The problem with bible alone is not the bible. It's a persons IQ to interpret that bible. But that is a common flaw I see. Problems that people have to understand the bible.

The other problem I see a lot is throwing out half or more of the verses to accept and preach a couple verses. That also seems to happen a lot.

And bible alone is not scriptural since the bible has set up a church with bishops and deacons, something that does not reflect the current Catholic church. And it also says to gather in that church often.

The holy Spirit inspired the scriptures. So the holy Spirit would never contradict what He has already revealed through the prophets and apostles. Then you say...

This prayer as presented in God's word becomes a promise... Not to a magisterium of "suitably" qualified individuals in an institution... But to you and me. Think about what is promised here. The work of the holy Spirit in man reveals God. Reveals His will. And uses God's word as the vehicle for that will when it comes to doctrine and Truth.
