It is true that most of the public ministry of Jesus was conducted in Jewish territory. Under the circumstances, the number of personal contacts with Gentiles recorded in the Gospels is surprising. He healed a Gadarene demoniac (Matt 8:28-34). Among ten lepers healed, one was a Samaritan, and Jesus remarked upon the fact that only the foreigner returned to thank him (Luke 17:12-19).

A Samaritan woman was the sole audience for one of Jesus’ greatest sermons. She received the assurance that the time was near when God would be worshiped, not just in Jerusalem or at Mt. Gerizim, but all over the world, “in spirit and in truth” (John 4: 5-42).

A Canaanite woman’s faith was rewarded when her daughter was healed. Much has been made of Jesus’ puzzling remark at the beginning of the encounter: “I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel” (Matt 15:24). This may have been a deliberate rebuke of His disciples, who wanted to send her away with her request unanswered, and who shared the racial prejudice which was common at the time. The significant point is that Jesus did minister to this Gentile woman, and praised her faith in the presence of His disciples and the Jewish onlookers (v. 28).

The centurion whose servant was healed was almost certainly a Roman. Commander of a band of one hundred foreign soldiers quartered at Capernaum to keep the peace, he was despised by the Jews who resented this “army of occupation.” Conscious of his own authority as a military man, he humbly assured Jesus that it would not be necessary for him to go to his house to heal the servant (and thus perhaps render himself unclean by entering a Gentile home). “Just say the word and my servant will be healed,” he declared with genuine faith (Matt 8:8). Jesus turned and announced to the Jewish crowd which was following him: “I tell you the truth: I have not found a single Hebrew who showed as much faith as this Gentile military leader” (Matt 8:10, author’s paraphrase). He did not stop there, but continued with this solemn prediction: “I tell you, many such foreigners shall come from the east and the west to join Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven. But many others who thought they were ‘sons of the kingdom’ (the Chosen People of Israel) shall be shut out” (v 11-12, author’s paraphrase).

The coming of a group of Greeks precipitated the final crisis in the inner life of Jesus: His decision to move on to the cross. It is clear that these were not merely Hellenized Jews, but aliens, either inquirers or proselytes, who had accepted Judaism and thus were qualified to worship in the temple area, at least in the court of the Gentiles. Their request for an audience caused Jesus to declare: “The hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified” (John 12:23). The deep interest of the Greeks was evidence that the world was ready for His redemptive mission to be culminated by His atoning death: “And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men to Myself.” “All men”—Greeks as well as Jews, Gentiles, and Hebrews alike—this is the clear implication of these profound words recorded by John (12:32).

Wow! That's one Gentile every 3 months

He didn't preach the Gospel (of the Kingdom) to any Gentile. His preaching only to Israel had absolutely nothing to do with the territory.

Like he said, He was SENT, by His Father (of course), ONLY to the lost sheep of the house of Israel, Mt 15:24. Why was that event puzzling? He meant exactly what He said. His ministry definitely had nothing to do with the Gentiles, although a few slipped through.

He was a minister to the circumcision, Rom 15:8.

He told the 12 to NOT go to the Gentiles, Mt 10:5.

The only record of any of the 12 ever ministering to Gentiles in 36 years was Peter to Cornelius in Ac 10.

Christ was manifest to Israel, Jn 1:31.

Oh gosh, I do things wrong probably every day. I think Jesus gave us something like 147 commandments, and I doubt there is a one I have not broken.
I commend your honesty, although I'd like to think you're being a bit hard on yourself.

The next time the devil places before you an irresistible temptation, in your mind's eye picture Jesus before you as well, with three rusty nails held above His hands and feet, and on His face a look of anxious pleading for you to turn from that sin and spare Him the pain that choosing it will bring. No one is going to heaven who claims to love Jesus but refuses to stop doing that which made His death on the Cross necessary in the first place.

I'm not talking about all the "woo-woo" stuff you seem to imagine Christians are foaming at the mouth to do. I meant like, today, I over ate. The Bible actually rates gluttony up there at the top of the list of sins. I still did it. I saw several homeless people on the sidewalks as I drove home today. I didn't turn around to go back and see about any of them. The Bible says we are supposed to be doing things like that. But, I didn't. And if I tried, I could probably list a half dozen things Jesus expects us to do each day that I neglected to do just today, alone.

The struggle is real. Our lives are made up of all the little choices we make each day. We must ask God to help us make the right choices - whatsoever we eat or drink, or whatsoever we do, we need to do all to the glory of God. Otherwise, we're eating, drinking, and doing that which is dishonor to Him and only those who honor Him can be with Him in the kingdom.

Then, might I ask which commandment are you breaking?
I have come across people like this.
I think it's that the way they see it is, that if you brake one commandment then you have broke them all and that there god is a dictator much like themselves with no true understanding of Grace.

Oh they think that if one did not repent of that one last sin before he died, then he is condemned.
such I have came across can not understand and think that just one little sin can condemn you and then run with the Jesus works are all done and finished trip, it's all about back then 2000 years ago a done deal and dusted work on the cross is finished and not a abiding in Jesus at all, as it's all about the day of the done deal. they just believe in a dead jesus works and they do not have a living Jesus because they do not believe that Jesus is the living Holy Spirit.
Atheist type of Christians I believe they are called and they have no Grace.

When ever I hear the words 'done deal' mentioned, I know it's satanic, God does not do deals ever, only man does deals, what are you going to deal with God, come off it !
Satan does deals, but with God you abide end of story, you can't make deals with God, but you can make deals with Satan for sure but you will be the one that gets burnt.

The Devil tried to do a deal with Jesus once and Jesus did no deals with him at all, not to mention the last words Jesus said to the Devil and the poor bastard had no come back to that now did he.

Very thought provoking.
Satanic !
You have people who abide in God right from the beginning or you don't, who one thinks he is does not count at all and it never did, most Jews were out of touch with God, only two of Jacob Israel's sons were looked on in greatness as well by there dad, one had a coat made up for him and the other he held in great devotion than the others, we know this because the elder brother wanted desperately to see his true blood brother and they both came from his only true wife that Jacob Israel only ever truly wanted.
Not all of Israel were Israel most could not cut the mustard to be an Israel truly at all, let alone anyone in the tribes of Judah.

When fools make out that the Jews are some sort of superior race that must be idolised, that's much the same load of crap as Nazis were peddling and this mob were in bed with the Zionist Jewish twerps full on.

Fact is it never had anything to do with the Jews but all to do with the Holy Spirit first and foremost and the whole problem with the Jews was when they were looking to themselves and not God, so Jews don't cut the mustard and they never did and if one ever bothered to study the OT you would know that fact.

No one can cut it regardless, without the Holy Spirit because the fact is, it's the Holy Spirit that you need and without such you are nothing of any true worth but just a slave to Satan, mans madness.

I think Grace is best summed up as "Pardon and Power":
  • PARDON for sin
  • POWER to obey
Everyone wants the former, but can't be bothered with the latter, not knowing that obedience is the outward evidence of the inward reality of Christ's enthronement on the heart...and deliberate, known sin is evidence of a lost soul.

The Rapture might occur about 700 years from now. Have to go through Elijah's restoration, the earthly Kingdom of Heaven, and the tribulation, first. Then the rapture at the second coming, At the end of the tribulation, right before the Millennium, just like it says in the Bible. The rapture has nothing to do with anyone living today. If you don't just forget about the rapture and those other Jewish things in Acts and the Gospels and the OT, that you'll never get, whether or not you think you will, you'll miss out on the best possible thing, being resurrected to Heaven, in the same place where Christ now is. You can only find this in Paul's 7 post-Acts books.

That resurrection, the Appearing, will probably happen in about 50 years. It will definitely be the first. Ephesians, Colossians, Philippians, and 2Timothy are the main books to study. However, God won't give you the eyes to SEE this calling, unless you first eliminate all that Acts Jewish baggage from your mind. If you don't make that 1st resurrection to Heaven, the only thing left is the white throne judgment. If you pass God's judgment at the White Throne, you'll spend eternity on the New Earth, in a terrestrial body, much like what you have now. Your entire future is based on whether or not you rid of the Acts stuff that you'll never get anyway. There are 59 books in the Bible that are all-Israel and have nothing in them that apply directly to you. If you believe any of the things are true for today, you're in jeopardy of not being resurrected to Heaven'

1- The Church has replaced Israel
2- Saved Gentiles today will participate in the earthly Kingdom of Heaven
3- The Gospel taught by Jesus Christ takes precedent over everything else.
4- The Great Commission is the marching order for the Church today
5- The present day Church started with Christ's earthly ministry
6- The present day Church started at Pentecost, in Acts 2
7- True Israel is the Church
8- Israel are still God's chosen people, during this 2000 year period we're now in.
9- The Kingdom of Heaven is the hope of the Church.
10- The New Covenant is in effect for the Church today
11- The Sermon on the Mount applies to us today
12- The Lord's Prayer applies to us today.
13- Water Baptism applies to us today.
14- The Gifts of the Spirit, as given in Acts 2, are still applicable today.
15- Today's Gentile Church will be taken up in the rapture.
16- Abraham is the Father of all saints
17- We saved Gentiles are grafted into Israel, the good olive tree.
18 -The rapture is the same as the Appearing in Titus 2:13
19- Our future home is the New Jerusalem
20- The purpose during Acts was to start the church.

The rapture has nothing to do with anyone living today.
You should not be promoting your own fantasies as Bible truth. The Rapture could be closer to 7 years from now, or 70 years. Not 700. And it has everything to do with the saints who are living at the moment. Indeed the Rapture is presented as being IMMINENT.

MATTHEW 24
40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

You do have a point.

Acronyms are fun. But also very effective teaching tools. I wrote this little piece below as a help to some of my fellow facilitators in the interesting 'side work' I do.

I help conduct Behavioral Modification Classes for groups of criminal offenders and ex-offenders.

While the specifics of this little paper may initially seem foreign to our own lives (considering the focus on criminal activity), the basic concepts are right on target. In fact, because of the flood of statistics that crosses my desk weekly, I can say with some accuracy that even some of the criminal content here may not really be that far out of daily influence of some of our lives.

Be that as it may, here's another challenging thought put into the form of an acronym. Hope you enjoy it.

Seemingly Unimportant Decisions (SUD’s)

I hear almost daily of someone who is caught in the clutches of the law making comments to this effect: “It wasn’t really my fault because………” And the “because” can cover almost the entire spectrum of excuses.

One of the most common is “The computer dumped some CP on me, unawares, when all I’ve ever done was download “legal” p_ _n.” I don’t doubt this is true. But, over the years, I’ve noticed something interesting about computers. I got my first one in the 80’s, and they still act pretty much the same to this very day. They don’t do too much they aren’t directed to do by their operator.

“But I never asked for CP!” No, but you DID request that the computer find you some p_ _n.

Well, I imagine it brought you quite a variety of p_ _n… girls of all races… girls of all sizes… girls in all positions… etc. And men of all races… men of all sizes… men in all positions… etc. And men & women of all races… men & women of all sizes… men & women in all positions… etc. And women & women of all races… women & women of all sizes… women & women in all positions… etc. And men & men of all races… men & men of all sizes… men & men in all positions… etc. Did you ask specifically for the whole collection? Probably not. You asked for "p_ _n" Oh, yeah, you probably were treated to a fair assortment of animals and inanimate objects also.

You didn’t particularly want ALL that weird stuff (or maybe you did?), but you got it anyway.

“But someone sent me this BAD stuff too!” “This CP.” Well, DUH !!!!! Like any of that stuff is GOOD??

What did you think you purchased when you plunked down your thousand bucks for a pile of circuits inside a plastic box? You may have expected a miracle of Artificial Intelligence… but all you paid for was a machine that makes selections based upon what you ask for. A bunch of dumb “Yes” or “No” switching circuitry, nothing more.

So, this leaves you in charge of making the initial decisions for the computer, and in your life. Every one of them. Neglect to think about the possible consequences of your decisions, and you can expect to pay the price for that negligence.

We should understand this simple concept by now. After all, we engage it in almost everything we do all day long. Start your car, and “ask” it to back you out of the driveway. (You do this by stepping on that long, rectangle pedal on the floor… the one to the right.) But if you don’t first think of the consequences of that action, chances are you could back out in front of oncoming traffic, or back over a bicycle… with or without a child on it.

Step under your shower flow, and if you neglected to select the proper water temperature, you could be in for a chilling (or scalding) surprise.

Squat down, and just open your arms to the dog running toward you, growling, and things could get a little nasty.

My point is: Do almost anything without thinking, and you can easily end up wishing you had not. And this applies to more than merely the examples given above.

Decide to go out drinking, (depending on how you react to alcohol), and you might encounter some situations that could result in trouble for you. You could get drugged and raped. Happens all the time. You could VERY easily get into a fight with another drunk. I used to go out HOPING for this, and I could have been the guy who found you for my nightly entertainment. You could make yourself an easy target for a mugging. You could kill someone driving home. (More likely if you’re drinking than if you aren’t)

Do you put a bunch of personal information on any Internet forum or Chat room? Are you so naive as to think that it cannot come back to bite you in the butt? You better believe it can, and often will, in hundreds of ways. Yet we are so shocked and surprised when it does.

But, let’s bring it home. You make a decision to hook up with a gang. And each time they go out to do something illegal, you again make a decision. Usually, it is to go along with them. By the way, these are ALWAYS going to be your decisions, alone, to make. You can never say you were forced into them by anyone. It’s part of being an adult now.

So, the latest stupidity is robbing a liquor store for a few hundred bucks. Talk about dumb… Split between you, it’s about enough money to buy yourself a new hat or a good dinner. And if the poor slob behind the counter makes a gesture or comment one of your homies doesn’t like.... It’s his last “Mistake”. Snake blows him away. And of course, as is often the case, the cops have you all within a matter of hours.

Guess who’s going down right beside that idiot, Snake? That’s right, you are. 25 to life, and you were just along for the kicks. Unfair as hell, right? Well, you made the decision. And the unbelievable thing is you KNEW the consequences before you made that decision that night… before you even made the first decision to align yourself with a bunch of guys with no future BUT prison.

I could go on and on. We all do enough stupid things based upon our poor decisions to fill an entire book.

But the lesson here is that we usually DO have the choice to make any sort of decision that we choose. It is the making of bad ones that catch us up.

So WHY IN THE WORLD DO WE DELIBERATELY MAKE HUGE BAD DECISIONS?

The truth is that we often don’t. What we DO make are many small, Seemingly Unimportant Decisions that lead to our eventual downfall.

Seemingly Unimportant Decisions. Make an acronym out of that, and it reads SUD’s…

S U D ‘s. And just as too many SUD’s will clog up a washing machine, too many Seemingly Unimportant Decisions (SUD’s) will clog up the successful operation of our lives.

It isn’t necessarily the big, horrific decisions that crush us like one gigantic boulder. It’s all the hundreds and thousands of incorrect decisions made each day (the Seemingly Unimportant Decisions) that we pour out in front of us, paving our way to prison.

All this boils down to one inescapable fact. We need to use our brains more. We need to THINK once in awhile! We need to condition ourselves to consider what each of the small steps we take each day may be leading us toward. Absolutely nothing we do is without some sort of consequence… nothing! And, if we choose to DECIDE to ignore that fact…………

Your rant, which is the only way I can describe it, lacks any grace that is essential if you want people to read and understand what you are saying. Add to that the abusive language used does not endear you to others.

Try again, but this time do so with respect and grace.

RAPTURE...

Lord descends to the clouds
Shouts to
Dead Men IN Christ,
...resurrected Bodily & redeemed
Alive Men IN Christ,
...redeemed
Caught Up
Meet the Lord in the Air
Forever THOSE IN Christ are with the Lord

1 Thes 4
[16] For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
[17] Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds,to meet the Lord in the air: ]and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

THEN WHAT...???

PREVIEW From Johns Testimony
John, a man IN Christ
John, LOOKING DOWN, of THEN WHAT...

Rev 4
[1] After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.

JOHN CALLED UP....AND WHAT...?

Rev 4:
[2] And immediately I (John) was in the spirit:

THEN WHAT ?

Rev 6
[1] And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals,

Rev 6
[3] he had opened the second seal,

Rev 6
[5] he had opened the third seal

Rev 6
[7] he had opened the fourth seal,

Rev 6
[9] he had opened the fifth seal,

Rev 6
[12] he had opened the sixth seal,

AND WHAT ABOUT THOSE NOT IN CHRIST, AND LIFTED UP IN THE AIR, "WITH" CHRIST?

Rev 7
[15] And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men,and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man,

hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;

WOW.....EVERY MAN....NOT RISEN UP IN THE AIR...IS GOING TO BE TRYNG TO "HIDE" themselves....

WHY? "FROM WHAT" shall these men be HIDING??

Rev 7
[16] And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and FROM the wrath of the Lamb:

[17] For the great day of his wrath is come;

REMARKABLE....

The Lord Descends From Heaven, TO THE Clouds...

The Lord CALLS hither UP TO HIM, In the Clouds Men "IN" Christ....

The EVERY MAN LEFT "ON EARTH", "NOT IN CHRIST", are SUBJECT TO, "HIS WRATH"...

AND HIDE, AND EVEN ASK for the Mountains to FALL ON THEM.....and then PROCLAIM...

THE WARNINGS of WRATH For those who REJCTED CHRIST "ARE" UPON THEM.

FASCINATING....

Some men PROCLAIM, "THEY" are "IN" Christ.....

BUT WILL REMAIN "ON" Earth AND "BE" like [9] For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,
[10] Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.every other man...(NOT IN CHRIST)....

Subjected to the "WRATH OF THE LAMB"...

Well, Dudes and Dudettes....

NO MAN IN CHRIST IS Subject to: WRATH

1 Thes 5
[9] For God hath not appointed us (IN CHRIST) to wrath...

The Lambs Wrath (SEALS)
Woes (TRUMPTS sounded by 7 Angels)
Gods Wrath (VIALS)
Gods Vengeance (Mixed in the VIALS)

Some of y'all have a DILEMMA....

Either NOT "IN CHRIST"...and left behind to suffer with EVERY man on Earth...the WRATH of the Lamb...

OR

"IN CHRIST"....but going to "REJECT" HIS CALLING to come up hither and meet Him in the Clouds.

Condundrum...

Glory to God,
Taken

Your rant, which is the only way I can describe it, lacks any grace that is essential if you want people to read and understand what you are saying. Add to that the abusive language used does not endear you to others.

Try again, but this time do so with respect and grace.
Your mistaking grace for Grace
Grace is not ignorance, as for grace that is mistaken for nowadays, with just little weeds and goody two shoes types claiming to be grace, fact is they do not understand what Grace truly is, the doctrine of Grace spelt out by the RCC one should look it up and one may get an education and not just a silly ego driven works of miss prissy that can not handle the facts of reality that is everywhere nowadays with there head buried in the sand, claiming another Jesus, like a little pip squeak.
Fact was that Jesus was hated you know and killed due to people who thought themselves good and righteous but they were only self righteous stuck up and did not understand Grace, because Jesus was Grace, not to mention that Jesus pointed out their miss understanding.
Don't worry mate I have come across many a hypocrite pretending to be all graceful in but they turn out to be the biggest snakes in the grass you ever come across.

Grace this word meaning a favour or a gift, a interior strength infused by God, St Paul uses it 110 times to which that we have no claim whatsoever. now I could go on with the RCC doctrine if you want me to educate you on such.

Fact of the matter is it's not about a miss pricy type at all as atheist may claim.

Several of God's prophets/watchmen/watchwomen have been saying that ...
only God's "firstfruits" (those who have managed to be sanctified unto holiness)
will be taken up prior to the great tribulation of the antichrist.
The rest of His BACs will indeed have to go through the tribulation.

And ...

Those who submit to taking the dreaded mark of the beast
(for several very understandable reasons, such as feeding one's family)
will have their destiny in the Lake of Fire (Revelation 13, Revelation 14)!

Most of those who do NOT submit to taking the dreaded mark of the beast
will be hunted down and forced to choose to stay with Jesus or be beheaded!

Sorry, but someone has to tell you these truths ... so hopefully you will be prepared!

All of Christ's ministry was in Jewish territory. Samaria was Jewish.

Did some gentiles get involved? Yes. But he made it clear he was there for Jews not gentiles.

Being foreigners did not mean they were also not Jewish.

Wrong ! there is no mention of the term Jews until of at the end of Israel and Judah.

Jesus Christ is the Light of the world. not to mention he is the King of Israel ( servants of God )
Jesus said to his disciples to go to the Israelites, no mention of Jews or Judah.
Remember that Jesus called Nathaniel a "true Israelite" not to mention that Nathaniel knew who he was.

The Jews turned away from God and that's why they were defeated and when Christ came they were kicked out of the Land because they were not of God and the Israelites got the message that Holy Moses was on about and came to Christ Jesus and the rest went to Hell.

Jews was a name given to those out of Judea after they divided the country of Israel into Israel and Judea.

Just like Christians were not originally called Christians. It was a label placed on them by non-Christians.
