You skipped verse 42: "So will it be with the resurrection of the dead. The body that is sown is perishable, it is raised imperishable;"

States quite clearly that the body is raised, not as it was sown, but it is raised. Verse 44 is out of context.

But it’s not the same body. If it was the same body then the person would still be mortal and subjected to death. It says it is sown a perishable body and raised incorruptible. When you sow a seed you don’t reap the same seed……a tree or plant you get instead. The old body needs air to breath and food in order to live but the new body will not.
