I believe he is on the right track. I also hold to the Rapture and Tribulation period, which is not popular today. And as for the love waxing cold as said in (Matt. 24:12), I agree. And those believers alive during the Tribulation, will experience the hate and anger of a people who are void of love.

Yes when you are void of love that comes from knowing the word you are immediately led astray. You must come to god first to experience true love that will never falter.
