False. Love that does not include acceptance of and devotion to our Heavenly father is, at best, incomplete and, at worst, a total rejection of him.

People mean different things when they say "love" so it may be true or false based on what they mean. Not all the definitions are equivalent so that one can say "love is love."
In our culture people often say "love is love" to refer to homosexual relationships, by which they mean "the romantic love of my homosexual relationship is the same as your heterosexual relationship." This is false because it is not the same, the latter can be a real good and the former can never be good, so it would be false.
You are right that love that does not include the Father is in fact incomplete or a total rejection, I'd also say it's not even love.
God is love. To reject God is to reject love. People can believe whatever they want, or they can believe the truth. Love tells the truth.
