----------

Before we go to our topic, there is something that must be known.

(Rev 22:18 KJV) For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
(Rev 22:19 KJV) And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

The strict warning against additions and omissions can surely refer to the ORIGINAL and ACTUAL number of words and letters of the “words of the prophecy of the book.” The Greek Definition of “Add:”

G2007 ἐπιτίθημι
epitithēmi
ep-ee-tith’-ay-mee
From G1909 and G5087; to impose (in a friendly or hostile sense): – add unto, lade, lay upon, put (up) on, set on (up), + surname, X wound.

In the Aramaic, the warning against includes the modification of their original arrangement. Here's the definition of the Aramaic word that corresponds to "add" in Greek based English Bibles:

CAL:
1 to place, put, install [-JBA; see note] Com. –(a) to install a monument. lay a foundation, etc. OA, Syr. –(b) w. various prepositions indicating position . (b.1) upon . (b.2) below . (b.3) before . (a.8) to be determined, come to a conclusion for action Syr. –(b) w. ethical dative: for one’s own benefit (not always corresponding to a dative in the Gk. source!) Syr. –(c) w. or w.o. ܢܡܘܣܐ‏ and the like : to proclaim law‏ Syr. (c.1) ܣܐܡ ܢܡܘܣܐ‏ : law giver (in Christian contexts: Moses)‏ Syr. –(d) +טעם ‏: to give an order ‏ OfA-Egypt, OfA-Pers, BA-Ez, BA-Da, LJLA. (d.1) w. other objects Syr. (d.2) alone: to order, propose Syr. –(e) d.o. + לרחמין ‏ : to put someone in a favorable position ‏ OfA-Egypt. –(f) ܒܣ̈ܡܐ‏ : to offer incense‏ Syr. –(g) +ܠܣܛܪ‏ : to segregate‏ Syr.

Now, can the warning also refer to a LOGICAL arrangement of passages within the “words of the prophecy of the book” without adding to or taking away from them? Would God forbid such thing on this part of the Bible but not on the other parts? How about the logical arrangement of the Olivet Prophecy? As for me, the warning on Rev 22:18-19 only applies to the textual integrity of the “words of the prophecy of the book.” It seems that it is this aspect v7 is telling:

(Rev 22:7 ASV) And behold, I come quickly. Blessed is he that keepeth the words of the prophecy of this book.

The word “keepeth” has the definitions:

CAL:
1 to watch over, guard Com. –(a) p.p. one entrusted with protection, i.e., guardian JLAtg, LJLA. –(b) ܢܛܪ ܥܸܩܒܵܐ‏ : (milit.) to protect the flank‏Syr. –(c) w. l_ : to keep something away from Syr.
2 to observe, to keep Com. –(a) w. ܕܘܟܬܗ‏ : to assume another’s duties‏ Syr. –(b) to perform a ritual LJLA.
3 to remain in a condition of alertness or readiness . –(a) to await Syr, JBA. –(b) to keep, remain fresh (fruits, plants, clothing) JLAtg, Syr, JBA. –(c) to retain in memory BA-Da, JLAtg, Gal, PTA, Syr. –(d) to notice, be alert to Syr. –(e) ܐܸܒܠܵܐ‏ : to mourn‏ Syr. –(f) w. ܡܢ‏ : to beware of, refrain from‏ Syr.

Blessed are those who retain the words of the prophecy of the book in their memory and those who guard it against alterations or corruptions. In v6, it is written what “these words” are about:

(Rev 22:6 ASV) And he said unto me, These words are faithful and true: and the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent his angel to show unto his servants the things which must shortly come to pass.

The “words of the prophecy of the book” are not about laws, statutes, or ordinances – they are words about PROPHECY. John was told to:

(Rev 22:10 ASV) And he saith unto me, Seal not up the words of the prophecy of this book; for the time is at hand.

Laws, statutes, or ordinances are not being sealed; prophecies are! However, in the verse above, John was told not to seal the “words of the prophecy of the book.”

The Lord Yeshua strictly warns in v18-v19 against additions and omissions. In the Aramaic, it includes physical modifications or rearrangement of the original. But maybe, the Lord is also giving a hint about the existence of a logical arrangement.

Let’s now go to our topic.

If we will read the whole of Revelation chapters 12 and 13, we will see that they are telling about a long prophecy that includes many events, past and future (at our time). The story flows continuously up to the last verse of chapter 13 and if the reader had read and agreed with the earlier parts of this article, then, he/she knows that it stopped at that verse. Trying to prove otherwise will be very hard if not impossible for anyone. Instead, why don’t we try to connect and compare this whole Third Section not to the Fourth or Fifth Section but to the Sixth Section? Yes, to the Sixth Section which is also full of events – future events. There are verses in both sections that seem to indicate that they are contextually and chronologically connected to each other. Here they are:

1) Third Section:
(Rev 12:5 KJV) And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.

Sixth Section:
(Rev 19:15 KJV) And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

2) Third Section:
(Rev 13:11 KJV) And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
(Rev 13:14 KJV) And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

Sixth Section:
(Rev 19:20 KJV) And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

We can see above that the beast with two horns like a lamb and spoke as a dragon in the Third Section was explained as the false prophet in the Sixth Section.

3) Third Section:
(Rev 12:3 KJV) And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.

Sixth Section:
(Rev 20:2 KJV) And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,

As we can see, the dragon in the Third Section was also explained as the Devil and Satan in the Sixth Section.

Here’s another verse from the Sixth Section that also mentions some of the events in the Third Section:

(Rev 20:4 KJV) And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

NOTE: If the reader has not yet read the explanation of the Fourth Section or the Hidden Seals Section, it is suggested that he/she read it first before continuing.

Now, let’s try to chronologically join the two sections together. The Third Section then the Sixth. Let’s have the Trumpets as our reference of events. We must first locate from our reference of events the last EVENT (not the last verse) of the Third Section. Here it is:

(Rev 13:16 KJV) And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
(Rev 13:17 KJV) And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

This verse is the implementation of the rule: No Mark: No Buying or Selling. According to what was presented in the topic The Locust Army (Fifth Trumpet), the causing/forcing of the receiving of the mark of the beast is included in that vision. Here again is that chart:

If the last event of the Third Section was placed at the Fifth Trumpet, then the Sixth Trumpet must hold the first event(s) of the Sixth Section.

Rev 19:11-16 KJV
(11) And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
(12) His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
(13) And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
(14) And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
(15) And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
(16) And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

This is the Vision of the Rider of the White Horse. It is the first vision of the Sixth Section. As of the time of this writing, not a hint or clue that is strong enough has been found that will indicate a direct link between this vision and that of the 6th Trumpet contemporaneously. But we can look at the Hidden Seals Section which includes many events that are in parallel with the Trumpets. Remember the Vision of the Two Harvests – Revelation 14:20 (2nd Harvest) which also depicts the event in Revelation 9:15 of the 6th Trumpet as proven and confirmed by the “experimental computations” and by the passage from Joel 3:13-14?

Now, let’s make the Two Harvests (the second harvest) a bridge to a point in our reference – the Sixth Trumpet. What we must do now is to link to it an event from the Vision of the Rider of the White Horse.

Here’s a verse from the Vision of the Rider of the White Horse (Sixth Section):

(Rev 19:15 Murdock) And from his mouth issued a sharp two-edged sword, that with it he could smite the nations; and he will rule the nations with a rod of iron; and he will tread the wine-press of the wrath of God Almighty.

A passage from the Vision of the Two Harvests (Hidden Seals Section):

(Rev 14:19 KJV) And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.
(Rev 14:20 KJV) And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.

Compare the bold lettered words from the two sections. Do you see the link?

It would help us to understand the Vision of the Rider of the White Horse if we will put in our minds that it is in symbolic form. The imagery used in the vision is in some way similar to that of the Woman and the Dragon of the Third Section. The author believes that the 2nd coming of our Lord is depicted NOT in the 1st part of the Vision of the Rider of the White Horse (Rev 19:11-16) but in the 2nd part of the vision (Rev 19:17-21). The 1st part is indicating the time of the treading of the winepress (of the wrath of God) which the 2nd Harvest (Rev 14:17-20) and the Two Myriad of Myriads Horsemen are portraying. It is the time of the 1st three plagues but the 1st part of the Vision of the Rider of the White Horse (Rev 19:11-16) includes the other plagues which are probably up to the time before Armageddon (6th Bowl). The 2nd part corresponds to the time of Armageddon and the 2nd Coming of the Lord Yeshua.

Does the Sixth Section a continuation or part two of the Third Section? The author knows one more proof that will help confirm what is said here. There are marks that were marked on the last verse of Section 3 and on the 1st verse of Section 6 linking these two sections chronologically. This proof is part of the next topic. We’ll just make a reminder and add it to our List of Reminders. Here is what our reminder will look:

//////////////////// REMINDERS ////////////////////
2) Are Sections 3 and 6 chronological?
////////////// END OF REMINDER///////////////////

Let’s consider the following question before we go to the next topic:

If the 6th Section or the passage from Rev 19:11 to Rev 20:15 is logically joined to the 3rd Section, what will be the result to the 5th and 7th Sections?

The reader can find out for himself/herself the result. Read and study the context of the last verses of the 5th Section up to Rev 19:10 then the first verses of the 7th Section beginning with Rev 21:1.
