I wrote this Thread's Title based on a conversation with a Mary Obsessed deceiver who of course is a Catholic, who told us yesterday that "EVERYBODY in Heaven besides God and the angels is Catholic . . .".
You are familiar with the member "Breadoflife"?
He wrote that deception.
So, as they wrote "only catholics are in heaven" on my "Jesus is not a Catholic" Thread..... i wanted to Post a NEW Thread for them to see, and for others to contemplate.
I never said that "only" Catholics make it into Heaven.
That's not what the Church teaches.

I said that everybody who makes it into Heaven is Catholic.
I guess someday, you'll create an honest thread - but I'm not holding my breath . . .

Yes, we do - that's why I just told you that.
I'm Catholic - or didn't you know that?

The Catholic Church teaches that NOT only Catholics will make it to Heaven.
This is a doctrinal position, known as Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus.
Catholics teach that all people get to heaven based on what their church did. Ie. If not for them no one would get to heaven

not everyone buys your stuff

Ie works Or earning grace

titus 3: 5. Read it.
Apparently, you don't know how to read.

TRY reading Matt. 7:21, Matt. 25:31-46, 1 Cor. 13:1-13 and Gal. 5:6 for starters.
Then tell me that doing God's will has NOTHING to do with faith.

1. Wrong she was not saved before she was born
2. Yes, she was saved, by her faith. The same way abraham was saved, because she believed God
3. In order to be a MOTHER of God, you have to be God yourself

read roman and Greek mythology, they had mothers of Gods,

my God was before abraham and he created the heavens and the earth, the alpha and omega, no father or mother,

It's very simple.
Mary is the mother of Jesus
Jesus is God
Therefore Mary is the mother of God.

There is only one true universal church. That's for sure. But it has no head on earth.

This statement is absolutely false.
Why do you guys persist in making these asinine statements without doing your homework??

Paragraphs 846 and 847 of the Catechism of the Catholic Church prove your statement wrong . . .

It's not faith PLUS works - it never has been.

However - if you believe that "Faith" is just "belief" - then you're NO better off than the demons, who do the same (James 2:19).
The works that God Himself has prepared for us in advance (Eph. 2:10) are an essential element of faith - such as Baptism.

True Faith = Belief + Works (obedience, trust)
Your right it’s not

the WORK of water baptism never saved anyone, anymore than any other work did (Eph 2, romans 4, titus 3)

true faith works, God does not need proof. That’s why everyone he saves produces works

The Authority of the Church is GOD-given (Matt. 16:18-19, 18:15-18, Luke 10:16, John 16:12-15, John 20:21-23).

For crying out loud - READ your Bible . . .

Actually I did

I mentioned John

John 3. No baptism (No water and spirit does not mean baptism, if it did Jesus would have said it)
John 4 no baptism
John 5 no baptism
John 6 no baptism

how about Eph 1-2. No baptism

yet all those people were saved

Actually you didn't!
You whole post was:
"um no. Water baptism is not the way to salvation spirit baptism is that’s why it is not mentioned in any of the other gospels namely John"
Just opinion.

CHRIST saves.
Baptism is simply the means BY which we are saved and born-again (John 3:5, Mark 16:16, Acts 2:38, 1 Pet. 3:21).

If you have a problem with that - tell God - not me.
He's the one who wrote it . . .

Simple, perhaps, but also erroneous. Mary was the conduit through which Christ entered the world as a man. Before she and her father Abraham was, "I AM" (GOD WAS).

Did or did she NOT give birth to God?
