So the verse (Jesus) says that not all will become a Christian, but only those who do the Will.
Then He shows who wont....and Christ then gives an example of someone who is doing works to try to be accepted by God.
So, that ISN'T the will of God that leads to the new birth.
Its BELIEVING......that is God's will that leads to the New birth.
