citations which show that the understanding of 2,300 year prophecy did not originate with the Seventh-day Adventist movement. For instance:

William Hales (Church of Ireland; Irish Clergyman and Scientific Writer)

Adam Clarke (Methodist)

Joseph Benson (Methodist)

Jamieson, Fausset & Brown (allow for)

Johann Peter Lange (Calvinist, cites those in Germany, and it was quite common in Britain, and in own country)

John Gill (Baptist, Calvinist)

David Guzik (cites the Methodists and Miller (Baptist))

Arnold of Villanova (Roman Catholic scientific writer)

Isaac Newton (scientific writer)

William Miller (Baptist; Adventist)

and many others.

When people treat 2300 literal days as 2300 metaphorical years then everything just falls apart.
The 2,300 are not metaphorical years. They are literal years. As Ezekiel 4:6 and Numbers 14:34 and context dictates. Would you like to look at that?

Unfortunately the SDA Church did not REJECT all these false Protestant interpretations which allegorized and spiritualized the prophetic Scriptures. So you can call the 2300 days metaphorical and the 2300 years literal, but there is no biblical justification for making those days into years.

Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that certain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?

And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed. (Dan 8:13,14)

Literal rendering of Hebrew: And he said to me for two thousand three hundred EVENINGS AND MORNINGS, then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.

Now according to Genesis chapter 1, evening and morning define a literal twenty four hour day. Therefore it does violence to Scripture to claim that suddenly this means 2300 years! Which means that you will have to reject the SDA and Protestant interpretations and accept the fact that this is a reference to a period of six years, four months, and twenty one days. That is just shy of the seven years of the 70th week of Daniel.

Dan 9:26 KJB - And after threescore and two weeks ...

It's ok that you believe a LOT of nonsense. It won't keep you from being "saved", but you will most likely be penalized for teaching MANY false doctrines.

Jams 3:1 Let not many of you become teachers, my brethren, for you know that we who teach shall be judged with greater strictness.

And it's not to say that EVERYTHING you posted is FALSE, but a cursory review reveals MANY unforced errors, especially the nonsense that the "seventy weeks" were fulfilled a couple thousand years ago; that the seventy "i" are literal "weeks" -- or even "weeks"; that there are "seven and sixty-two" which is a prevarication; the 2,300 are not days; etc., etc., etc.

And I don't think you're here to receive input, but to simply post what you believe, -- even though a SIGNIFICANT portion TRULY has SERIOUS FLAWS.

You did see where I cited not just 'Protestant', but also non-conformist and scientist and Roman Catholic? Yes?

Why would we reject truth?

which allegorized and spiritualized the prophetic Scriptures.
There is no allegory here, but a biblical rule, of interpretation (God's), first the vision, then the interpretation of the vision.

So you can call the 2300 days metaphorical and the 2300 years literal, but there is no biblical justification for making those days into years.
As I said, Ezekiel 4:6; Numbers 14:34 and context of Daniel 8 itself, and its further connections to Daniel 7 and 9-12, and also Revelation.

The 2,300 days (evening/mornings, see also vs 26), begin the "vision", which starts with the Ram with two horns, or Medo-Persia, continues through the He-Goat or Grecia, and its divisions, into the 'little horn' or Pagan Rome, and beyond. There is no way that the 2,300 days (evening/mornings, vs 26) are anything other than 2,300 years, using the biblical rule.

Dan 8:1 In the third year of the reign of king Belshazzar a vision appeared unto me, even unto me Daniel, after that which appeared unto me at the first.

Dan 8:2 And I saw in a vision; and it came to pass, when I saw, that I was at Shushan in the palace, which is in the province of Elam; and I saw in a vision, and I was by the river of Ulai.
Dan 8:3 Then I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and, behold, there stood before the river a ram which had two horns: and the two horns were high; but one was higher than the other, and the higher came up last.

Dan 8:5 And as I was considering, behold, an he goat came from the west on the face of the whole earth, and touched not the ground: and the goat had a notable horn between his eyes.

Dan 8:8 Therefore the he goat waxed very great: and when he was strong, the great horn was broken; and for it came up four notable ones toward the four winds of heaven.

Dan 8:9 And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land.
Dan 8:10 And it waxed great, even to the host of heaven; and it cast down some of the host and of the stars to the ground, and stamped upon them.

Dan 8:13 Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that certain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?

Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that certain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?

And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed. (Dan 8:13,14)

Literal rendering of Hebrew: And he said to me for two thousand three hundred EVENINGS AND MORNINGS, then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.
I already know this. It simply proves what was shared. I didn't even need the Hebrew (which I already knew), all I needed was vs 26:

Dan 8:26 And the vision of the evening and the morning which was told is true: wherefore shut thou up the vision; for it shall be for many days.

Now according to Genesis chapter 1, evening and morning define a literal twenty four hour day.
Indeed, when dealing with normal time, not prophetic time. Just as the 70 weeks (a portion of the 2,300) are not 70 natural weeks (see Daniel 9), but are 490 years, from the going forth of the commandment to restore and build Jerusalem unto Messiah the prince (Christ Jesus). "The Commandment" is found in Ezra 6:14, beginning in the kingdom of Persia-Media (see also Ezra 7).

Therefore it does violence to Scripture
Not at all.

... to claim that suddenly this means 2300 years!
Again, the context determines what it means. The entire "vision", beginning with the Kingdom of Medo-Persia, and ending long after Pagan Rome. How long the "vision".

Which means that you will have to reject the SDA and Protestant interpretations
I will not be rejecting the truth. I also referred to others who are not 'protestant', but non-conformist, scientists and Roman Catholic. The teaching is across all lines, which you seemingly have put out of your eyesight.

and accept the fact that this is a reference to a period of six years, four months, and twenty one days
It is impossible to be that, for the reasons above, and more yet to be identified. For instance, the context of Daniel 8 deals with the "daily" and the "yearly" services of the Sanctuary, and thus the "cleansed" portion deals with the Day of Atonement, which takes place once per year, and so 2,300 days of atonement, are 2,300 years unto the anti-typical Day of Atonement. See:

The parallels in Daniel 8 to Leviticus 16 are stunning:

Daniel 8 KJB is steeped in Sanctuary language, from the regular day to day service and the year end time service, the Day of Atonement, for it speaks about a “ram”, a “he-goat”, “four horns”, “the daily”, the “sanctuary”, the “prince of Princes” [High priest, Jesus Christ], the “host”, “saint”, “Gabriel” [the covering cherub who replaced Lucifer, who stands “in the presence of God” [Luke 1:19 KJB]], “transgression” [sin] and “cleansed”, and “truth” [Law, etc], and the 2,300 “evening and morning/s”, “many days”, and “time of the end”, “last end” and etc.

In the sanctuary services [Psalms 77:13 KJB], the cleanse part has to do with the transition from the daily to the yearly [day of atonement] in type and antitype, even as Daniel 8 refers to in imagery [Ram [offering], He-goat [sin offering], Four Horns [as in the golden altar] for making atonement, in both place and people], see Leviticus 16:

Leviticus 16:2,13,14,15 - mercy seat [and cherubim thereon]
Leviticus 16:2-9,11-21,23-34 - High Priest, ministration
Leviticus 16:3,5 - ram
Leviticus 16:4,24,26,27,28,30 - washing/burning, thus cleansing
Leviticus 16:5,7,8,15,24 - [Lord's] goat, sin offering
Leviticus 16:5,9,10,15,16,21,27,30,34 - transgression
Leviticus 16:5,6,7,15,16,17,19,20,21,22,23,24,26,27,28,29,30,31,33,34 - people of God, congregation, camp
Leviticus 16:6,17,20 - atonement [so also Leviticus 23]
Leviticus 16:12,13,18 - with four horns outside on altar of sacrifice and four horns inside golden altar of incense [Daniel 8:13-14,26, etc, Revelation 9:13-15, Oct. 22, 1844]
Leviticus 16:16,19,30,33 - uncleanness of persons and places, needing to be cleansed [vs 19, “cleanse”]
Leviticus 16:34 - end of the daily [evening and morning], now the once in the year

Thus what Daniel 8:14 KJB, reveals is the transition of Christ Jesus [Daniel 8:13 KJB, “certain saint”, the wonderful numberer, who numbers the hairs, stars, sands, kingdoms, times and boundaries, etc] in His Great High Priestly role, from one phase [antitypical daily] to another [antitypical yearly] in the Great Heavenly Sanctuary above, per Daniel, Matthew, Acts, Hebrews, Revelation, etc, and also deals with the peoples of that time [1844] afterward, in their own related cleansing. Thus sanctuary, and host.

Daniel 8:1,4,6,7,20 - Ram
Daniel 8:3,5,6,7,8,9,20,21 - horns [8, 4 outside [altar sacrifice], 4 inside [altar incense' -- 2 on ram, 1 on he-got, 4 on he-goat, 1 from winds]
Daniel 8:5,8,21 - He Goat
Daniel 8:10,13,24,25 - the holy people of God
Daniel 8:11,13,14,25 - certain saint [High Priest Jesus]
Daniel 8:12,13,14,24,25 - transgression
Daniel 8:13,15-17 - one saint speaking, and another saint said - covering cherubims/angels [Gabriel and 'Herald']
Daniel 8:11,12,13-14,26 - daily ongoing [evening and morning] and finally ended, yearly commenced
Daniel 8:14 - cleansed
more in Daniel 9-12 KJB where the atonement is found, which is the re-explanation and expansion of Daniel 8.

There are two sets of 'four horns' in Daniel 8 KJB.

The first set of 'four':

[1]two horns” of the Ram
[2] the “great” or “notable” “horn” of the He-goat
[3] the “little horn” out of the four winds

The second set of 'four':

[1] the “four notable ones” that came out of the He-goat after the “great” or “notable” “horn”.

There are 8 horns in the sanctuary service.

[1] 4 horns on the altar of sacrifice [Exodus 27:2, 38:2]
[2] 4 horns on the altar of incense [Exodus 30:2, 37:25,26]

Daniel 8:14 KJB - And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.

That is just shy of the seven years of the 70th week of Daniel.
As for the 70 weeks being 490 years I can cite also many other persons, yet the context of scripture determined that the 70 week are 490 years, as Jesus himself speaks to this in Matthew 18. He had given the entire nation of Israel 490 years. That time was up in AD 34 with the final rejection by the Sanhedrin of Stephen.

I agree that we see through a "glass darkly", but are you actually willing to examine what Scripture says, or are you content twisting and distorting (or using others twisted and distorted) Scripture?

Take for example your cited "seven and sixty-two". Is there ANY precedent in the history of the world in ANY society or ANY Scriptural reference where numbers are summed to convey a "total" such that a pair of shoes cost seven and sixty-two dollars plus tax?

Yeah, I really don't think you're open to debate Scriptural merit ...
