You know very well what I am talking about. Unless we first see that we are bad people, having broken the Ten Commandments and deserve judgment and hell, and are dead in our sins, then we will not appreciate the good news of the gospel, and even if we started professing Christianity, we would not know what we are saved from.

If you are depending on good works to get you through the judgment, then you will fail and be found guilty, because the Judge will not be judging you on your good works but on the times when you broke the Ten Commandments.

It is like a defendant who appears before the judge for raping three women and cutting their throats, and the defendant says, "I know I did wrong, but look at all the good works I have done, I have given thousands of dollars to charity, helped the poor, ran an animal shelter." But the judge will say, "You are not here because of your good works, but are here because you raped and killed three women, therefore you have to take the penalty, and be sentenced to the electric chair."

But the good news of the gospel is that Jesus came and died on the cross to take on Himself the penalty for our sin. It is like being in a traffic court with thousands of dollars worth of traffic fines. The judge says that you are guilty but someone else has paid all your fines so you can now walk free.

So, in order to survive the judgment, then believing that Jesus died and took your penalty for your sins on the cross, will cause the Judge to say, "You are guilty of breaking the Ten Commandments but you can go free, because Jesus has paid your debt by taking your penalty away from you and on Himself". That is the good news of the gospel.

The churches in existence today are not His church. He has promised to restore His church and it will be a church that manifests His Glory and Power, His Love, Mercy and Grace and will establish His original order of the ministries within it for the perfecting of the saints until we all come into unity of faith.

Really, I was never under the law, and there fore can not be judged by the law, I am either a guilty sinner set for death, or one redeemed in Christ and innocent. Why is it so many are fascinated in being judged by the law, it only brings death, it is the only sentence it can give. Where do you get this stuff from////

When you get to know me better through my posts about the gospel, you will find that I am dogmatic about the steps to a genuine conversion to Christ.
    1. We must know that we are bad people because we have broken the Ten Commandments and deserve judgment and hell. Easy believerism folk don't want to know about this step and it is missing from the gospel.
    2. Know that Jesus Christ came and died on the cross to take the penalty for our sin upon Himself so that when we put our trust in His finished work on Calvary, we are set free and will not go to the same judgment throne as the unsaved will go. We will go to the judgment seat of Christ to be rewarded for our obedience to the will of God in our lives.
    3. We must make a conscious decision to receive Christ as our Saviour from the awful penalty of our sin (this is what we are saved from) and believe that as Jesus rose from the dead, we will someday rise from the dead, as He did, to eternal life.
    4. We must repent of our sinful lifestyle and earnestly seek God to fully transform our hearts to follow after holiness as the Holy Spirit gives us strength and direction. Hating sin and loving holiness is a sign of true conversion to Christ. This is more than putting on a Christian badge and saying we are Christian. It is a total transformation of the heart, and only the Holy Spirit can do this in us.

We are definitely not under law, but under God's mercy and grace for our justification and receiving the righteousness of God in Christ. But we must take up the good works that God has ordained for us in order to demonstrate that we are truly converted to Christ. The good works come as the result of conversion and do not contribute to it, they are the demonstration to the world that we belong to Christ.

These are the things that I am absolutely dogmatic about, and I adamantly believe that this is the narrow path to salvation in Christ.

And what good works are there that you could possibly do, to earn your salvation.. The works Christ did where not His own they where of the father, we can do no different, our works no matter how good count for nothing.

Luk 17:9 Doth he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not.
Luk 17:10 So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.

    Yeah

the penalty of sin is death Rom 6

if we keep the whole law yet stumble in one point, we are guilty of all James 2

in the helm of eternity, all sins are deadly

stop excusing certain sins as ok, that’s why religious people can not fathom the danger they are in, they do not think their particular sins are too serious,

The good works are not to salvation but the woks that God has ordained for every believer to demonstrate true conversion to Christ as James says, if a person says they have faith, ie: conversion to Christ then he must demonstrate it otherwise his faith is dead.

The Church you malign as "antichrist" and "harlot" gave you the Scriptures that you put all your trust in. That's so funny!

Good grief, you're as gullible, naive and clueless as a child. If you had any sense, you'd check out any such claims to access their veracity ... But no, you just swallow these lies hook, line and sinker, like a fool. Then you mindlessly regurgitate them, like a fool. You're not the sharpest tool in the shed, are you? Just wondering ... Did you manage to graduate from junior high?

If you evaluate your post according to the fruit of the Spirit, how do you rate?
    Loving? Your post isn't.
    Joyful? No joy in it.
Gentle? Not gentle in your comments.
Kind? Very unkind in what you are saying.

So, how come you can call yourself a Christian if you have never repented from being unloving, lack of joy, not gentle, unkind, and actually hateful in your comments?

Did you know that when you pour out hate like this Jesus says that you are a murderer at heart. The hate has come out from your heart in your comments to me. Did you know that murderers will not inherit the kingdom of God?

So if you continue to be hateful to people on this forum, doesn't the Bible call you a hypocrite?

Er, no ... you missed the point:. 1John 5:16 says there are sins that are "not deadly" and there are sins that are "deadly". So there are two categories of sin. Please explain.

Which sins are "not deadly"? Which sins are "deadly"?

Is it Christian to spread lies about the Catholic Church, like you do?

Is murder in your Church a deadly sin? So if Jesus says that a hating person is a murderer at heart, then if you are hating through your comments on the forum, then what does Jesus say about you?

What does God say about people who pray to Mary instead of Him, or even as well as Him?

Its not funny as many will find out on that great and dreadfull day, when they discover there church isnt His church and they find themselves left out.

Luk_13:25 When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:

You know, I think he is using the church as a smoke screen to cover up what is in his heart. We can see what is in his heart through his posts on the forum.

All we are doing is to compare some of the teaching of his church with what the Bible says. We don't hate him, we just disagree with what his church teaches. We just don't want him to come up for judgment as an idolater and murderer at heart. So our posts is to show him how to avoid it.

Mate, this is religion, it stands in complete opposition to the things of God, but people flock to it like mcdonalds to get there weekly feed,

Joh 6:32 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven.
Joh 6:33 For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world.
Joh 6:34 Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread.
Joh 6:35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

but they have lost there first love and refuse or simply dont know they can go to Him who is our life and our life is in Him.

Um no your missing the point

if I go get drunk and get into a vehicle and drive and get killed in the process. I have com tied a deadly sin (physical death)

if I say a white lie, or get drunk or commit any other sin, according to the law of God, I deserve spiritual death (the penalty of sin is death). Hence I better received the gift of God, or I will suffer what I deserve, death.

your church does not comprehend this biblical fact, that’s why I An not accept your church
