Revelation 14:6-20
I saw another angel flying in midair, and he had the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth-to every nation, tribe, language and people. He said in a loud voice, "Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come. Worship him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea and the springs of water."
8 A second angel followed and said, "Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great, which made all the nations drink the maddening wine of her adulteries."
9 A third angel followed them and said in a loud voice: "If anyone worships the beast and his image and receives his mark on the forehead or on the hand, he, too, will drink of the wine of God's fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. He will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment rises for ever and ever. There is no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and his image, or for anyone who receives the mark of his name." This calls for patient endurance on the part of the saints who obey God's commandments and remain faithful to Jesus. Then I heard a voice from heaven say, "Write: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on." Yes," says the Spirit, "they will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them." I looked, and there before me was a white cloud, and seated on the cloud was one "like a son of man" with a crown of gold on his head and a sharp sickle in his hand.
15 Then another angel came out of the temple and called in a loud voice to him who was sitting on the cloud, "Take your sickle and reap, because the time to reap has come, for the harvest of the earth is ripe." So he who was seated on the cloud swung his sickle over the earth, and the earth was harvested.
17 Another angel came out of the temple in heaven, and he too had a sharp sickle. Still another angel, who had charge of the fire, came from the altar and called in a loud voice to him who had the sharp sickle, "Take your sharp sickle and gather the clusters of grapes from the earth's vine, because its grapes are ripe." The angel swung his sickle on the earth, gathered its grapes and threw them into the great winepress of God's wrath.
All six angels are flying in midair proclaiming the God’s word. It must be remembered that the Lord often uses figurative language in in the bible, especially in Revelation.
Verse :
6- The first angel proclaimed the eternal gospel.
8- The second angel points to the whole chapters of Revelation 17, 18, 19; Jeremiah 50, 51; and Isaiah 13; as well as Isaiah 1:21; Zechariah 2:7 after the fall of Mystery Babylon which will be destroyed by the beast (Rev 17:16). The whole world will be trembling at this great event which the bible has put great emphasis on. A few more souls may be saved because fulfilled prophecy is proof of the validity of the scriptures. God is merciful in judgment.
9- The third angel is warning about receiving the mark of the beast. People receive it either in their forehead or their hand. Receiving it in the forehead is doing homage to the beast. Receiving it in the hand is helping or defending the beast. The beast is the warring religion of Islam. (Revelation 13:4)
15- The fourth angel is the rapture and resurrection.
17- These two angels blow the last TRUMPET
(1 Corinthians 15:52) which is the final warning just before the day of God.
The day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
