We all know how faith alone without works is dead, and so is not justified by Christ, and it is the same for doing works of the law alone without faith: it is not justified by Christ.

When it comes to faith alone, being dead without works, no one has suggested all faith is dead and doing away with faith. Why then do people declare the law dead and gone, when Scripture also rebukes the works of the law alone, being unjustiifed without faith?

Neither faith nor the law alone is evil, but only unjustified by Christ.

The reformation of Christ is to bring spiritual purity to them keeping the law, and to bring deliverance for those transgressing the law.

The law of Moses was kept outwardly in the flesh only, but the law of Christ must first be kept inwardly in the spirit, that both the spirit and the flesh may be clean:

Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.

Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness. Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law.

The rebuke of Scripture in the new law and testament of Christ is works of the law alone, without faith: Wherefore we read of the law and works of the law not justifying any man, we read of the law and works of the law being done alone, without the faith in the Spirit of the law.

Keeping the law is not evil, but doing so without the Spirit of the law by the Lawgiver Christ is unjustifying to the doer:

This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

We now must recieve the Spirit of Christ by faith in His word, before we can ever be justified by works of the law.

Faith without works of the law is dead, being alone, and works of the law without faith is unjustified, being alone.

And so the law is good, and keeping the law is righteous, but the Spirit is better, and keeping the law by the Spirit fulfills the righteousness of the law inwardly and outwardly.

Therefore if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision?

For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

With the coming of Jesus Christ in the flesh, it is no more justified for man to keep the works of the law alone, but now we must have the law written in our hearts by the spirit through faith in Jesus, that we shall walk after the Spirit for the inner man, and not after the law of the flesh only.

Pharisees that walk after the law only in the flesh are unjustified by Christ, and sinners walking after the flesh transgressing the law are not saved by Jesus.

Yes sir, faith accompanied by obedience is the key to receiving the gift that God gives. Obedience is required for life sustaining as well. Once we receive the gift of life eternal, we are not immortal, just like Adam those who sin will die.

That is a good point: No man nor soul on earth is immortal, as in being gods that cannot die, which are no gods.

Souls however are forever, whether for good and everlasting life, or for evil and everlasting shame:

And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

Unconditional eternal security is the lie spoken by the serpent that Adam and Eve would be as immortal gods that cannot die, even when doing evil.

They make themselves as God, but without doing good at all times.

You are either a live soul, or a dead one sir according to the Bible. Even gods do not have eternal life, satan and the demons will be executed.
