That 'wrath' Apostle Paul was showing there is about GOD'S WRATH upon the wicked on the last day when Jesus comes! It's the 7th Vial wrath! Of course that is not meant for those in Christ Jesus. Paul is showing that in 1 Thessalonians 5:1-8 verses just PRIOR... to that 9th verse about wrath!
