Okay, it's time to look at the KJVO problem in greater detail...
I have noticed that not a single KJVO ever writes in early 17th Century Englyshe, the language of the King James translation. Instead, they write in the modern English that proceeds from their thoughts. This had led me to the inescapable conclusion that when they read the King James Version they re-translate it in their brains to determine the meaning in their native language. Why?
Because when they read the archaic language, they feel "holy", as though God cannot lower Himself to use conventional language. What is the problem with this? When God became a human being in the person of Jesus Christ, He was a rural carpenter who spoke Aramaic, a dialect of the common people. He was not a priest in the temple! He didn't participate in the hyped religion of the Pharisees and Sadducees, but instead spoke directly to the people -- sometimes thousands at a time -- in their "common tongue". Why didn't he participate in the hyped religion? Because he recognized that it was all show, but lacked real substance. The "holiness" of the Pharisees and Sadducees was a show of pomposity, but they lacked true understanding.
I sincerely believe that the KJVOs have been seduced in a similar manner. Like the Pharisees (and Sadducees) of old, they are judging by the form of their preferred translation, rather than its substance. Their religiosity compels them to think that their Englyshe is the way that God speaks to His people, not the English that they themselves use every day of their lives, including the posts on this forum.
They are clearly deluded and will use any "fact" and "evidence", no matter how bizarre and far-fetched, to justify their delusion of holiness. They clearly cannot accept that when God became a person he was a common man who spoke in the common language of the people.
They can cite all kinds of "evidence" to support their delusion, but so can those who believe that Sasquatch and UFOs are real. It is no feat to gather evidence to "prove" anything, no matter how false the premise!
We are blessed with an abundance of carefully-researched modern translations in our native language. We do not need an early 15th Century version, developed for a clearly political purpose, to communicate God's message to us. We don't need to re-translate the words of a dead language in our minds, believing that the false "holiness" we feel when doing so is from God. We must require a translation that communicates to our 21st Century minds directly in our native language. When God became human, that is the way He communicated!
Again, there are many excellent translations, written in our native language, to choose from. I personally prefer the NET because it is a) a carefully-researched excellent translation, b) written in conventional, modern English (my native language), and c) contains more than 60,000 notes that explain everything from the translation decisions made to the cultural and historical context of the text. There are of course others that are excellent and are created to be clearly understood by the reader. Whichever translation you choose, I encourage you to read one that communicates clearly in your native language, the one in which you think, read, and write every day of your life.
May God bless you with all wisdom, understanding, and clarity of mind.
