No place in scripture does it speak of a chronological "Repeated" 3.5 years as many claim, totaling 7 years

The tribulation starts at the revealing of (The Beast) in Jerusalem proclaiming to be God Messiah

The (Two Witnesses) are present on earth the entire time (The Beast) is given power, they are overcome and killed in the final days of earths existence

The (Two Witnesses) are given power 1260 days Revelation 11:3, and (The Beast) 42 months Revelation 13:5, they are "Parallel Time Fames" of the very same 3.5 years, not chronological as dispensationalism falsely teaches 7 years

You will closely note below the two witnesses are raised to heaven, and in the "same hour" the 2nd woe takes place, and the 3rd woe comes quickly in the 7th and final trump

You will closely note revelation 11:18 is the "Final Judgement" (The End)

Yes scripture teaches of a 3.5 year tribulation, not dispensationalism's false 7 years

Revelation 11:12-18KJV
12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.
13 And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.
14 The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.
15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
16 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,
17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.
18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

No; that is because only the second half of the final 7 years is significant.
That 3 1/2 year, 42 month or 1269 days period is mentioned twice in Daniel and 5 times in Revelation.
The first half of 3 1/2 years, will be peaceful as the 7 year treaty holds. Daniel 9:27
Only when it is broken, does the Great Tribulation start, Revelation 8 to 19, the faithful Christians taken to a place of safety, Revelation 12:14, and the 2 Witnesses will preach in Jerusalem. Revelation 11:1-13
You will closely note revelation 11:18 is the "Final Judgement" (The End)
Most people 'closely note' that Revelation continues on past Rev 11, to the Millennium reign of Jesus and finally; to Eternity.
Your forcefully presented theories are shown to be wrong, by a simple reading of the given sequence of Revelation

We Will Disagree, The tribulation starts at the revealing of the Man Of Sin/The Beast in Jerusalem and will continue for 42 months, a parallel time that the witnesses will have 1260 days, it's that simple

Revelation 11:18 is the final judgement (The End) no Millennial kingdom on this earth following as you desire

Scripture clearly teaches that Revelation 11:18 is the "Final Judgement" (The End) a parallel teaching of Revelation 20:11-15

Of course those that support a Millennium on this earth will claim otherwise, because their hopes and dreams disappear in Gods words of truth before your eyes

Revelation 11:18KJV
18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

Revelation 20:11-15KJV
11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

3 1/2 months ,the hour of temptation ,also remember there are two tribulations .
By all means show your claim of two tribulations, provide scripture?

Scripture teaches of the (Hour Of Temptation) as seen below, by all means please explain your claim of 3.5 months and provide scripture?

Revelation 3:10
Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

I agree.
The tribulation starts at the revealing of (The Beast) in Jerusalem proclaiming to be God Messiah
No place in scripture does it speak of the (the beast) being revealed in Jerusalem. The temple the Antichrist will seat himself up in is the church The son of perdition and the Tabernacle of God
No place in scripture does it suggest we should cut Daniel 9:27 or any part of it out of the first century, and paste it into the end of this Age/our Age.
The (Two Witnesses) are present on earth the entire time (The Beast) is given power, they are overcome and killed in the final days of earths existence
Agree if you change that to "the present heavens and earth".

You're very close, eh Truth7t7? You just need a little tugging to get your left foot out of your Daniel 9:27b cut 'n paste quicksand, and your right foot out of your "beast in Jerusalem" hole, and your elbow out of the "Abomination of Desolation in Jerusalem" barbed wire, and you're there.

@Truth7t7 i.e you're there at least until the end of the Age. Beyond that you're gonna have to return the millennium to the place in the new heavens & earth you swiped it from when you nabbed it and dragged it into our Age in a sci-fi space-time of 1,000 years = (maybe) 2,000 lunar years, or (maybe) 2,000 solar years, or (maybe) spiritual time where there is no time.

IMO That "7-year peace treaty that breaks after 3.5 years" is a fantasy novel produced in the Dispensationalist Printing Press, and it's based on an out in left field cut 'n paste job with Daniel 9:27.

The Beast/Man Of Sin/Little Horn/The Antichrist, will be in Jerusalem making abomination and desolation to the (Consummation) the (Ultimate End)

Your claim this event belongs in the 1st century is in "Error", read the definition of "Consummation" over and over, it's a future event unfulfilled, that takes place in Jerusalem

Merriam-Webster
Definition of consummation

1: the act of consummating the consummation of a contract by mutual signaturespecifically : the consummating of a marriage

2: the ultimate end : FINISH

Daniel 9:5-27KJV
25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.
26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Yep, that's what happened when the temple was destroyed in A.D 70, and that's what Christ was telling them about after telling them it was going to happen to the temple. @Truth7t7 it was the consummation of that Age, of the Jews being the custodians of the Kingdom of God.

Problem is, you cant grasp the fact that the words (A Thousand Years) is in relationship to the Lords spiritual and not Literal years on this earth

If a believer were to die physically today, they enter this "Non-Literal" thousand year reign

You distract from my very clear explanation with claims I'm dragging this from a future age in Sci-Fi

Your acting as if you have a Millennial Kingdom on this earth in your pocket for all to see, now that's Sci-fi

There will be no future Millennium on the earth, Jesus returns in fire and Final judgement, as this present earth us dissolved to its elements

It will be the consummation of the world, not that of some past age as you claim

That being poured upon the desolate is Gods cup of wrath Revelation 14:10 (The End)

Daniel 9:27KJV

Scripture clearly teaches that Revelation 11:18 is the "Final Judgement" (The End) a parallel teaching of Revelation 20:11-15
Rev 11:18 is a reference to Rev 20:11-15. It also refers to the Lords Day of fiery wrath, the Sixth Seal, to the 3 1/2 year time of the 2 Witnesses and then later; to Armageddon.
Obviously the events of Revelation 12 to the end remain to happen, then the Return of Jesus and the final 1000 years, before the GWT Judgment.
Your belief of there being no Millennium, is a direct contradiction of Bible teaching.
IMO That "7-year peace treaty that breaks after 3.5 years" is a fantasy novel produced in the Dispensationalist Printing Press, and it's based on an out in left field cut 'n paste job with Daniel 9:27.
This treaty is the one Isaiah 28:14-15 refers to. It will be made between the leaders of the new nation, Hosea 1:11, Jeremiah 30:21, in all of the holy Land and the leader of the One World Govt. Daniel 7:23-24

A Future 7 year peace treaty is solidly based on scripture, you need to read and understand it all before making such wild assertions.

I disagree. That's exactly what I mean in this thread: If it doesn't belong to you please put it back
Isaiah 28:14-15 is talking to Ephraim (the Northern Kingdom) and it has already been fulfilled in its time. The passage is talking about (a) the coming destruction of the Northern Kingdom (which took place in A.D 721), and (b) the coming of Christ. It's not speaking beyond that. @Keraz It's also talking to Judah (the Southern kingdom) about their coming destruction which occurred at the hands of Babylon in circa A.D 587

3 1/2 months ,the hour of temptation ,also remember there are two tribulations .
There is only 1 Tribulation period, and the Bible says it is going to last 3.5 years:

"Then I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by Him who lives forever, that it shall be for a time, times, and half a time; and when the power of the holy people has been completely shattered, all these things shall be finished." - Dan. 12:7

"Then the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God, that they should feed her there one thousand two hundred and sixty days."
- Rev. 12:6

"And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months." - Rev. 13:5

Two Tribulations

By Servant of God

Let's begin in Deuteronomy

Deuteronomy 4:29 but if from thence thou shalt seek the LORD thy God, thou shalt find Him, if thou seek Him with all thy heart and with all thy soul.

Deuteronomy 4:30 When thou art in tribulation, and all these things are come upon thee, even in the latter days, if thou turn to the LORD thy God, and shalt be obedient unto His voice;

Deuteronomy 4:31 (For the LORD thy God is a merciful GOD): He will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which He sware unto them.

It's very important that you know there are two tribulations, not that there is only one which is commonly taught. The more tribulation you have, God will send you more comfort. God promises that when you have tribulation, seek Him and you shall find Him.

Now let's look at the first tribulation, and what brings it to pass. The first tribulation is the false messiah appearing on this earth first, to deceive all those that did not study God's letter. Revelation 12:7 is the reason and the cause of the first tribulation.

Revelation 12:7 And there was war in heaven; Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

Revelation 12:8 And prevailed not, neither was their place found any more in heaven.

Revelation 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world; he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Satan deceives the whole earth, but not God's Elect. Talk about tribulation, that will bring it on you. In verse 9 you see some of his names and the roles he plays. But his main role is accuser. He accuses you before our God day and night.

Revelation 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, “Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our Goy day and night.

Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Satan's name is death, documentation: Hebrews 2:14

Hebrews 2:14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

Revelation 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them, “Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.”

This is when Satan physically is cast out and appears in his role as false messiah, Anti Christ. he knows that he only has a short time, God shortened that time to 5 months - Revelation 9.

Revelation 12:13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.

Revelation 12:14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

Revelation 12:15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.

It's a flood of lies to deceive people.

Revelation 12:16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.

Revelation 12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Now let's go to Mark 13

Mark 13:11 But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate; but whatsoever shall be given you that hour, that speak ye; for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Spirit.

This is when God`s Elect are delivered up, in the hour of temptation. That's the purpose of many Christians in the end days, to allow the Holy Spirit to speak through you.

Mark 13:12 Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.

Mark 13:13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name`s sake; but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Mark 13:14 But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (Let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judea flee to the mountains:

That's in Jerusalem, That's where Satan will set up his capital.

Mark 13:15 And let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein, to take any thing out of his house;

Mark 13:16 And let him that is in the field not turn back again for to take up his garment.

Mark 13:17 But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!

Mark 13:18 And pray ye that your flight be not in the winter.

When is harvest? Harvest time is in the summer not winter, so see that you are not harvested out of season.

Mark 13:19 For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.

The word affliction = tribulation.

Strong's # 2347
thlipsis, from 2346; pressure, ( Literally or figuratively); KJV—afflicted, anguish, burdened, persecution, tribulation, trouble.

Tribulation like there never was since the beginning to time.

Mark 13:20 And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved; but for the elect`s sake, whom He hath chosen, He hath shortened the days.

Mark 13:21 And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, He is there; believe him not;

Mark 13:22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

Mark 13:23 But take ye heed; behold, I have foretold you all things.

Now we come to the second tribulation, note it says after that tribulation.

Mark 13:24 But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,

Mark 13:25 and the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.

This is the second tribulation, at the 7th trump at the true Christ's return, this is God's tribulation.

Mark 13:26 And then shall they see the son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.

Mark 13:27 And then shall He send His angels, and shall gather together His elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.

The four winds have to do with the moment of the end, That's the second tribulation, God's tribulation when the battle of Armageddon and Hamon-gog take place.

Those battles will not last 15 minutes, for we don't fight them, God fights those battles for us.

So there you have the two tribulations.

Hebrews 2:14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

Mark 13:15 And let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein, to take any thing out of his house;

Mark 13:21 And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, He is there; believe him not;

I see the 1st tribulation you had marked, then I'm lost on your 2nd tribulation?

Mark 13:19 "For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be."

First of all lets take a closer look at the word "affliction" as it is used here, it is "thlipsis" in the Greek, #2347; "Thlipsis, from 2346, pressure (lit. or fig.): affliction, anguish, persecution, tribulation, trouble." In # 2346 we read; "thlibo, thlee'-bo; to crowd, afflict, narrow, throng, suffer tribulation, trouble."

It is the same word in verse twenty that is used for tribulation. It means; "to be pressed and crowded to the point of being persecuted." Jesus is telling us that this tribulation of this false Christ Satan is going to be the greatest persecution of Christians that has ever been. Remember that the subject and the object of this chapter is "the seven events that take place at the end of this earth age." Those are the signs that consummate the end of this age of the flesh.

What this is telling us then is that there are going to be two tribulations coming. The first is by Satan, who bring his tribulation on the believers of Christ, and the second is by Jesus Himself that will bring an end to all evil rudiments of this earth age of the flesh.

II Peter 3:10 "But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. "

"Elements" as used here is # 4747 in Strong's Greek dictionary. "Stoicheion, stoy-khi'-on; of the base of # 4748, something orderly in arrangement (fundamental, initial) constituent (literal), principle, rudiment." Then in #4748 we read; "Stoicheo, stoy-kheh'-o; (to range in regular line), to march in military rank, to conform to virtue and piety."

By this we know that the "elements" are not physical but spiritual. It deals with the order of things that are here on this earth, the very principles and rudiments of the thoughts of mankind at the time of Christ coming. We know that those rudiments are what Satan has established because at the time of Jesus Christ return, Satan is the ruler of this entire earth, and mankind of the earth are worshipping him as God in ignorance. Those rudiments are of the flesh and give pleasure to the flesh body, and glorify Satan and not God.

So Peter is telling us here that on the day of the Lord, or the day that Christ returns, all those things of this earth that glorify Satan, the Antichrist, and even your flesh body will end. However, we know from Paul that when the flesh is done away with, it is changed into another dimension, or form, which is called the spiritual body, or your soul. God is going to purify the earth from the pollution and filth of this earth age, both physical of the flesh and spiritually.

Mark 13:20 "And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom He hath chose, He hath shortened the days."

We know that the seventh trumpet has not blown, because our flesh and blood bodies are still here on earth. These flesh bodies have not been changed into our spiritual bodies that we will be in, at our gathering back to Christ. The flesh is not going to be saved if it would continue for the full seven year period that Daniel had prophesied. As from Revelation 9:5, it was shortened to a five month period. Here Jesus is promising again that it will be shortened. That period of time that Satan will bring his tribulation on the earth was shortened "for the elect's sake". For the sake of those that have eyes to see and ears to hear with understanding His Word. This is why the only final authority is the Word of God. The labor pains that are coming through these tribulations are sign for the birth of a new age.

My question was going to pose this:

"Is there any scripture that talks about a future tribulation rather than the tribulation that they would have experienced then in their own age in time which they had lived?"
