Paul said a bishop must be above reproach AND the husband of one wife. He never said a bishop should/must be married. Verses 4-6 say what bishops must do. None of those passage say he must or should be married.

It says he must be the husband of one wife. Somewhat of a challenge if he is not married!!!!! Duh!

Did Paul think the government was needed? That's where our big disagreement is. You seem to think Christianity is a failure and will continue to fail and that the government can get people into the kingdom.
